Objective We investigate the possible effect of inflammative indicator C reactive protein(CRP) ,interleukin‐6(IL‐6) and procalcitonin(PCT) on the outcome of HBV infection .Methods The clinical data and peripheral serum of 48 patients with HBV related hepatocellular carcinoma and 48 patients with decompensated cirrhosis were collected ,HBV copy numbers ,PCT ,IL‐6 , CRP ,ALT ,AST ,prothrombin time(PT ) and other indicators were tested for comparison and correlative analysis .Results HBV copy numbers ,PCT ,CRP ,lymphocytes and mononuclear cells showed no significant difference between primary hepatocellular car‐cinoma and decompensated cirrhosis group;however ,IL‐6 level was significantly higher in decompensated liver cirrhosis than in hep‐atocellular carcinoma ,as opposed to the absolute number of neutrophils .Conclusion IL‐6 increase may be related to final outcome of HBV infection ,dynamic monitoring IL‐6 is helpful to evaluate the prognosis of HBV infection .

Objective To investigate the expression of receptor tyrosine kinase EphB2 and its relationship with peritumoral brain edema (PTBE) in meningiomas and to explore the possible mechanism of PTBE in meningiomas. Methods A total of 44 meningioma tissue samples from patients undergoing surgery and 14 normal meninges samples as the control were collected for the examination of the immunoreactive EphB2 expression. The expressions of EphB2 in different types of meningiomas were determined by immunohistochemical method. Peritumoral brain edema was assessed on a subjective 5 point(0~4) scale based on the data from preoperative magnetic resonance imaging scan. Results ① The expressions of EphB2 in 44 cases of meningiomas were: scale 4 in 7 cases, scale 3.5 in 5 cases, scale 3 in 6 cases, scale 2.5 in 2 cases, scale 2 in 8 cases, scale 1 in 13 cases, scale 0 in 3 cases, mean scale 2.19 . ② No expression of EphB2 was found in 10 out of the 14 normal meninges samples, but minimal (scale 1) expression of EphB2 was found in only 4 cases. ③ Preoperative MRI results showed different levels of PTBE in 33 out of 44 cases. Conclusion There is expression of EphB2 in the cytoplasm in most meningiomas. The expression of EphB2 in meningnioma is positively correlated with peritumoral brain edema, suggesting that EphB2 participates in PTBE of meningiomas.

Objective Not much information is available on the comparative analysis of G test on diagnosis of deep fungal in -fection by colormetric and turbidimetric measurements .The purpose of this paper was to explore the clinical value of fungal (1-3)-β-D-glucan detection kit ( colormetric measurement ) . Methods 89 clinical samples collected from Hainan Branch of PLA General Hos-pital were detected by fungal (1-3)-β-D-glucan detection kit (turbidimetric measurement) and fungal (1-3)-β-D-glucan detection kit ( colormetric measurement ) respectively , among which 32 cases were from disease group ( deep fungal infection in patients ) and 57 ca-ses were from control group ( healthy person ) .The comparison was made on the sensitivity , specificity and accuracy of these two meth-ods. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of colormetric measurement kit on the diagnosis of deep fungal infection were obviously higher than those of turbidimetry method kit (81.2%vs 53.1%, 91.2%vs 75.4%, 87.6%vs 67.4%, P<0.05), which was of significant difference .Detection result of colormetric method had a positive coincidence rate with other systems '( except respira-tory system) deep fungal infection, which was obviously higher than turbidimetry method (92.8%vs 57.1%, P<0.05).Positive co-incidence rate and total coincidence rate between colormetric method kit and clinical diagnosis result on differentiate samples were obviously higher than those of turbidimetric method kit (P=0.01). Conclusion Colormetric measurement kit has higher accuracy and higher coincidence rate with clinical diagnosis than turbidimetry meas-urement kit , which is better for clinical service .

Objective To study the effects of tanshinone on the cultured immortalized human sebocytes and explore the mechanism of action of tanshinone in the treatment of acne. Methods MTT assay was applied to determine the effects of cryptotanshinone and tanshinone Ⅱ? at different concentrations on the proliferation of SZ95 sebocytes in 24 h, 48 h and 72 h after incubation. Lipid contents labeled with Nile red in SZ95 cells were analyzed by flow cytometry technique, and the expression of androgen receptor (AR) mRNA of SZ95 cells were detected by RT-PCR. Results Both cryptotanshinone and tanshinoneⅡ? inhibited the proliferation of SZ95 cells in a dose- and time-dependent mode, with the 50% inhibition concentration (IC50) of 7.473 ?mol/L (in 48 h) and 2.146?mol/L (in 72 h) for cryptotanshinone and 6.021 ?mol/L (in 48 h) and 2.25 ?mol/L (in 72 h) for tanshinone Ⅱ?. Additionally, as compared with the control group, the lipid content of SZ95 cells exposed to tanshinone Ⅱ? at 0.125?mol/L was decreased in 48h (P

Objective:To explore the application effect of preoperative autologous blood localization method in laparoscopic resection of gastric stromal tumors in unfavorable areas of the stomach. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the case data of 40 patients with gastric stromal tumors in unfavorable locations admitted to Jinjiang Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022. The patients were divided into a control group (intraoperative endoscopic localization method) and an autologous blood localization group according to different intraoperative lesion localization methods, with 20 cases in each group. The surgical time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization time, postoperative exhaust time, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The surgery time of the autologous blood localization group was shorter than that of the control group [(92.30±8.80)min vs (108.20±14.87)min, P<0.05]. There was no statistically significant difference in intraoperative bleeding, hospitalization time, and postoperative exhaust time between the two groups (all P>0.05). Two groups of patients did not show an increase in inflammatory indicators such as white blood cells and C-reactive protein on the day after surgery. Both groups of patients did not experience adverse reactions such as fever, abdominal pain, or postoperative complications. Conclusions:The autologous blood injection localization method provides a safe, simple, and effective method for preoperative localization of gastric stromal tumors in unfavorable areas of the stomach under laparoscopy, and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
