Although the cesarean section has become an effective means to solve dystocia,high - risk pregnan-cy and other critical obstetrical disease,but the morbidity rate and hospitalization rate of newborn did not decreased obviously because of the continuous increasing of cesarean section rate. Contrary,in recent years,many domestic and foreign researches have found that,compared with normal vaginal delivery babies,cesarean section newborn infants have higher related disease incidence rate after birth,especially respiratory distress sydrome,transient tachypnea of newborn infants,persistent pulmonary hypertension and infection,and more attention should be paid to the fact that cesarean section children are more prone to allergic and immune system diseases as well as neuropsychiatric related diseases. Therefore,this article aims at integrating the researches and providing an overview on recent and long - term effection on newborn infants.

Objective To develop an HPLC analytic method for determination of cyromazine residue in water.Methods Chromatographic column of YMC C18(150 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m)was used,mobile phase was methanol+0.02 mol/L NH4Ac=15+85(V/V),flowing rate was 1.0 ml/min,DAD detection wavelength was 210 nm.Results Regression equation was y=243.8x-4.2,r=0.999 96.The minimal detectable concentration was 0.010 mg/L;the rate of recovery was 94%-100% and the relative standard deviation was less than 3.0%.Conclusion The method is satisfactory in precision,accuracy and sensitivity.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of heat sensitive moxibustion plus herbal hot compress for primary dysmenorrhea. Methods Ninety patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly allocated to a treatment and a control group, with 45 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with heat sensitive moxibustion plus herbal hot compress, and the control group received ibuprofen (slow-release capsule) for three menstrual cycles. Results At the end of the first menstrual cycle, the total instant effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (95.6%vs. 82.2%;χ2=4.050, P<0.05);at the end of the third menstrual cycle, healing rate (66.7% vs. 35.6%; χ2=8.720, P<0.05), total effective rate (97.8%vs. 80.0%;χ2=7.200, P<0.05) in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group;at 6 months follow-up, the relapse rate in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group (6.7% vs. 43.8%; χ2=4.050, P<0.05). Conclusion Heat sensitive moxibustion plus herbal hot compress is a effective approach for primary dysmenorrhea.

Objective To investigate the effect of implementation of hand hygiene(HH)activities on HH compliance among health care workers(HCWs).Methods In May-December 2013,a series of HH intervention measures in a hospital were implemented,compliance to HH among all clinical and laboratory HCWs in April-December 2013 (before and after in-tervention)were surveyed and compared.Results After implementing HH activities,HH compliance rate of HCWs in-creased from 39.82% before intervention to 80.77% after intervention,HH compliance rates of doctors,nurses and clean-ing staff increased from 41.09%,41.30% and 34.33% before intervention to 83.87%,91.89%,and 59.54% after inter-vention respectively,the differences between before and after intervention were all statistically significant (all P <0.001). Except intensive care unit,HH compliance rates of HCWs in departments of surgery,internal medicine,and radiotherapy were all higher than pre-intervention(all P <0.001).Compliance to five indications for HH among HCWs after interven-tion were all higher than pre-intervention(all P <0.001 ),HH compliance rate before touching a patient increased from 23.88% to 73.37%,before clean/aseptic procedure increased from 58.65% to 94.23%.Conclusion Through the imple-mentation and supervision of HH activities,both the awareness and compliance of HH among HCWs have been significant-ly improved,good HH habit is gradually developed.

Objective To investigate the application of PBL and LBL teaching in medical imag-ing teach-ing. Methods Totally 124 five-year clinical students were divided into two groups:PBL teaching (n=57)and LBL teaching(n=67). Teaching in PBL group was conducted through the following 6 proce-dures:grouping-giving cases-asking questions-establishing hypothesis-collecting data-hypoth-esis testing-team summarizing. Teaching in LBL group was conducted mainly by teachers with multime-dia, course-ware,wall charts,models,samples,etc and finally summarized by teachers. Effect was eval-uated by reading test,closed-book exam and questionnaire survey. t test was employed to do statically analysis,with P≤0.05 being statistical differences. Results Reading test score ((82.4±14.8)vs (74.5±9.7))and case analysis score((13.9±5.1)vs (10.2±6.1))were higher in PBL group than in LBL group(P≤0.05). Most students in PBL group appreciated the teaching method. Conclusions PBL teaching can help improve the clinical analysis of students and is welcomed by students. Moreover, PBL,as a supplement of traditional teaching,can initiate the learning interests and enhance the innova-tion of students.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasound or CT guided percutaneous Trucut needle biopsy on the diagnosis of pancreatic tumors.Methods One hundred and twenty-four patients clinically diagnosed as pancreatic cancer without pathological diagnosis underwent percutaneous pancreatic biopsy by using Trucut needle under ultrasound or CT guidance.ResultsOne hundred and nine procedures of ultrasound-guided biopsy and 15 procedures of CT-guided biopsy were performed,and one patient received 2.3times of punctures.Tissue samples were obtained in all 124 patients,the diagnostic accuracy was 95.2％,among them 115 were adenocarcinoma,5 were cystadenoma,2 were metastasis cancer,1 was cancer of unknown origin and 1 was normal.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy were 99.2％ 100％,and 99.2％,respectively.Transient serum amylase increase was observed in 3 patients; 5 patients' abdominal pain aggravated,but all recovered with conservative management.One patient was found to have tumor seeding on the spot of insertion after 34 days.No other major complications occurred.ConclusionsUltrasound or CTguided percutaneous pancreatic 16 ～ 18G Trucut needle biopsy is a safe and simple procedure with excellent diagnostic value for pancreatic cancer.

Objective To explore the effect of the prevention and treatment of unstable bladder after suprapubic prostaectomy by capsaicin instilled into the bladder preoperatively combined with patient-controlled epidural analgesia(PCEA)for benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods Sixty patients with BPH underwent suprapubic prostatectomy under epidural anesthesia were randomly divided into control group (30 cases)and treatment group(30 cases),100 ml of 100 μmol/L capsaicin was instilled into the bladder preoperatively for 30 minutes combined with PCEA after operation in treatment group,the control group was only given PCEA.Observed the incidence and continuous time of unstable bladder after operation in two groups.Results Unstable bladder was found in 3 cases of treatment group and they were Ⅰdegree,12 cases happened unstable bladder in control group,3 cases Ⅰdegree,5 cases Ⅱdegree,3 cases Ⅲ degree,1 case Ⅳ degree.There was obvious significance between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Capsaicin instilled into the bladder combined with PCEA can cut off the reflex arc of detrusor contraction more completely and has obvious effect of decrease the incidence of unstable bladder after suprapubic prostatectomy and can be used widely.

Methods The expressions of PCNA, bcl-2 and c-myc proteins in 36 cases of thyroid adenomas and 37 cases of thyroid carcinomas were examined by immunohistochemistry technique. DNA ploidy was measured by imaging analysis technique in 8 cases of thyroid adenomas and 17 cases of thyroid carcinomas. Objective To improve the accuracy with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) diagnosis of spontaneous intraocular hemorrhage. Design Retrospective case series. Participants 6 patients with spontaneous intraocular hemorrhage. Methods The image findings were retrospectively analyzed in 6 patients confirmed by surgery with or without pathology. All of them were examined with ultrasonography and 5 cases with color ultrasonography. MRI was performed in 6 cases,and enhanced MRI in 5 cases. Main Outcome Measures Configuration,signal intense,characteristics of enhancement signal and ultrasonograph. Results 1 case was crescent shape on MRI of spontaneous intraocular hemorrhage,2 cases were lenticular shape,3 cases were hump shape. 2 cases showed high signal intensity on T1WI,and low signal on T2WI. 2 cases showed high signal on both T1 and T2WI. 2 cases showed low signal on T1WI,and high signal intensity on T2WI. 2 cases presented a ring with hypointensity on T2WI. No enhancement was revealed within the lesions in 5 cases. Liner enhancement was showed in 2 cases; ring enhancement was showed in 1 case. 2 cases were corrected diagnosed by MRI,2 cases were misdiagnosed as melanoma,and 2 cases were misdiagnosed as tumor concomitant hemorrhage,and all cases were diagnosed as tumor with ultrasonography. With color Doppler imaging 4 cases were correctly diagnosed as hemorrhage based on without blood-flow signal,and 1 case was diagnosed as tumor. Conclusions The MRI signal characteristic of spontaneous ocular hemorrhage is variable,and the main feature is no enhancement within the lesion. MRI combined with ultrasonography can make the diagnosis more correctly.
