1.Effect of CD44 antibody on hyaluronic acid degradation caused by retinal Müller cell
Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2011;27(2):160-162
Objective To observe the effect of CD44 antibody on the hyaluronic acid (HA)generation) were cultured in three different medium: without HA (group 1),0. 01 mg/ml HA (group 2),10 μg/ml HA and CD44 antibody (group 3). The cells in the group 2 and 3 were pre-cultured with HA and CD44 antibody, and the supernatant was collected. HA-substrate gel electrophoresis was performed for HA degradation, while ELISA-like method was performed for HA-binding protein. Results HA-substrate gel electrophoresis showed white light double-band on blue background in groups 1 and 3, thicker double-band or bright de-colored blocks in group 2. ELISA-like method showed that the absorbance (A) value of groups 1,2 and 3 were 0.310 ± 0.025, 0.093 ± 0.051, 0.025 ± 0.069 respectively. The A value of group 2 was obviously lower than that of group 1 (t=28.1, P<0.01); the A value of group 3 was significantly higher than that of group 2 (t=26.9, P<0.01), but was the same as group 1 (t=4.92, P>0.05). Conclusion CD44 antibody can inhibit the interaction between Miller cells and HA, and thus reduce the HA degradation.
2.Acupuncture Treatment Ideas of Allergic Rhinitis from the Perspective of“Fluid Retention ;Disease”in TCM
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;24(2):114-116
Abstact: Biqiu is equivalent to allergic rhinitis in modern medicine. Ancient and modern literature has shown that acupuncture has a good clinical efficacy on this disease. However, there is no uniform specification in the choice of acupuncture methods (such as acupuncture, moxibustion, warm acupuncture and so on) and the selection of acupoints. According to the etiology and pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis and its clinical manifestations, Biqiu can be classified as“fluid retention disease”in TCM. This article tried to provide a new idea for acupuncture treatment of Biqiu from the perspective of the treatment of“fluid retention disease”in TCM.
4.Application and Evaluation of Antacids and Acid Inhibitors in Acid-Related Disorders
Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2017;22(2):115-117
Acid-related disorders are commonly seen diseases of upper digestive tract which are closely related to acid attack.Antacids and acid inhibitors are the main drugs in the therapy of acid-related disorders. There are complex interrelationships between antacids and acid inhibitors and other drugs. This article reviewed the application and evaluation of antacids and acid inhibitors in acid-related disorders.
5.Current situation of subject service in hospital libraries and measures for its improvement
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2016;25(7):59-63
The current situation of subject service and the needs of users for subject service in 4 class A Beijing hospital libraries were investigated with questionnaires. The inadequacies of information service in hospital libraries were summarized and measures for its improvement were put forward.
6.Dietary factor and colorectal cancer
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 2004;0(05):-
Colorectal cancer(CRC) is one of the most common tumors with a high prevalence of cancer-related morbidity and mortality.Several environmental factors, especially dietary factors, can affect the initiation and development of CRC.Recent studies have shown that adjusting nutrition components in diet, such as folate, calcium, vitamin D,selenium and fibre, may help to prevent the development of CRC.The objective of article is to review mechanisms of these nutritional components in the process of preventing CRC.
7.Anticonvulsant activity of allopregnanolone against pentylenetetrazol- induced seizures in rodents
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2001;05(1):155,157-
Objective To examine the protective effects of allopregnanolone against pentylenetetrazol- induced seizures. Methods The protective effects of allopregnanolone against pentylenetetrazol- induced seizures were studied in C57 mice and SD rats 15 minutes after vehicle or drug intraperitoneal (ip) administration. Results The pretreatment with the allopregnanolone produced a dose- dependent protective effect against pentylenetetrazol- induced seizures. The potencies (ED50 values) were 4.7 mg/kg and 9.8 mg/kg for mice and rats, respectively. Conclusion Allopregnanolone has anticonvulsant activity against pentylenetetrazol- induced seizures in rodents.
