2.Diagnosis and treatment of primitive neuroectodermal tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(8):624-626
Primitive neuroectodermal tumor (PNET) is a kind of malignant tumor, which most often affects children and adolescents. The incidence of PNET has risen recently. PNET has low early diagnosis rate and poor treatment effect. With the application of RT-PCR and FISH in pathological diagnosis, and MRI and PET-CT in imageological diagnosis, as well as the implementation of target treatment and multidisciplinary integrated treatment concept in the treatment, the pathogenesis, diagnosis technology and treatment means of of PNET have made remarkable progress.

4.Ultrasound diagnosis of postoperative foreign body (gauze)
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 1999;233(2):63-64
The Viet Duc Hospital found 6 cases of the postoperative left gauze by ultrasound during 1997-1998. The diagnosis based on the clinical symptoms (infectious sign), operative history, position and size of foreign body. The foreign bodies found earliest in the 20th days and longest in the 4th years after an operation. The form, size and structure of the foreign bodies have not been changed through the round of examination.

6.THE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF PEPTIC ULCER
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1993;0(02):-
This paper reports the results of surgical management of 38 patients with chronic gasric and duodenal ulcer complicted with mycotic infection. This disease was easily be misdiagnosed as gas- tric carcinoma, especially when a mass can be palpated in the upperabdomen.Gastroscopical biopsy was the most effective method of diagnosis. When the ulcer complicated with mild mycotic infection,it can be treated by anti-mycotic drugs. But if the ulcer is large and deep,or complicated with hemorrhage, perforation or malignancy, the treatment of choice is surgery. Before operation, using anti-mycotic drugs to prevent the occurrence of mycotic sepsis must be consider- ated.During operation,if malignancy is suspected, frozen section should be taken.
7.QUANTIFICAT ION OF FIBRONECTIN IN EXTRACTS OF SKIN INCISED WOUND BY ELISA METHOD
Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1987;0(03):-
The content of fibronectin in skin incised wound of adult abdomen was rneasured with double antibody sandwich EI,lSA is report. The result indicated that it is possible to measure fibronectin in extracts of skin tissue. The mean extractable fibronectin level per gram adult abdominal skin was 7. 5920?1. 7364ug (M ? SD ). The content of fibronectin in incised wound at different groups in lccal area intervals after injury increased gradually,acconlpy1ng along with the tirne prolonged. There existed a linear correlation between the tlme elapsed after 1n jury and the fibronectin content in wounds. But,only O. 5hr or longer than 0. 5hr after injury the difference between local skin fibronectin and instantenous one is significant (P
8.Preparation and Quality Control of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Ear Drops
China Pharmacy 2001;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE:To prepare levofloxacin hydrochloride ear drops METHODS:The content of levofloxacin hydrochloride was determined with UV-spectrophotometry RESULTS:The linearity range was 2~10?g/ml with a regression equation of A=1 83?10-3+0 07 415C and r=0 9 991(n=5) The average recovery was (98 74?0 51)% CONCLUSION:The UV-spectrophotometry method is simple, rapid and accurate and the preparation is powerful in antibacterial action and stable in quality
9.The effect of enteral and parenteral nutrition surpport on gut permeability and systemic inflammatory response in patients with abdominal trauma
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1993;0(03):-
Objective To study the effects of respective early enteral (EN) and parenteral nutrition (PN) surpport on intestinal permeability and systemic inflammatory response in patients with abdominal trauma. Methods Thirty abdomen trauma patients were divided into 2 groups:1. EN group (n=15),2. PN group(n=15).The L/M (lactulose over mannitol) permeability was determined on the day of operation and 3,5,7 days post-op. The APACHE Ⅱ scores were evaluated. Results In PN group, the L/M ratio reached the highest point on 5th day (0.061?0.002,P
10.Determination of Alkaloids in Preparations of Common Monkshood (Aconitum carmichaeli), Kusnezoff Monkshood(A. kusnezoffii)and Fuzi (A. carmichaeli)by Its Derivative Spectral Method
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(09):-
A first derivative spectral method was established for the determination of alkaloids in preparations of A.carmichaeli,A. kusnezoffii, and Fuzi (A. carmichaeli ). This method showed no significant difference as compared with the method used in Chinese Pharmacopoeia at 95% confidence level. The method is simple and sensitive.
