Primitive neuroectodermal tumor (PNET) is a kind of malignant tumor, which most often affects children and adolescents. The incidence of PNET has risen recently. PNET has low early diagnosis rate and poor treatment effect. With the application of RT-PCR and FISH in pathological diagnosis, and MRI and PET-CT in imageological diagnosis, as well as the implementation of target treatment and multidisciplinary integrated treatment concept in the treatment, the pathogenesis, diagnosis technology and treatment means of of PNET have made remarkable progress.

The Viet Duc Hospital found 6 cases of the postoperative left gauze by ultrasound during 1997-1998. The diagnosis based on the clinical symptoms (infectious sign), operative history, position and size of foreign body. The foreign bodies found earliest in the 20th days and longest in the 4th years after an operation. The form, size and structure of the foreign bodies have not been changed through the round of examination.

Objective To investigate the relationship between hypothyroidism condition and renal function in diabetic nephropathy (DN) patients via measuring the hypothyroidism status of patients at different renal function stages of DN.Meanwhile,the influence of hemadialysis on thyroid function was also evaluated to pursue better treatment measures for the patients with diabetic nephropathy complicated with hypothyroidism.Observe the influence of hemadialysis in values of thyroid function,and discuss the better therapy of diabetic nephropathy with hypothyroidism.Methods FT3,FrT4,TSH3 were tested by chemiluminescence immunoassay in 125 cases of DN for January 2008 to December 2010,and SCr、BUN were tested at the same time.Then investagated the changes of thyroid function items of DN with uremia patients after hemadialysis.Analyze the data statistically.Results SCr,BUN of DN group were negatively co-related to FT3,FrT4 ( r =- 0.65,- 0.46,-0.76,- 0.56,P ＜ 0.05 ) ; But not co-related to TSH3 ( P ＞ 0.05 ).The changes of thyroid function items,namely FT3,FrT4,TSH3 of DN with uremia patients after hemadialysis was not statistically significant.Conclusion SCr,BUN were negatively correlated to FT3,FrT4,but there was no relation between SCr,BUN and TSH3.Hemadialysis therapy is not beneficial for the hypothyroidism in DN patients.

Advanced colorectal cancer mainly classified as locally advanced,locally recurrent and distally metastatic colorectal cancer.Distal metastasis of colorectal cancer includes peritoneal metastasis,liver,lung and other organ metastasis.Surgical resection remains the only possible cure for patients with advanced colorectal cancer.Preoperative systemic evaluation based on radiographic images,especially the evaluation on the resectability of hepatic metastatic lesions from colorectal cancer is very important.Neo-adjuvant and adjuvant therapy increased the resection rate of primary and metastatic lesions of advanced colorectal cancer.In recent 10 years,with the development of oncolegical surgery,treatment modality of multi-disciplinary team has been proposed and implemented,which increased the survival time and improved the life quality of patients with colorectal cancer.

Objective To investigate an effective method to treat gastric ulcer perforation with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods 117 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture plus Sanbal Powder, and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine exclusively. Results The two groups showed significant difference in the cure rate, the total efficiency, the average inpatient free, and the relapse rate in three years with P＜0.01. Conclusion The therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine will shorten inpatient time, alleviate pain and increase recovery rate when treating gastroduodenal ulcer perforation.

Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining of the content of palmatine hydrochloride in Fuke Qianjin Tablets. Methods HPLC was performed on Shimadzu-C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of 0.05 mol·L-1 sodium acid phosphate (pH=3, adjusted by phosphoric acid)-acetonitrile (72 : 28). The detection wavelength was at 265 nm. Results The linear correlation was in the range of 0. 051 μg～0. 255 μg(r=0. 999 9). The average recovery was 100. 04 %, and RSD=1.03 % (n=5). Conclusion The method is accurate and specific.
