1.Analysis of and reflection on the sustainable development of hospitals in the transition period
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(07):-
By defining the connotations and delineating the process and goals of the sustainable development of hospitals in the transition period, the author sets forth the viewpoint that the core of the sustainable development of hospitals is "rational growth". Then by decomposing the organizational and operational structures of hospitals via the complex systemtheory, the author expounds the external policy and market environments hospitals are confronted with, arguing that the key element of the sustainable development of hospitals is "cohesion with the external environments". Next, based on the theories of endogenic resource allocation and economic growth, the author defines the industrial nature and features of hospitals and pinpoints the interaction between technology, equipment and human resources as the essential factor of the endogenic economic growth of hospitals, making clear that the source of the sustainable development of hospitals is "technological progress".

5.Analysis on prognostic factors of acute myeloid leukemia
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2015;24(2):105-110
Objective To investigate the correlated factors of prognosis for acute myeloid leukemia (AML).Methods A retrospective analysis of initial 182 patients with AML was performed to assess the relationship between prognostic factors including sex, age, white cell count at diagnosis,immunophenotype,cytogenetics,allo-HSCT and complete remission (CR) after one-course of induction and overall survival (OS) or event free survival (EFS).Results The median age of 182 patients was 49 (14-80) years old,and the median follow up was 9.7 (0.5-75.5) months. There were 107 patients achieved CR after one-course of induction (total response rate was 65.9 %,120/182),age≥60 years.CD64 negative, unfavorable cyto-genetics and failing to achieve CR after one-course of induction were associated with lower total CR rate.Univariate analysis results demonstrated that age ≥60 years, unfavorable cytogenetics,CD11b expression and failing to achieve CR after one-course of induction had poor influence on 3-years OS and EFS,while the 3-years OS and EFS for patients with CD19 expression,CD64 expression and allo-HSCT were better than that of the patients with negative CD19 and CD64.Multivariate analysis suggested that age,cytogenetics,CD11b,CD64,allo-HSCT and CR after one-course of induction were independent prognostic factors for OS,while cytogenetics,CD64,allo-HSCT and CR after one-course of induction were important on EFS.Conclusions Prognostic analysis depending on AML corelation factors is benifit to individual therapy and can be applied to improve the survival.

Objective To analysis the prognosis of esophageal carcinoma patients with anemia before radiotherapy. Methods 137 patients with esophageal carcinoma treated with three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy (3D-CRT) in the Second Peopleˊs Hospital of Jiaozuo over the past five years were retrospectively analyzed. There were 40 patients with anemia and 97 cases without anemia before radiotherapy. The prognosis of patients with anemia and the relationship with other clinical factors were evaluated by survival analysis. Results The 3-year and 5-year overall survival (OS) rates in non-anemic group were 43.6 % and 35.7 %, respectively, and 21.0 % and 16.4 % in anemic group. The 3-year and 5-year disease-free survival (DFS) rates in non-anemic group were 38.5 % and 25.3 %, respectively, and 13.1 % and 9.2 %in anemic group. The Kaplan-Meier method showed that both 3-year and 5-year OS and DFS rates in non-anemic group were significantly higher than those in anemic group (P< 0.05). Conclusion Anemia is the independent prognostic factor for patients with esophageal carcinoma in many clinical factors.
