Primitive neuroectodermal tumor (PNET) is a kind of malignant tumor, which most often affects children and adolescents. The incidence of PNET has risen recently. PNET has low early diagnosis rate and poor treatment effect. With the application of RT-PCR and FISH in pathological diagnosis, and MRI and PET-CT in imageological diagnosis, as well as the implementation of target treatment and multidisciplinary integrated treatment concept in the treatment, the pathogenesis, diagnosis technology and treatment means of of PNET have made remarkable progress.

The Viet Duc Hospital found 6 cases of the postoperative left gauze by ultrasound during 1997-1998. The diagnosis based on the clinical symptoms (infectious sign), operative history, position and size of foreign body. The foreign bodies found earliest in the 20th days and longest in the 4th years after an operation. The form, size and structure of the foreign bodies have not been changed through the round of examination.

Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) family consists of a group of secreted dimeric glycoprotein with a cysteine knot motif of regularly spaced eight cysteine residues,which plays a key role in vasculogenesis,angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis via their special receptors.VEGF-A,one of VEGF families,is essential for vasculogenesis and angiogenesis.So inhibition of VEGF is available in the treatment of cancer and some diseases of pathological angiogenesis.Some studies imply that VEGF receptor-2 (VEGFR-2)is expressed in some nonvascular tissue and exerts an important role in the differentiation and survival of the cells.The expressions of VEGF and VEGFR-2 in lens epithelial cells(LECs) can be detected in the formation of lens vescle in embryo stage to adult.VEGF secreted by lens itself is concerned with the differentiation and development of lens via autocrine and paracrine.

Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining of the content of palmatine hydrochloride in Fuke Qianjin Tablets. Methods HPLC was performed on Shimadzu-C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of 0.05 mol·L-1 sodium acid phosphate (pH=3, adjusted by phosphoric acid)-acetonitrile (72 : 28). The detection wavelength was at 265 nm. Results The linear correlation was in the range of 0. 051 μg~0. 255 μg(r=0. 999 9). The average recovery was 100. 04 %, and RSD=1.03 % (n=5). Conclusion The method is accurate and specific.
9.Treatment of Gastroduodenal Ulcer Perforation of 59 Cases with Acupuncture plus Sanbai Powder

Objective To investigate an effective method to treat gastric ulcer perforation with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods 117 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture plus Sanbal Powder, and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine exclusively. Results The two groups showed significant difference in the cure rate, the total efficiency, the average inpatient free, and the relapse rate in three years with P<0.01. Conclusion The therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine will shorten inpatient time, alleviate pain and increase recovery rate when treating gastroduodenal ulcer perforation.
10.Clinical and Empirical Study on Cerebral Infarction of Phlegm-heat Accumulated in Large Intestime and Wind-phlegm Invading Upward Type Treated by Tongfu Xingshen Oral Liquid

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Tongfu Xingshen Oral Liquid on the cerebral infarction of phlegm-heat accumulated in large intestime and wind-phlegm invading upward type and the impact of this Oral liquid on plasma ET-1,TNF-α and the blood viscosity.Methods 60 cases of cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into Tongfu Xingshen Oral Liquid treatment group(n=30)and conventional therapeutic group(n=30).Besides Routine treatment was used in the two groups,the Tongfu Xingshen Oral Liquid,100ml twice dally,was added in the treatment group.The course of treatment for both groups was 20 days.RIA,double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)and LG-R-80A hemorbeology instrument were used to determine the level of all patients'plasma ET-1,serum TNF-α,blood viscosity,before and after the treatment.Meanwhile,neurological impairment scale Was assayed before and 28 days after the treatment.30 healthy people were recruited as controls.Results The plasma ET-1,serum TNF-α,whole blood viscosity value,plasma viscosity value.RBC hardness plot,fibrinogen(FI)levels in cerebral infarction patients were significantly higher than healthy people.The plasma ET-1,serum TNF-α,whole blood viscosity value,plasma viscosity value,RBC hardness plot,fibrinogen(FI)level were positively correlated with the acute cerebral infarction.Thetotal efficiency of the treatment group(90%)was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(72.5%,P<0.05).The plasma ET-1,serum TNF-α,whole blood viscosity value,Plasma viscosity value,RBC hardness plot,fibrinogen(FD levels were decreased after treatment in the both groups,while the reductions in the treatment group were more obvious than in the conventional therapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongru Xinshen Oral Liquid can improve the prognosis of cerebral infarction by degrading plasma ET-1,serum TNF-α,whole blood viscosity value,plasma viscosity value,RBC hardness plot,fibrinogen(FI)of acute cerebral infarction patients and degrading cerebrovascular endothelial cells damage,improvingthe clinical symptoms and rehabilitating of neurological defects,.
