1.Recent and long-term effection of cesarean section on newborn infants
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2015;(14):1114-1116
Although the cesarean section has become an effective means to solve dystocia, high - risk pregnan-cy and other critical obstetrical disease, but the morbidity rate and hospitalization rate of newborn did not decreased obviously because of the continuous increasing of cesarean section rate. Contrary,in recent years, many domestic and foreign researches have found that, compared with normal vaginal delivery babies, cesarean section newborn infants have higher related disease incidence rate after birth, especially respiratory distress sydrome, transient tachypnea of newborn infants, persistent pulmonary hypertension and infection, and more attention should be paid to the fact that cesarean section children are more prone to allergic and immune system diseases as well as neuropsychiatric related diseases. Therefore, this article aims at integrating the researches and providing an overview on recent and long - term effection on newborn infants.

Objective Implement random sample from a simulation population,to evaluate the The impact of samplesize and sample-process on several usual importance evaluate methods, observe the stability of those methods. Methods This study introduced existed importance methods, using PROC SURVEYSELECT procedure to sample a fixed population for 1000 times, generating 1000 same size sample,to evaluate the stability of relative importance methods. We sampled the population to generate datasets with different sample size to observe impact of sample-size on those methods. Results The sum of squared correlation coefficients' estimator is bigger than model R-square,squared standardized regression coefficients' sum is smaller. In contrary, sum of the Product Measure,Relative Weight and Dominance Analysis are extremely close to model R-square.When the sample size small than 1000,the estimator have obviously variation, but the variation decreased when the sample size rise up.Conclusion The dominance analysis has best stability, also has the best match of model R2 in those methods.

【Objective】 To study the incidence, possible etiology, diagnosis and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma with multiple primary carcinom a. 【Method】 45 cases of EC with other primary tumors were eligible for the ret rospective study. 【Results】 Of 1389 cases with EC, the rate of EC accompanied wit h other primary carcinoma was 3.2% (45/1389); the interval between two tumors d iagnosed was ranged from 8 months to 19 years. The percentage of interval more t han 5 years accounted for 62% (16/26). Among these 45 patients, the percentage o f EC complicated by other reproductive tract tumor was 53%(24/45), of them, 19 were synchronous carcinoma. The rate of EC with breast cancer and colo-rectal carcinoma were 169%(7/45), and 11%(5/45) respectively. Clinical staging for pati ents with EC plus multiple primary malignancy were 30 with stage Ⅰ, 9 stage Ⅱ, 3 stage Ⅲ and 2 stage Ⅳ. All patients with first primary tumors were treated by radical treatment. While 8 cases were also treated by radiation and 6 cases t reated by chemotherapy. In this group, all multiple primary tumors were treated by radical therapy. The overall 5-year survival rate was 63%. 【Conclusions】 ①The possibility of second primary tumor, such as female reproductive tract tu mor , breast cancer, and colo-rectal carcinoma should be considered in the patients with EC. ②The etiology of EC with multiple primary tumor may be relevant to th e same embryonic histogenesis, estrogen receptor, radiotherapy and chemotherapy.

BACKGROUND:Posterior arch length deficiency is closely related to the formation and development of malocclusion.
OBJECTIVE:To measure the posterior arch length in individual normal occlusions of adults in Lanzhou.
METHODS:A total of 102 current col ege students with individual normal occlusions, with a mean age of (19.33±2.67) years (range 18-24 years), including 47 males and 55 females from Gansu Province, were chosen to take lateral cephalograms. Al research objects were divided into three groups according to mandibular plane angle:high angle group (Frankfort mandibular-plane angle>32°), low angle group (Frankfort mandibular-plane angle<22°) and control group (22°≤Frankfort mandibular-plane angle≤ 32°). Posterior arch length of both maxil ary and mandibular arches was measured, and the data were compared between genders and groups and in groups.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Posterior arch length of maxil ary arch was slightly longer in male group than that in female group, and the difference was not significant (P>0.05). The posterior arch length of mandibular arch was slightly longer in male group than that in female group, but the difference was no significant (P>0.05). Comparison between groups revealed that the posterior arch length of low angle mandibular arch was significantly longer than that of high angle mandibular arch in male group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). The results indicate that the gender wil not influence the development of posterior arch length. Different vertical facial types and different genders have different posterior arch length in individual normal occlusions of adults

OBJECTIVE:To explore the regularity and characteristics of anaphylactoid reactions induced by Magnesium iso-glycyrrhizinate injection, and provide reference for clinical rational drug use. METHODS:27 ADR reports induced by Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection from Hunan Center for ADR Monitoring from Jan. 2014 to Mar. 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. RE-SULTS:In the 27 cases,15 were male (55.56%) and 12 were female (44.44%),with percentage of 1.25∶1;ADR mainly oc-curred in patients with 41-60 years old(51.85%);involved organ/system were mainly skin and its appendages(35.85%)and sys-temic damage(26.42%),the main clinical manifestations were rash, itching, fever, chills, vomiting and dizziness;there were 7 severe ADR reports(25.92%),mainly showed chills, fever and other systemic symptoms;most ADR can be cured(40.74%)or relieved(55.56%)by related processing. CONCLUSIONS:There are no risk tips for severe allergic reactions in instruction,it is necessary to strengthen post-marketing surveillance and further improve the drug instructions to reduce the risk of severe ADR in-duced by Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection.

It is shown by the typical investigation on the status of doctor-patient relationship in ten cities of China that doctor-patient relationship is generally harmony and relative better, and it is affected by many important factors including governmental policy, hospital and staff, and patient aspects,so it is injustice for hospital and staff to be excessively criticized. This article mainly analyzes the factors of hospital and staff and advances the corresponding countermeasure.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
The reasons why the relationships between doctors and patients hasn't advanced to a full and true harmonious stage in our country are multiple. From the legal point of view, the research on the important legal issues of doctor-patient relationship is deficient. The law regulating the relationship is hysteretic and even lacking. The system settling the doctor-patient conflict is distempered and imperfect. Both the doctors' and patients' legal knowledge and consciousness are inadequate. Therefore,it is necessary to discuss the legal measures from the four aspects to construct a harmonious medical service system.

Objective:In investigate the status quo of current physician-patient relationship.Method:A self-designed questionnaire is conducted among the medical staff and patients in 40 hospitals(20 grade 3 hospitals and 20 grade 2 hospitals) located in 10 cities of China.Result:9.3% of the total patient responders consider the current physician-patient relationship dissatisfying, with a counterpart ratio of 31.2% in responders of medical staff. Conclusion:Currently in China,main-stream of physician-patient relationship is harmonious, but it can not be denied that medical staff are suffering tremendous stress from the ever tenser physician-patient contradictions.
