OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for medication consultation Wechat platform in the hospital. METHODS:The medication consultation Wechat platform of our hospital was introduced,including main method,content and effect. The consulting pharmacist team was set up,and Wechat public number was applied and operated experimentally;information pharmacist was re-sponsible for its daily maintenance. We released pharmacy news,accumulated consumers and expanded influence through other me-dia at regular intervals. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:According to the medical practice,two modules“medication consultation”and“pharmacy news”were set up. From Dec. 2014 to Jul. 30th 2015,medication consultation system had accumulated 1 121 con-sumers,with an increase of 5 to 8 ones everyday;average number of consultation records was 10 everyday;we also had published 22 batch of medication news(79 messages),including 31 original messages and 3 video messages. Several messages gained much attention from network media and offline media. As new pharmaceutical care mode,Wechat platform contribute to realize a individ-ual,convenient and mobile medication consultation service,medication health science popularization,and improves medication compliance of patients and the awareness of medication safety in field of pharmaceutical administration Wechat platform,so as to improve pharmaceutical care effect of“taking patients as the center”and promote the propaganda of hospital brand. Thus it has a good prospect of application and popularization.

Objective To investigate the effect of intermittent hypoxia on neuronal apoptosis and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) expression in rat hippocampus,in order to explore the potential mechanism of hippocampal neuronal apoptosis induced by intermittent hypoxia.Methods Twenty-four Wistar male rats (280-350 g) were randomly divided into three groups:the normal control,intermittent normoxia and intermittent hypoxia group (n=8 each).The animal model of intermittent hypoxia was established by an automated nitrogen/oxygen profile system.The three groups were respectively exposed to continuous normoxia (21 ％O2),cyclical normoxia (21 ％O2),and cyclical hypoxia [alternating between normoxia (21 ％ O2) and hypoxia (5 ％ O2),every 120 seconds] throughout the eight hours of light time(8:00-16:00).The rats were dissected and the hippocampus was removed at the end of the designated duration of exposures for six weeks.TdT-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) was used to detect the apoptotic rate of the hippocampus region in each group.Reverse transcription-PCR,immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Western blotting were used to examine mRNA and protein expressions of iNOS in the hippocampus tissue.Results The apoptotic rate of hippocampal neurons was higher in intermittent hypoxia group than in intermittent normoxia group [(28.236±0.081) ％ vs.(9.341±0.026)％,P＜0.05].The mRNA and protein expressions of iNOS were higher in intermittent hypoxia group than in intermittent normoxia group (3.394± 1.344 vs.0.125±0.040,7.793±0.052 vs.1.356±0.039,both P＜0.05].Conclusions Intermittent hypoxia can induce hippocampal neuronal apoptosis in rats,accompanied by the upregulation of iNOS gene transcription and protein expression,which indicates that iNOS may involve in the process of hippocampal neuronal apoptosis induced by intermittent hypoxia.

Objective:To compare and study coronary artery lesions characteristics of patients with non -ST -seg‐ment elevation acute myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) .Methods :A total of 66 patients diagnosed as acute NSTEMI were enrolled as NSTEMI group ,meanwhile 74 patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP) were regarded as UAP group and 76 patients with acute ST -segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI ) were regarded as STEMI group .All patients received coronary angiography (CAG) and optical coherence tomography (OCT) examination . Coronary artery lesions characteristics were compared among three groups .Results:Pairwise comparison showed , that occlusion lesion (33.3% ) and serious stenosis (70% ~94% ) lesion (34.8% ) in NSTEMI group were signifi‐cantly more than those of UAP group (14.9% ,8.1% ) respectively;the occlusion lesion and serious stenosis lesion of STEMI group were no significant difference compared with those of STEMI group , P>0.05 all;type C lesion 43.9% of NSTEMI group was significantly more than that of UAP group (27.0% ) and of STEMI group (31.6% ) respectively ( P<0.05 all);vulnerable plaque of NSTEMI group (56.1% ) was significantly more than that of UAP group (23.0% ,P<0.01) ,but was no significant difference compared with STEMI group (56.6% ,P> 0.05). Conclusion :Serious stenosis lesion ,type C lesion and vulnerable plaque of NSTEMI group are significantly more than those of UAP group ;in NSTEMI group , type C lesion is significantly more than ,and occlusion lesion occlusion le‐sion significantly less than that of STEMI group .

Objective To observe the effects of exercise on serum adiponectin and adiponectin receptor (AdipoR) level in skeletal muscle of insulin-resistant rats. Methods A total of 30 healthy male rats were randomly divided into a control group ( NC, n = 8) and a high-fat group ( HF, n = 22), fed with normal chow and high fat diet, respectively. Eighteen weeks later, the high-fat group was randomly divided into a high-fat diet control group (HC, n = 10) and an exercise group (HE, n = 12). The HC and HE group were continually fed with high fat diet, while the HE group was administered with swimming training for 6 weeks in addition at the same time. After 24 weeks, the insulin sensitivity index was calculated, and serum adiponectin level was detected by using ELISA. The expressions of AdipoR mRNA in skeletal muscle were detected with real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results After 18 weeks, compared to NC group, the insulin sensitivity index of HF group decreased significantly. It suggested that insulin resistance appeared in HF group. Twenty-four weeks later, compared to NC group, the ISI of HC group was significantly decreased, meanwhile the level of serum adiponectin, expression of AdipoR1 and AdipoR2 mRNA in skeletal muscle of HC group were 71.9% , 59.9% and 69.2% of those of the NC group, respectively; compared to HC group, the ISI was increased significantly by exercise, meanwhile the expression of AdipoR1 mRNA in skeletal muscle was significantly increased by 1.33 times, however the level of serum adiponectin and the expression of AdipoR2 mRNA in skeletal muscle were not altered in HE group. Conclusion Six weeks of exercise improves insulin sensitivity through increasing the expression of AdipoRI mRNA in skeletal muscle.

[ ABSTRACT] AIM:To explore the regulatory effect of intermedin ( IMD) on pulmonary collagen synthesis and ac-cumulation in rats with pulmonary hypertension induced by high pulmonary blood flow.METHODS: Healthy male SD rats (n=20) were randomly divided into control group (n=7), shunt group (n=7) and shunt with IMD group (n=6).The shunting of abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava was produced in rats of shunt group and shunt with IMD group.After 8 weeks, IMD was administered into the rats of shunt with IMD group subcutaneously by mini-osmotic pump for 2 weeks.Mean pulmonary artery pressure (mPAP), relative medial thickness (RMT) of pulmonary arteries, contents of hydroxyproline, collagen type I and III, bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2), and the mRNA expression of procollagen I and III in lung tissues were measured and compared.RESULTS:Compared with control group, mPAP and RMT of medium and small pul-monary arteries in the rats of shunt group were significantly increased.Meanwhile, the lung hydroxyproline, collagens I and III and BMP-2 contents, and the mRNA expression of lung procollagen I and III were all significantly increased compared with control group.However, IMD significantly decreased mPAP, alleviated the changes of pulmonary vascular micro-struc-ture, decreased the collagen accumulation and pulmonary tissue homogenate BMP-2 contents, and inhibited the mRNA ex-pression of procollagen I and III in the lung tissue of shunting rats.CONCLUSION:IMD plays a protective role in the de-velopment of pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary vascular structural remodeling induced by high blood flow by inhibiting pulmonary collagen synthesis and accumulation, possibly in association with the BMP-2 pathway.

Objective The objective of the present study was to evaluate the early auditory development in hearing impaired infants by LittlEARS? auditory questionnaire .Methods A total of 162 hearing impaired infants participated in the study .LEAQ consists of 35 items ,which were further divided into receptive auditory behavior , semantic auditory behavior ,and productive auditory behavior .The assessment was performed before hearing aid fit‐ting ,3 ,6 and 12 months after hearing aid fitting ,respectively .Results LEAQ scores improved dramatically in the first 12 months after hearing aid fitting ,total LEAQ scores prior to hearing aid fitting ,3 ,6 and 12 months after hearing aid fitting were 10 .47 ,17 .73 ,20 .64 and 26 .47 ,respectively .The receptive auditory behavior performance improved significantly after 3 months of hearing aid use .The duration of hearing aid use for dramatic improvement of semantic auditory behaviors ,and productive auditory behavior was 6 and 12 months ,respectively .The age of hearing aid fitting ,living environments ,degrees of parent education and degrees of hearing loss influenced LEAQscores significantly .Conclusion Hearing impaired infants exhibited significant auditory improvement in the first 12 months after hearing aids fitting .Early hearing aid fitting ,high level of parent education and well living environ‐ments promote preverbal auditory development .LEAQ is an effective tool for clinical auditory assessment and moni‐toring in infants and little toddlers .

Objective To investigate curative efficacy and safety of Epirubicin in combination with Capecitabine in the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer and its effects on level of serum vascular endothelial growth factor C ( VEGF-C).Methods 86 patients of triple-negative breast cancer who received therapy from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected as research objects.According to therapeutic schemes,those patients were divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=44).Control group was treated with epirubicin,while observation group was treated with Epirubicin in combination with Capecitabine.Then, the short-term curative efficacy, adverse events effects,level of VEGF-C were observed and compared.Results After the course of treatment, the short-term curative efficacy ratio in control group and observation group was 59.5% and 65.9% respectively with no statistical difference.During the treatment, the occurrence of neutropenia, hand-foot syndrome, gastrointestinal reaction, cardiac damage and liver function damage in the two groups was statistically same respectively.After post-treatment, in comparison with control group, level of VEGF-C in observation group was statistically lower ( P <0.05 ).Conclusion Epirubicin in combination with Capecitabine is effective for triple-negative breast cancer,which has high short-term curative efficacy ratio and significantly decrease level of VEGF-C with not increasing occurrence of toxic side effects.

Objective To explore the changes in the endogenous sulfur dioxide (SO2) pathway in the myocardial hypertrophy induced by the angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) in mice.Methods Fourteen healthy C57BL mice,9 weeks old,were randomly divided into control group(n =7) and Ang Ⅱ group(n =7),and capsule osmotic pump with pre loaded 9 g/L saline and Ang Ⅱ was implanted into the back of each mouse subcutaneously.Mter 2 weeks,the mice were executed.The heart weight/body weight (HW/BW) and the left heart weight/full heart weight (LVW/HW) of the mice were measured.The microstructure of the cardiac myocyte was observed by hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining under the microscope.The expression of myocardial alpha myosin heavy chain (α-MHC) was detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blot methods.SO2 enzymes aspartate aminotransferase 1 (AAT1) and AAT2 protein expression were detected by Western blot method.Myocardial SO2 content and AAT activity were measured by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorimetric detection and colometric method.Results Compared with control group,the HW/BW and LVW/HW in mice of Ang Ⅱ group were significantly increased (all P ＜ 0.O1),the cardiac myocytes were hypertrophy,and α-MHC positive staining in the cytoplasm of myocardium was weakened.Moreover,Western blot data showed that α-MHC protein expression in heart tissue of Ang Ⅱ-treated mice was decreased significantly (allP ＜ 0.05).Simultaneously,the data showed that AAT2 protein expression,SO2 content and AAT activity in heart tissue of Ang Ⅱ-treated mice were also decreased markedly[(1.093 ±0.131) μ mol/g protein vs.(0.737 ±0.233) μmol/g protein,P ＜ 0.05;(7.979 ± 1.317) U/rmg protein vs.(6.470 ± O.516) U/mg protein,P ＜ 0.01].Furthermore,there was a negative correlation between LVW/HW and cardiac SO2 content in heart tissue (r =-0.56,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Myocardial endogenous SO2/AAT2 pathway is down-regulated in the development of myocardial hypertrophy induced by Ang Ⅱ in mice.

Objective To investigate postoperative psychological experiences of patients underwent kidney transplant donated by his/her parent,and to discover mental signs and psychological journey in individual growth.Methods Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted among 17 patients underwent kidney transplant donated by his/her parent,and Giorgi analysis method was used to analyze data.Results The postoperative psychological experiences of patients mainly contained 4 aspects:posttraumatic growth,rebuilding meaning of life,being grateful for experience,coexisting of hope and challenge.Conclusion The patients have complex psychological experiences,having positive aspects derived from rehabilitation and improved quality of life,as well as negative aspects derived from concerning health of the donor,fear for complication and rejection,and lack of sound supporting system.Medical staff should guide patients to adjust cognitive and behavioral patterns and face life events directly,integrate medical/social support resources and enhance patients' psychological capital to face future life.

AIM: To explore the regulatory effect of adrenomedullin (ADM) on pulmonary oxidative stress in the rats with pulmonary hypertension induced by high blood flow.METHODS: Healthy male SD rats (n=22) were randomly divided into control group, shunt group and shunt with ADM group.Abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava shunting was produced in the rats in shunt group and shunt with ADM group.After 8 weeks, ADM (1.5 μg·kg-1·h-1) was administered into the rats in shunt with ADM group subcutaneously by mini-osmotic pump for 2 weeks.Mean pulmonary artery pressure (mPAP) was evaluated by a right cardiac catheterization procedure.The ratio of right ventricular mass to left ventricular plus interventricular septal mass [RV/(LV+SP)] and relative medial thickness (RMT) in pulmonary muscularized arteries were calculated.The content of malonaldehyde (MDA), total antioxidative capacity (T-AOC), and activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in lung tissues were detected by colorimetry.The expression of NADPH oxidase 4 (NOX4) in the lung tissue was analyzed by Western blot.RESULTS: Compared with control group, the mPAP, RV/(LV+SP) and RMT in pulmonary muscularized arteries in shunt group were all significantly increased.The content of MDA and the expression of NOX4 in the lung tissues were significantly increased.The T-AOC, and activity of SOD and GSH-Px in the lung tissues were significantly decreased.However, mPAP, RV/(LV+SP) and RMT in pulmonary muscularized arteries in shunt with ADM group were significantly decreased as compared with shunt group.Meanwhile, ADM decreased the content of MDA and the expression of NOX4 in the lung tissues, but increased the T-AOC, and activity of SOD and GSH-Px in the lung tissue of shunt rats.CONCLUSION: ADM inhibits oxidative stress response in the development of pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary vascular structural remodeling induced by high pulmonary blood flow in the rats by down-regulating the NOX4 expression and strengthening the anti-oxidation response.
