1.Ethical Considerations about the Cases of Commercial Genetic Testing in Obstetric Practice
Chinese Medical Ethics 2015;(1):26-29
Two cases, prenatal genetic testing for deafness and newborn genetic testing for diseases and talent, were firstly introduced. And then, the author analyzed the ethical issues in these cases, such as question about ge-netic testing technologies, freedom of genetic testing in clinical obstetrics, role of obstetricians in genetic testing, problems about informed consent, and harms to doctor-patient relationship, and so forth. Finally, it put forward some suggestions on commercial genetic testing in obstetric practice.
2.The expression of vascular endotbelial growth factor and matrix metalloproteinase-9 in pancreatic carcinoma and its clinical significance
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(12):1629-1630
Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) or matrix metalloproteinase-9( MMP-9) in pancreatic carcinoma( PCA) and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of VECF and MMP-9 in 50 PCA tissues and in 20 normal pancreatic tissues were examined by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of VECF and MMP-9 was higher in PCA than that in its surrounding parenchyma and normal pancreatic parenchyma( x2 = 2.82,2.96, all P < 0.05 ) ; The expression of VEGF and MMP-9 were related to the tumor differentiation, the clinical stage and the lymphnode metastasis. Conclusion VECF and MMP-9 should play important role in the invasion and metastasis of PCA, and had a certain significance for predicting recurrence and metastasis of pancreatic cancer.
3.sIgA of intestinalmucosal barrier in its relevant diseases
International Journal of Pediatrics 2017;44(3):170-173
Intestinal mucosal barrier can prevent harmful substance into other tissue, organ and blood across intestinal mucous, and sIgA in feces is an important part of intestinal mucosal barrier.sIgA plays a critical role as an immunological barrier and matters to maintain intestinal homeostasis.SIgA can enhance mucosal barrier[1],protect microbial pathogen from invading and relieve intestinal infammafion symptoms. This review summarizes the research of sIgA in some diseases,to understand its function in the diseases and provide evidence for diagnosis and treatment.
4.Research progress of paclitaxel drug formulations
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(2):303-305
Paclitaxel is an antimicrotubule agent indicated as first-line therapy for the treatment of advanced carcinoma of the ovary and breast cancer.Oral administration of paclitaxel is preferred as it is convenient to use in hospital and reduces costs. However, due to the low oral bioavailability of paclitaxel, most commercially available for-mulations are injections. This review presents the progress of developed paclitaxel injection and oral formulations to enhance the bioavailability of paclitaxel.
5.Research progress of matrix protein in bone metastasis of malignant tumor
Practical Oncology Journal 2017;31(3):285-288
The incidence of bone metastases in malignant tumors is high, and seriously affected the lifequality of patients. It is clear that the mechanism of the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors are of greatsignificance. It has been confirmed that tumor microenvironment plays an important role in the migration of prima-ry tumors, and the matrix protein is an important component of bone marrow microenvironment. In recent years, thelatest study has been found that matrix proteins can be involved in the process of bone metastasis by promotingtumor cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis. In this paper, the role of matrix proteins in the process of bonemetastasis of malignant tumors was reviewed.
6.Cardiovascular safety perceptions of sulfonylureas based on evidence
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2017;25(6):573-576
The relationship between Sulfonylureas(SUs) and cardiovascular (CV) risks has attracted great attention.Previous studies have illustrated that some SUs increase CV risk in type 2 diabetes (T2DM) patients;while others do not.Clinical studies have found that the CV risks of different SUs may be different.Compared with other SUs;glimepiride and gliclazide may have lower CV risks. Here we reviewed evidence-based CV safety of SUs and the recent research progress.
7.Effect Angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 Receptor(AT_1R) Antagonist on Neointima Formation after Vascular Balloon Injury
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(08):-
Objective To investigate the effects of angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor(AT 1R) antagonist,TCV-116,and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitory(ACEI),Delapril on neointimal formation after carotid balloon injury in rats. Method TCV-116 and Delapril were administered p.o for 3 weeks(1 weeks before and 2 weeks after carotid balloon injury) in SHR.Neointimal formation of carotid artery was examined. Results Compared with the control group,neointima/media area ratio was significantly reduced(48 3% and 45 5% respectivity,P
8.Detection and Clinical Significance of Serum TSGF in Patients with Colorectal Carcinoma
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(03):-
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of serum tumor supplied group of factor (TSGF) in diagnosing colorectal carcinoma. Methods The TSGF concentration in the patients with colorectal carcinoma, with colorectal polyp and healthy subjects were retrospectively reviewed. Results The TSGF concentration in the colorectal carcinoma patients was significantly higher than that in the colorectal polyp patients (P
9.Relationship between the expression of EGF, EGFR and PCNA with clinicopathological characteristics in human colorectal carcinoma
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1997;0(04):-
Objective To evaluate the relationship between the expression of EGF, EGFR and PCNA with the clinicopathological characteristics in human colorectal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression of EGF, EGFR and PCNA in 50 specimens of colorectal carcinoma and 10 specimens of normal colorectal tissue. Results In cancer specimens, the expression of EGF and EGFR were 76.07% and 84.15% respectively, but in normal colorectal tissue were no expression of EGF and EGFR (P
10.Efficacy Observation of A Clotrimazole Combined with Ultrasonic Atomization of Ozone in the Treatment of Candidal Vaginitis
China Pharmacist 2014;(12):2080-2082
Objective:To observe the efficacy of A clotrimazole combined with ultrasonic atomization of ozone in the treatment of candidal vaginitis. Methods:Totally 200 cases of candidal vaginitis were divided into the observation group and the control group with 100 cases in each. The control group was given A clotrimazole creams through vaginal administration, qd, while the observation group was treated by ultrasonic atomization of ozone additionally, qd, 15min per time with five times. The clinical efficacy and the recurrence rate after 6 months of the two groups were compared. Before the treatment and in the first and fourth week after the treatment, vaginal secretion bacterial culture was performed and pH value was detected. Results:The cure rate and the total effective rate of the observa-tion group was 88% and 98%, respectively, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (69% and 82%, respective-ly, P<0. 05). After the 6-month follow-up, the recurrence rate was 1. 0% in the observation group (1/98), which was significantly lower than that in the control group [7. 3%(6/82),P<0. 05]. After the treatment, the vaginal pH value in the observation group was reduced notably and the number of lactobacillus was increased significantly(P<0. 05), while those in the control group were without significant changes (P>0. 05). Conclusion:A clotrimazole combined with ultrasonic atomization of ozone in the treatment of candidal vaginitis can improve the therapeutic effect.
