We prepared silver nanoparticles/polyethyleneimine-reduction graphene oxide (AgNP/rGO-PEI) composite materials, and evaluated their quality performance in our center. Firstly, we prepared AgNP/rGO-PEI, and then analysed its stability, antibacterial activity, and cellular toxicity by comparing the AgNP/rGO-PEI with the silver nanoparticles (PVP/AgNP) modified by polyvinylpyrrolidone. We found in the study that silver nanoparticles (AgNP) distributed relatively uniformly in AgNP/rGO-PEI surface, silver nanoparticles mass fraction was 4.5%, and particle size was 6-13 nm. In dark or in low illumination light intensity of 3 000 lx meter environment (lux) for 10 days, PVP/AgNP aggregation was more obvious, but the AgNP/rGO-PEI had good dispersibility and its aggregation was not obvious; AgNP/rGO-PEI had a more excellent antibacterial activity, biological compatibility and relatively low biological toxicity. It was concluded that AgNP/rGO-PEI composite materials had reliable quality and good performance, and would have broad application prospects in the future.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(01):-
Objective To study X-ray differential diagnosis of the occupied lesions of the mammary ducts. Methods X-ray features, clinical manifestations and pathological result in 103 patients with pathologically-proved mammary ductal lesions were retrospectively analyzed. Results The mammary ductal occupied lesions in the study included intraductal papilloma (n=70), intraductal papillary carcinoma (n=15), intraductal papillomatosis (n=11), intraductal chronic mastitis (n=7).Conclusion The section, morphological features, size, number and the ductal variety of the lesions and discharge quality are of great value for the differential diagnosis of occupied lesions.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(10):-
Objective To improve the radiologic diagnosis of mammary diseases and analysis the X-ray findings of high-frequency mammography. Methods The distributing type of mammography from 1000 cases(in 321 cases, benign or malignant tumors proved by pathology )and the rates of checkout benign and malignant tumors were analyzed. Results The mammagraphic appearances could be divided into 6 types:the thorough, honeycomb, mass, mixture, fiber and shrink type. There were 131 cases of benign tumors and 40 cases of malignant ones, and they were common observed in women from 36~45 ages, the most type was the thorough. The rate of checkout of benign tumors was 76.3% and the rate of checkout of malignant ones was 92.5%.Conclusion The X-ray films of high-frequency mammography have higher clarity, better radio, higher rate of checkout and important value in radiologic diagnostic of mammary diseases.

Journal of Practical Radiology 1996;0(04):-
Objective To explore the X-ray characteristic findings of the intraductal papilloma to improve the radiologic diagnostic rate. Methods The mammographic data of 70 cases with intraductal papilloma of breast by pathology were analysed. Results Among 66 patients with nipple discharge 29 cases showed circular filling defect,7 cases showed stringy filling defect,17 cases had irregular filling defect,13 cases had mammary duct blocked ;4 cases with no nipple discharge all showed nodes. Conclusion To recognize the specific X-ray findings of intraductal papilloma of breast is valuable for diagnosis.

Objective:To improve the radiologic diagnostic and treatable rate of mannmmary ductal diseases. Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the galactographic materials of 369 cases. Results:The mammary ducts were classified into 4 types according to their morpholgy, including general fruticoses, multiple fruticoses, less fruticoses and single fruticoses. In this group, the multiple and less fruticoses were the most common, the general and single fruticoses were the less. Conclusion:Understanding radiologic anatomy of mammary duct is very valuable in the diagnosis and treatment of mammary ductal diseases.
