Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;24(3):96-100
Objective To analyze academic influence of SCI papers of TCM colleges and universities in the recent 10 years; To provide references for scientific research and academic exchange. Methods According to the evaluation ranking of degree and graduate education development center of Ministry of Education published in 2012 and standardization of InCites database, 10 Chinese medicine colleges and universities were selected. InCites platform was used to select 13 representative indicators and to analyze the cited cases, H index and the cooperation of the SCI papers published in 2006-2015. Results The SCI papers published by 10 TCM colleges and universities have been growing rapidly since 2010, and the average influence of standardized citations was 0.76. The average percentage of cited papers was 67%, which was slightly lower than that of 71%in clinical medicine papers of mainland of China. H index was 30. The average percentage of international cooperation papers in TCM colleges and universities was 17.71%, which was lower than the percentage of international cooperation papers in clinical medicine of mainland of China (22.85%). Conclusion In recent 10 years, the academic level of TCM colleges and universities in our country has been developing rapidly. However, there is still a need to further explore international perspectives, focus on research frontiers, strengthen international cooperation, carry out innovative research and improve academic influence.

4.Application of ultrasmall superparamagnetic iron oxide in MRI diagnosis of central nervous system:recent progress
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1999;0(12):-
Ultrasmall superparamagnetic iron oxide (USPIO),as the contrast agent of MRI,possesses two major properties:long half time in the plasma and specific binding with macrophages.Compared with gadolinium,widely-used in clinic presently,USPIO has its unique advantages in diagnosis of central nervous system diseases, though which still need further clinical verification. This article reviews the application of USPIO in MRI diagnosis of some central nervous system diseases.

Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2014;(2):11-15
Objective To establish the scientific, rational and standard librarian performance appraisal index system in academic library in order to adjust their working behaviors, improve their service quality and increase the overall performance of library. Methods The current librarian performance appraisal situation was investigated according to the literature and on the field inspection. The appraisal indexes and their weight were established by Delphi and step analysis. Results The 3-scale appraisal index system was established, which include 4 No.1 indexes, 10 No. 2 indexes, and 59 No.3 indexes with their weight and score displayed. Conclusion The performance appraisal index system we established can effectively arouse the enthusiasm of librarians in scientific research innovation, manage-ment or social work.
6.Design of meta-data scheme for medical records database of traditional Chinese medicine
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2014;(10):66-69
Objective To design the meta-data scheme for medical records database of traditional Chinese medi-cine.Methods The meta-data scheme for medical records database of traditional Chinese medicine was designed u-sing the MARC meta-data according to the analysis of resources, investigation of literature, networks and users. Results The meta-data scheme for medical records database of traditional Chinese medicine is consisted of 17 fields and 9 parts. Conclusion MARC, as the mata-data criteria, can organize and describe the medical records of tradi-tional Chinese medicine. However, the standards for selection and description of meta-data criteria need to be fur-ther studied.
7.Application of 9. 4 T of DTT in the diagnosis of cerebral gliomas of SD rat
Acta Universitatis Medicinalis Anhui 2014;(9):1233-1237
Objective To investigate the 9 . 4 T of DTT in the diagnosis of SD rat C6 cerebral gliomas model about the change of CST on tumor progression and pathology confirmed. Methods ①10 μl C6 cell suspension of 106 cells number were implanted into the right caudate nucleus of brain hemisphere of 20 adult male SD rat with ster-eotactic technique. ②Application of 9. 4 T of DTT and DTI, meanwhile the routine T1-weighted imaging(T1WI), T2-weighted imaging(T2WI), contrast-enhanced T1WI,FLAIR imaging and diffusion tensor of the brain were ac-quired. Anatomic relationship between cerebral glioma and surrounding white matter fiber tracts was analyzed and measured the values of FA and MD in different areas on fractional anisotropic ( FA) map, color-coded directional map, three-dimensional (3D) white matter fiber tracts map, then stained with routine HE. Results All of SD rat C6 cerebral gliomas models 3 D white matter fiber tracts map by means of FA maps of DTI were successfully comple-ted. Apparently significant differences of FA values were found in solid tumor, surrounding edema, compared with normal white matter regions ( P<0.05 );but there was no significant difference among solid tumor and surrounding edema region (P>0.05);there were significant differences of MD values between solid tumor, surrounding edema and normal white matter region ( P<0.05 ) . Conclusion The 9 . 4 T of DTT offers the optimal visualization of An-atomic relationship between cerebral glioma and surrounding white matter fiber tracts in the different periods of the tumor moder.

10.Clinical outcomes of C3F8 and air tamponade after vitrectomy for the treatment of idiopathic macular hole
Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2016;32(5):473-477
Objective To compare the clinical effect of C3F8 and air tamponade after vitrectomy for the treatment of idiopathic macular hole (IMH).Methods A total of 54 eyes of 54 patients with IMH that had undergone 23G pars plana vitrectomy with internal limiting membrane peeling were retrospectively studied. All patients received optical coherence tomography ()CT) examination and the best corrected visual acuity (BCVA).They were divided into 2 groups.26 eyes in group A were filled with air and 28 eyes in group B were filled with C3F8.In group A,6 eyes at stage Ⅱ,20 eyes at stage Ⅲ,the minimum diameter (Dmin) of macular hole in 14 eyes was less than 400 μm,and in the other eyes was larger than 400 μm.In group B,10 eyes at stage Ⅱ,18 eyes at stage Ⅲ,the Dmin of macular hole in 15 eyes was less than 400 μm,and in the other eyes was larger than 400 μm.The differences of age, course of the disease,BCVA,fundus diameter,Dmin, height, index, diameter of outer retina diameter (Dord) between the two groups were not significant (P>0.05).The basic data before surgery and the closure rate,BCVA,Dord 1 month after surgery between two groups were compared. Results At 1 month after surgery, the IMH closure rate was 100.0% in group A and 92.9% in group B,the difference between these two groups was not significant (P=0.491).The closure rate of eyes with Dmin<400 μm were both 100.0% in two groups, and the closure rate of eyes with Dmin>400 μm were 100.0% in group A and 84.6% in group B.There was no statistically significant differences between two groups (P =0.480).The mean BCVA of two groups were 0.35±0.22 and 0.33 ±0.16 respectively. The mean Dord were (782.2 ± 478.0) μm and(792.1 ± 432.7) μm respectively. All cases got better BCVA (t=-7.310,-10.506;P<0.01) and shorter Dord (t=6.704,7.770;P<0.01).But there was no statistically significant differences between groups 1 month after surgery in BCVA and Dord (t =0.381,0.800;P =0.705,0.937).Conclusion Air tamponade after vitrectomy has the same efficacy as C3 F8 tamponade in the treatment of IMH.
