ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of relaxing needling plus joint needling from the Internal Medicine in treating post-stroke spastic hemiplegia.MethodTotally 121 eligible subjects were randomized intoan ordinary acupuncture group (61 cases) and a relaxing-joint needling group (60 cases). The two groups were treated for 2 weeks, 5 sessions each week. The spasm of the lower limb was evaluated by using Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale (FMA), modified AshworthScale (MAS), Tardieu Scale, and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) before and after treatment. Besides, 4 patients from each group were randomly selected for the three-dimensional gait analysis, and the dorsi-extension, range of motion (ROM) of ankle, strephenopodia, and heel-raising height were observed.Result and ConclusionRelaxing-joint needling and ordinary acupuncture both can produce significant efficacies in treating post-stroke spastic hemiplegia. The relaxing-joint needling produced more significant efficacies in improving the body balance, ROM, muscular tension, and lower limb spasticity compared to ordinary acupuncture. It’s plausible that relaxing-joint needling improves the strephenopodia and hemiplagia gait through renovating body balance, ROM, muscular tension, and lower limb spasticity. Since the three-dimensional gait analysis can analyze the dorsi-extension, strephenopodia, and heel-raising height, thus it can be used to evaluate the change of the spastic gait of post-stroke hemiplegia in amore objective, elaborate, and correct way.

Covered in the paper are the overseas practice to formulate DRGs-PPS payment standards,as well as domestic study on expense-based payment standard and on cost-based payment standard.Comparative studies found problems in formulating the present DRGs-PPS payment standard, and recommended to better the clinical diagnosis and treatment norms based on cost data, and explore to develop a normalized DRGs cost accounting method system.

Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of testicular epidermoid cyst pa-tients.Methods Combined with literature, the clinical data of 7 patients with testicular epidermoid cyst in our hospital from July 2005 to Au-gust 2015 were analyzed. Results Histological examination showed testicular epidermoid cyst, postoperative recovery was good,no recurrence during 12 to 36 months’follow-up.Conclusion The testicular epidermoid cyst is rare in clinic, the clinical manifestations is similar to tes-ticular cancer,so it is often misdiagnosed as testicular cancer, which should be diagnosed by pathology, treated by testis preserved testicular tumor resection, and the prognosis is good.

The basic theory of high power green laser equipment for prostate hyperplasia therapy and the components of the system developed are introduced. Considering the requirements of the clinical therapy, the working process of the high power green laser apparatus are designed and the laser with stable output at 120 W is achieved. The controlling hardware and application software are developed, and the safety step is designed. The high power green laser apparatus manufactured with characteristics of stable output, multifunctional and friendly interface provides a choices of prostate hyperplasia therapy for using nationalization instrument.

The resolution of single molecule localization imaging techniques largely depends on the precision of localization algorithms. However, the commonly used Gaussian function is not appropriate for anisotropic dipoles because it is not the true point spread function. We derived the theoretical point spread function of tilted dipoles with restricted mobility and developed an algorithm based on an artificial neural network for estimating the localization, orientation and mobility of individual dipoles. Compared with fitting-based methods, our algorithm demonstrated ultrafast speed and higher accuracy, reduced sensitivity to defocusing, strong robustness and adaptability, making it an optimal choice for both two-dimensional and three-dimensional super-resolution imaging analysis.

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation therapy for patients with papillary thyroid microcarcinoma (PTMC).Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 80 PTMC patients admitted to Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine) from January 2018 to September 2020. All cases were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received PTMC radical surgery, while the observation group received ultrasound guided radiofrequency ablation. The situation of new tumors and cervical lymph node metastasis in both groups was observed through follow-up, the relative indexes of operation and safety of the two groups were compared. Results:There was no significant difference in the incidence of situation of new tumors and cervical lymph node metastasis between the two groups ( P>0.05). The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay in the observation group were less than those in the control group: (20.23 ± 5.07) min vs. (54.51 ± 12.13) min, (1.68 ± 0.28) ml vs.(13.68 ± 2.31) ml, (1.82 ± 0.32) d vs. (5.43 ± 0.57) d, there were statistical differences ( P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group: 5.00%(2/40) vs. 25.00%(10/40), there was statistical difference ( P<0.05). Conclusions:Ultrasound guided radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of PTMC is safe and effective, minimally invasive in beauty, and can effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
