Chinese Journal of Health Management 2014;8(4):252-255
Objective To learn healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy of residents living in Xicheng District of Beijing between 2008 and 2012 and to explore the influencing factors of healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy. Methods A total of 1 347 or 2 900 adults aged 18-60 years old were recurited from Xicheng District by using multistage stratified cluster sampling method in 2008 and 2012,respectively.Chisquare test and non-conditional logistic regression were used to analyze the effectiveness of 2-year intervention on healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy. Results The rate of healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy was 14.8% vs.30.8% in 2008 or 2012,respectively (x2=123.574,P<0.05).For those with relatively lower education level (e.g.junior high school or below),the figure showed no statistically significant difference (x2=1.378,P>0.05).In multivariate logistic regression analysis, female (odds ratio (OR)=1.350),education level (college/bachelor degree:OR=2.035,master degree or above:OR=2.554),monthly family income (>5 000 RMB:OR=1.399) and investigation time (2012:OR=2.278) were influencing factors of healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy. Conclusion Remarkable improvement in healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy during 2012 as compared to 2008 could be attributed to the comprehensive interventions. In the future, those of low-literacy or low-income should be the mian target of modification of healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy.
3.Reflection on practice of progressive assessment on comprehensive quality of undergraduates
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2013;(1):60-62
Progressive assessment is one of the methods adopted by colleges and universities to evaluate the comprehensive quality of undergraduates. It can provide objective references for various awards and selections. Most colleges used static and transverse methods; based on these methods, advantages and disadvantages of individual undergraduates were compared with general groups, but feedback and forecast functions of assessment can not be realized. Therefore it is necessary to transform our conceptions and practice progressive assessment on comprehensive quality of undergraduates. We can learn from the relevant conceptions and methods in enterprise management and use data envelopment analysis to exclude the influence of different basic conditions of undergraduates. These undertakings are of great importance to truly reflect undergraduates' effective progress degree, guide them to test and evaluate themselves correctly and to advance comprehensive quality continuously.
4.Comparative study of the application value of totally laparoscopic distal gastrectomy and laparoscopy-assisted distal gastrectomy for gastric carcinoma
International Journal of Surgery 2015;42(7):484-488
Laparoscope has been widely recognized as a treatment of distal gastric cancer.Totally laparoscopic distal gastrectomy and laparoscopy-assisted distal gastrectomy are two main types of laparoscopic distal gastrectomy.Apart from a smaller incision, some other advantages which totally laparoscopic distal gastrectomy has is the key point for further study. The thesis aims to compare totally laparoscopic distal gastrectomy to laparoscopy-assisted distal gastrectomy, and to analyze the characteristic in the aspect of operation time, the degree of pain, postoperative complications and the time of gastrointestinal recovery via collecting a great quantity of literatures.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2001;15(3):163-165
Objective: To investigate factors related to alexithymia of patients with essential hypertension or type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method: 42 patients wi th essential hypertension, 40 with diabetes mellitus and 45 healthy control were assessed by TAS (Toronto Alexithymia Scale), SCL-90 and EPQ (Eysenck Personalit y Questionnaire). Multiple correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regressio n were used in data analysis. Result: Compared with normal contr ol, patients with hypertension or diabetes showed alexithymia. They were deficient in the abilit y of describing emotion, recognizing and distinguishing between emotion and body feeling, and used to extroversion thought. Besides these, patients with diabete s showed fancy-lacking either. There was close relation between personality and a lexithymia. The more introversive of the hypertensives, the more deficient they were in describing emotion. The more introversive of the diabetics, the more de f icient they were in recognizing and making distinguish between emotion and body feeling. Hostility ideation and neuroticism of hypertension patients were major factors related to alexithymia. Paranoid ideation and psychoticism had similar e ffects in diabetics. Conclusion: Patients with essential hypert ension or diabete s have alexithymia relating to their personality traits and psychological state .

Objective To explore effective methods of nursing quality evaluation. Methods Guided by human-centered thinking, the new DRG quality indicators were formulated based on clinical investigation, literature review and expert consulta-tion. Then, the standards of the new indicators for radical masteetomy were identified by Delphi method and the reliability and validity were tested in 30 patients with radical mastectomy. Results The two new quality indicators were illness observation and health education. The Cronbach'α was 0.82 and 0.88 respectively. The results of expert consultation showed high content validity. Moreover, the new quality indicators got high commend by involved nurses. Conclusion The new quality indicators will lead nursing work to illness observation and health education, which will more benefit to reflect the true work of nurses and improve the internal quality of nursing.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1995;0(10):-
Objective: In order to search the credible parameters of evoked potentials (EP) for the depth of anesthesia. Method: The end-expiratory concentration of isoflurane was increased gradually from 0.2MAC by step of 0.1MAC in each of ten volunteers. The change of EP and the consciousness were observed at every end expiratory anesthetic concentrations. The explicit and implicit memories about intra-experiment events were investigated an hour after stopping inhalation of isoflurane. Result: The explicit memory disappeared at 0.2 and 0.3MAC of isoflurane without the stimulation of pain; The response to command disappeared at 0.3 and 0.4MAC; 0.4MAC of isoflurane could not vanish implicit memory in all subjects. The latencies of waves Pa and Nb of the MLAEP and P_(25) of the SEP prolonged gradually with increased concentrations of isoflurane in a linear relationship, and varied with the changes of response to command. The latency corresponding to the partial response increased significantly compared with that to the full response, but without difference between the partial and no response. Meanwhile the latencies of waves Pa, Nb and P_(25) increased significantly with the disappearances of explicit and implicit memory, without differences between the conscious and unconscious awareness. The critical values of latencies about those waves which could be applied to assess the disappearance of explicit memory, were defined. Conclusion: The disappearance of consciousness is not all-ornone but gradual. The sequence of disappearance about consciousness is explicit memory, response to command, then implicit memory. There is no explicit memory about stimulation of pain after response to command has vanished, but implicit memory may still exit. The waves Pa and Nb of MLAEP and the wave P_(25) of SEP may be regarded as important parameters to evaluate the depth of anesthesia about consciousness.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1995;0(12):-
Objective: To study amnesia and EEG changes caused by midazolam during epidural and spinal anesthesia. Method: Forty cases with epiduraI anesthesia were divided randomly into 4 groups in double-blind method. 0.15mg/kg and 0.10mg/kg midazolam,0.20mg/kg diazepam and 2ml normal saline were administered respectively and intramuscularly 30 min before anesthesia. The changes of EEG before and after the administration, sedation degree, the amnesia rate and degree for the procedures of anesthesia and the psychological state after operation were observed synchronously. Result: The sedation degree was in accordance with amnesia effect after intramuscular midazolam. The amnesia rate caused by 0.10mg/kg midazolam was 70%,but 90% of them was part amnesia. 0.15mg/kg midazolam produced 100% total amnesia. In midazolam groups, the ? and ? relative powers were increased, but the 6 and ? relative powers were decreased greatly. There were no obvious changes on the Pa and Nb waves in four groups. Conclusion: Intramuscular midazolam can completely prevent the patient from recalling for the process of anesthesia in dose-dependent way. The effective site of anterograde amnesia of midazolam is not located at cortical hut at the hippocampus and thalamus. This kind of amnesia belong to axis amnesia
