Objective To study the kinetic expression level of chemokines (RANTESF) in the murine infection of vulvovaginal can-didiasis (VVC), and explore the function of chemokines in local immunity of VVC. Method Sixty-three female Kunming mice, at 8 ~ 10 weeks of age, were used in this study. All animals were divided into three groups. The content variation of RANTESF in blood and yaginal fluids and CFU of vaginal fluid in each separate group of mice were detected at days 2, 7, and 14 after infection. The first group was control group. The second group was infected only one time and the third group was infected twice. The results were analyzed with SPSS 13.0 statis-tical software. Results The content variation of RANTESF and CFU in vaginal fluid reached highest at days 7 in both the first and the sec-ond groups, as well as in the blood. There were no notable changes at days 2 and 14. The content variation in vaginal fluid or blood of the second group was higher than that in the first group after infection. Conclusion CMI, as a host defense mechanism, plays an important role in protecting against vulvovaginal candidiasis, especially in secondary infection. Local innate immunity is more important than systemic in-nate immunity for protection against vulvovaginal candidiasis. Cytokine about RANTES can promote innate immunity modulation; especially the local innate immunity modulation can promote the ehemotaxis of RANTES.

Objectives To investigate the expression and clinical significance of HOXA10 gene in the eutopic and ectopic endometrium of endometriosis.Mehtods Between Jan.2009 to Aug.2010,30 patients with endometriosis undergoing laparoscopic surgery in Maternal and Children's Hospital of Foshan.Eutopic and ectopic endometrium were obtained. In the mean time,30 patients with benign ovary cyst or tubal infertihty undergoing laparoscopic surgery were selected as controls.Their uterine endometrium were obtained real-time fluorescent quantitation, western blot and immunohistochemistry technique were used to detect mRNA and protein expression of HOXA10 gene in the eutopic endometrium group, ectopic endometrium group and control group. Results The mRNA and protein expression of HOXA10 gene were 0.61 ±0.07 and 0.47 ±0.05 in the eutopic endometrium of endometriosis,0.64 ±0.06 and 0.50 ±0.05 in ectopic endometrium of endometriosis, which were significantly lower than 1.22 ± 0.14 and 1.42 ± 0.14 in control group ( P < 0.01 ).However, the mRNA and protein expression of HOXA 10 between eutopic and ectopic endometrium of endometriosis did not reach statistical difference ( P > 0.05 ).The expression of HOXA10 in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of endometriosis were decreased by immunohistochemistry staining. Conclusion The lower expression of HOXA10 gene in the eutopic and ectopic endometrium of endometriosis might be associated with pathogenesis and infertility of endometriosis.

Objective:To retrieve and obtain the relevant evidence for in-hospital exercise rehabilitation in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and to summarize the best evidence. Methods:By applying evidence-based nursing method, the relevant evidence of in-hospital exercise rehabilitation in AMI patients after PCI in domestic and foreign databases was retrieved by combining computer and manual methods, including guidelines, evidence summary, clinical practice guidelines, systematic reviews, randomized controls test and so on. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to December 1, 2019. A total of 4 evidence-based groups independently conducted literature quality evaluation, and the controversial content was ruled by the hospital evidence-based group, and the evidence was extracted. Appraisal of guidelines research and evaluation (AGREEⅡ) and literature evaluation criteria and evidence grading system of Australia Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Evidence-based Health Care Center were respectively used to evaluate quality of literature and grade the various studies. Results:A total of 15 articles were included, including 4 guidelines, 1 evidence summary, 1 systematic evaluation and 9 randomized controlled trials. Finally, 20 pieces of best evidence of in-hospital exercise rehabilitation in AMI patients after PCI were summarized. Conclusions:This study summarizes best evidence for in-hospital exercise rehabilitation of AMI patients after PCI, which can provide an evidence-based basis for clinical practice. However, in the actual implementation process, it should be carried out step by step on the premise of ensuring the safety of patients by combining the cultural background of patients and the level of medical institutions.
