BACKGROUND: At present, the internationally public recognition of childhood trauma questionnaire is the authorized version of Bernstein,American psychologist, in 1998.OBJECTIVE: To set up the scale of Chinese version of childhood trauma questionnaire with 28 items and analyze its reliability and validity.DESIGN: Community investigation was designed.SETTING: Mental Health Institute, Xiangya Second Hospital, Central South University.PARTICIPANTS: Totally 441 students from 8 classes were randomized from a countryside middle school of a city in Henan in October 2004.METHODS: A total of 441 students were measured with childhood trauma questionnaire and 93 of them were re-measured 2 months later. Childhood trauma questionnaire included 28 items and divided into 5 subscales, named emotional abuse, physical abuse, sexual abuse, emotional neglect and physical neglect. Five grades were adopted in each item, named 1 score: never; 2 scores: occasionally; 3 scores: sometimes; 4 scores: often;and 5 scores: always. Every subscale was varied from 5 to 25 scores, and the total results were in the range from 25 to 125 scores. It was to analyze the internal identical property, reliability of re-measuring, average correlation coefficient among items and correlation coefficient between total score and every subscale. And the analysis was carried on validation factors. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Homogeneity reliability, re-measuring reliability and validity, absolute fit index, relative fit index and parsimony index of childhood trauma questionnaire were involved.RESULTS: Totally 441 pieces of questionnaire were distributed on the spot and 435 pieces of questionnaire with integral and regular answers were collected. Totally 93 pieces of questionnaire were delivered for the second evaluation 2 months later and 93 pieces with regular answers were collected. All of those were used for the evaluation of re-measuring reliability of such measuring table. ① Cronbach α coefficient was 0.64 in Chinese version of childhood trauma questionnaire of and re-measuring reliability was 0.75. Cronbach αcoefficient of every subscale was varied from 0. 16 to 0.65 and re-measuring reliability was in the range from 0.27 to 0.73. The correlation coefficient among items was varied from -0.20 to 0. 44; ②The correlation coefficient between total score and every subscale was varied from 0. 36 to 0.68 and the correlation coefficient among subscales was from-0.01 to 0.39; ③ Indexes of validation factor analysis:The load coefficient of physical neglect was varied from 0.09 to 0. 64 and that in 2 items was less than 0.20. Multiple correlation coefficient was varied from-0. 20 to 0. 82, X2/df was 2.48 and root mean square error of appr0ximation(RMSEA) was 0.06. Added indexes: IFI (0. 76), CFI (0.75) and TLI (0.72) .Parsimony index: PNFI (0.58) and PCFI (0. 67).CONCLUSION: Chinese version of childhood trauma questionnaire provides better reliability and validity. According to validation analysis, except physical neglect, every index tallies with psychometric standards. The results of analysis on normative pathways are satisfactory, which explains that the subscales of such measuring model provide good matching property and conception validity.

Objective To investigate the regulation effect of hepatocyte nuclear factor (HNF) 1α on the gene expression profile and the signal pathways in HuH7 cells. Methods The expression of HNF1α was increased or decreased in HuH7 cells by Lenti-virus carrying HNF1α or shHNF1α.The expression profile of the cells after treated was examined by microarray technology. The difference expressed gene regulated by HNF1α were screened and the pathway was analyzed with DAVID software and related analysis system. The regulation effect of HNF1α on transforming growth factor (TGF)β signal pathway was detected by reporter gene test and the regulation role of HNF1α on related genes of TGFβ signal pathway was determined by real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and Western blotting assay. Results The expression of HNF1α in HuH7 cells was significantly up-regulated by Lenti-virus carrying HNF1α gene (Lenti-HNF1α) and which was down regulated by Lenti-virus with shHNF1α gene (LentishHNF1 α).Expression profile analysis revealed that 339 genes were positively up regulated two times by HNF1α and 325 genes were negatively down regulated two times.Signal pathway analysis revealed that HNF1α regulated drug metabolism, biosynthesis of unsaturated fatty acids and glycolysis/gluconeogenesis metabolism signal pathways. Moreover,it also involved in the regulation of TGFβ、nuclear factor (NF)-κB and p53 tumor-related signal pathways.Furthermore,Luciferase reportor gene experiment indicated that up-regulated HNF1α could inhibit the activation of TGFβ signal pathway. And the results of real-time PCR and Western blotting verified that up-regulated HNF1α could inhibit TGFβ signal pathway related gene c-myc and TGFβ1 and then inhibited the activation of TGFβ signal pathway. Conclusion HNF1α broadly affects the gene expression profile and the tumor genesis and development related signal pathways in HuH7 cells,furthermore,HNF1α can inhibit the activation of TGFβ signal pathway.

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2022;34(7):747-750
Objective:
To investigate the difference in behavioral characteristics among different phenotypes of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) using amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation (ALFF), so as to provide insights into clinical differentiation of behavioral characteristics among different phenotypes of ADHD.
Methods:
The children with ADHD admitted to The Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou Normal University were enrolled and classified into the inattentive type (ADHD-I), hyperactive/impulsive type (ADHD-HI) and combined type (ADHD-C). The reaction time (RT) was measured using integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test, and the mean (RT-mean) and standard deviation of RT (RT-SD) were estimated. In addition, the ALFF was calculated at 0.010 to 0.027, 0.027 to 0.073, 0.073 to 0.167 Hz, and the difference of ALFF was compared among children with different types of ADHD.
Results:
A total of 107 children with ADHD were enrolled, including 95 boys and 12 girls, with a mean age of (8.89±1.93) years. There were 69 children with ADHD-I, 8 children with ADHD-HI and 30 children with ADHD-C. The RT-SD was significantly higher among children with ADHD-C than among children with ADHD-I [(126.003±51.619) ms vs. (97.720±45.302) ms; P=0.007]; however, there was no significant difference in RT-mean among children with various ADHD phenotypes (F=1.386, P=0.255). There was an interaction between frequency and ADHD phenotypes (F=2.754, P=0.032), and the ALFF was significantly higher among children with ADHD-C than among children with ADHD-I at 0.010 to 0.027 [(5 590.567±231.595) ms vs. (4 694.001±154.397) ms; P=0.002] and 0.073 to 0.167 Hz [(4 312.609±174.709) ms vs. (3 690.805±116.473) ms; P=0.005].
Conclusions
The ALFF varies in ADHD phenotypes, and there is a frequency-specific difference.

Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic jejunostomy with central venous catheterization set (CVC, Arrow International Inc., USA) during the operation of totally minimally invasive Ivor-Lewis esophagectomy (MIIE). Methods:The clinical data of 88 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma who were admitted to the Fudan University Cancer Hospital from February 2013 to April 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 48 patients with early mid-lower esophageal cancer un-derwent laparoscopic jejunostomy with CVC, and 40 patients accepted nasogastric tube nutrition. Short-term clinical outcomes were collected. Results:No significant difference in nutrition index was found between the two groups, but the rate of unplanned extubation in the laparoscopic jejunostomy with CVC group was less than that in the nasogastric tube nutrition group. Conclusion:Laparoscopic jejunostomy with CVC set is a safe and feasible technique. It is potentially accepted as an optional approach in MIIE for post-operative nutrition support.
