Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1997;0(04):-
Objective To introduce the current progress of research on pancreatic encephalopathy(PE). Methods Collecting related articles to make this paper. Results (1) The reported incidence of PE was from 11% to 53%. (2).The main pathogenisis of PE was large quantity of enzymes, which were secreted by the pancreas, entering the blood and crossing the blood brain barrier resulting in brain damage. (3).The demyelination could be seen on the brain pathologically. (4).The main clinical features of PE were temporal confusion, coma and neurasthenic syndrome. (5).The treatments of PE include treating underline disease, trying gabexale mesilate(Foy), a new special enzyme inhibitor, and the symptom control treatment. Conclusions PE is a dangerous complication of pancreatitis with a very bad prognosis. Evaluated myelin basic potein(MBP)may be a early, reliable biochemical parameter for diagnosis of PE. A special enzyme inhibitor Foy may be very useful in treating PE.

7.Protective effect of Addie in treatment of cardiac injury induced by radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with cervical cancer
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(2):116-119
Objective To investigate the protective effect of Addie on cardiac injury induced by radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with cervical cancer. Methods 74 cases of cervical cancer were collected from the oncology department of Zhousha Hospital, those were treated with surgery and radiotherapy and chemotherapy according to postoperative staging and classification of cases. The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 37 cases in each group.Control group received leukogenic and antiemetic treatment, the experimental group were given Addie injection 100 mL intravenous drip on the basis of the control group, one times per day,10 days as one courses, and two groups were all received 6 courses of treatment.Atthe end of treatment, the condition of heart function, left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular end diastolic diameter, 6 minutes walk test, myocardial enzymes, troponin T, C reactive protein /Barhel quality of life score index, EORTC-QLQ score and the incidence of adverse reactions were detected and compared with two groups. Results After treatment, the cardiac function of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,LVEDD of two groups decreased (P<0.05), LVEF, 6 minutes walk test distance increased (P<0.05),and LVEDD of experimental group was lower than control group (P<0.05), LVEF, 6 minutes walk test distance higher (P<0.05).After treatment, creatine kinase and creatine kinase levels were increased in two groups (P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the level of creatine kinase and creatine kinase in experimental group were higher(P <0.05).After treatment, the levels of troponin T and C reactive protein in two groups were decreased ( P <0.05 ) .Compared with the control group, the levels of troponin T and C reactive protein in experimental group were lower (P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of Barhel index and EORTC-QLQ score of two groups were significantly higher than before treatment, and the quality of life of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group ( P <0.05 ) .There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups. Conclusion Addie has an obvious protective effect on cardiac injury induced by radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with cervical cancer, and can improve the quality of life of patients.
8.Analysis of clinical and pathological features of minimal deviation adenocarcinoma of the ;cervix
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2016;39(5):432-436
Objective To analyze the clinical and pathological data of the minimal deviation adenocarcinoma (MDA) of the cervix, and to provide evidence based medicine for diagnosis and treatment. Methods Clinical case reports about MDA or malignant adenoma during 1980-2014 published on CNKI, WanFang, CBM, WeiPu and Medline were retrieved and combined with 2 case with the same diagnosis and treatment. Results Age of onset was 20-86 years old, and the average age was 44.8 years, with median age of 44.5 years. Clinical symptoms of MDA showed massive vaginal apocenosis or irregular bleeding. Gynecological examination common showed cervical hypertrophic and harden. The positive rate of cervical cytology examination was 9.73% (11/113). MDA diagnosed by cervical biopsy and conization accounted for 58.38% (108/185). Immunohistochemical showed that the positive rates of carcinoembryonic antigen, P53 and Ki-67 were 93.91%(108/115), 75.44%(43/57)and 100.00% (42/42). Main operation assisted with postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy, early diagnosis, clinical stage and operation methods played important roles in the prognosis. Conclusions The clinical symptoms and physical signs are not obvious for MDA which is difficult to diagnose, so it is easy to diagnose mistakenly and misdiagnose also. The positive rate of cervical cytology is usually lower, repeated and deep cervical biopsy or conization combined with immunohistochemistry can improve the accuracy of diagnosis. The individualized treatment should be selected according to clinical stage for the patients who were confirmed preoperatively.
