OBJECTIVE: To explore microcosmic information in chronic gastritis dampness syndrome by using serum proteomics of patients with chronic gastritis dampness syndrome. METHODS: Serum proteomics of 18 dampness syndrome cases, 17 non-dampness syndrome cases in chronic gastritis patients and 8 normal controls were analyzed by surface enhanced laser desorption/ionization-time of flight (SELDI-TOF) protein-chip. RESULTS: There was a high expression trend in three ratios of charge (of an electron) to mass (M/S) of 3.2 kD, 6.4 kD and 8.1 kD of protein expression spectrum from patients with chronic gastritis dampness syndrome, and the wave peak value was over 10 units. There was a low expression trend in above-mentioned sites of protein expression spectrum from patients with chronic gastritis non-dampness syndrome and normal group. The wave peak value of patients with chronic gastritis non-dampness syndrome was about or below 10 units, and the wave peak value in normal group was below 5 units. CONCLUSION: There exists a certain significance to explore biologic theory basis of chronic gastritis dampness syndrome by analyzing the serum proteomics.

Objective To explore the relationship of vertebral artery hypoplasia (VAH) with acute posterior circulation cerebral infarction (APCCI).Methods One hundred and eighty-nine consecutive patients diagnosed as having acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were enrolled in our study;retrospective analysis was performed on their clinical and radiographic data to compare the general clinical characteristics of patients with posterior circulation infarction (PCI) and anterior circulation infarction (ACI).VAH was conformed by cranial magnetic resonance angiography (MRA),vertebral artery ultrasound or cranial MRA+vertebral artery Ultrasound.The infarction lesions in VAH patients with APCCI were typed;the correlation between vertebral artery diameter's differences and National Institute of Health stroke scale (NIHSS) scores in VAH patients with APCCI was illuminated.Results In 189 consecutive patients with acute cerebral infarction,32 (16.93％) were with VAH;after exclusion of 8 with infarction in both anterior and posterior circulation,90 (49.72％) were in PCI group while 91 (50.28％) in the ACI group.Univariate analysis showed that statistical differences were noted between the two groups in triglyceride (TG) and VAH levels (P＜0.05).In 23 patients with APCCI with VAH,brain stem infarction consisted of 9 patients (5 VAHs were ipsilateral to the infarction,3 VAHs contralateral and one bi-VAH),cerebellum infarction consisted of one patient (ipsilateral side),thalamus infarction 10 patients (4 VAHs were ipsilateral to the infarction,and 6 VAHs contralateral),occipital lobe infarction 2 patients (one ipsilateral and one contralateral) and cerebellum with thalamus infarction one patient (the side of VAH was ipsilateral to the cerebellum and contralateral to the thalamus).After excluding one patient with bi-VAH,in 22 patients with APCCI combined with VAH,significantly positive correlation between vertebral artery diameter's differences and NIHSS scores was noted (r=0.560,P=0.000).Conclusions It might be the best assessment standard of VAH measured by combination of transcranial MRA and vertebral ultrasound.TG and VAH may be risk factors of APCCI,and VAH could be one independent risk factor of APCCI.The side of VAH is usually ipsilateral to the brain stem and cerebellum infarction,while contralateral to the thalamus infarction in APCCI patients with VAH.Also,vertebral artery diameter's differences are positively correlated with NIHSS scores.

Objective To compare the sonographic features as well as clinical histopathological features of follicular variant papillary thyroid carcinoma(FVPTC) and conventional papillary thyroid carcinoma (CPTC) in pediatric patients.Methods From Jan.2006 to Dec.2017,26 FVPTC patients and 82 CPTC patients were enrolled in this study.The clinical histopathological findings and the sonographic features were compared between the two groups.FVPTCs and CPTCs were divided into PTC-like and follicular neoplasm(FN)-like based on sonographic characteristics.Results The mean nodule size of FVPTCs was larger than that of conventional PTCs.Extrathyroid invasion and cervical lymph node metastasis did not have significant difference between CPTC and FVPTC patients(53.8％ vs 62.2％ and 76.9％ vs 82.9％,respectively).Multiple nodules(P=0.000)and distant pulmonary metastases(P=0.024) were more frequent in CPTCs than in FVPTCs(P＜0.05).The rate of an ill-defined margin (P=0.000) and calcification (P=0.003)in terms of sonographic features were lower in FVPTCs than conventional PTCs(P＜0.05).A Ⅴ+Ⅵ diagnosis of PTC on FNAC of FVPTCs was less common than that of conventional PTCs (P=0.014).Multifocality(P=0.000),extrathyroidal invasion (P=0.000),and lymph node metastasis (P=0.000) were significantly different between PTC-like FVPTCs and FN-like FVPTCs.Conclusion FVPTC in children and adolescents shows a relatively larger size,more benign sonographic features,and a lower diagnostic rate of PTC by FNAC compared with conventional PTCs in pediatric patients.

Objective:To investigate the feasibility of classifying imaging patterns of dermatomyositis/polymyositis-related interstitial lung disease (DM/PM-ILD) into subtypes based on chest CT radiomics features and a model was constructed by machine learning algorithms.Methods:From November 2011 to November 2020, 107 patients diagnosed with PM/DM-ILD at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi′an Jiaotong University were retrospectively analyzed. A total of 315 cases with chest CT were collected. Doctors pre-classified image patterns, including 105 cases with non-specific interstitial pneumonia (NSIP), 90 cases with organizing pneumonia (OP), and 66 cases with non-specific interstitial pneumonia combined with organizing pneumonia (NSIP+OP), 35 cases with common interstitial pneumonia (UIP), and 19 cases with diffuse alveolar damage (DAD), ANOVA was used to test the difference of baseline clinical information among the imaging classification groups. All images were divided into the training set and the est set by stratified random sampling at a ratio of 4∶1. In each CT scan, 3D slicer was used to segment each lung lobe, and then reconstructed into 3 mm 3 of voxels, and Pyradiomics library was used to extract the radiomic features of the whole lung and each lobe. The multi-classification goal was achieved by constructing random forest base classifiers for each of the five groups and then voting as the final model. In the process of constructing the base classifier, firstly, the balance between sample groups was achieved by SMOTETomek comprehensive sampling, and the optimal feature set was selected by independent sample t test and L1 regularized least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) regression. In this study, the Radiomics model was constructed based on chest CT radiomics features, and the Radiomics + model was constructed by introducing gender and age information. The base classifier and the integration model use the mean accuracy and the area under the receiver operator characteristics analysis curve (AUC) to evaluate the performance, respectively. Results:There was a statistically significant difference ( P<0.05) between the ages of the NSIP, OP, NSIP+OP, UIP, and DAD groups [(57±13),(53±8),(54±10),(44±11), and (46±8)years old, respectively], F=11.82, P<0.001. In the Radiomics model, for each group of NSIP, OP, NSIP+OP, UIP, and DAD, the AUCs of the training set were 0.87, 0.91, 0.91, 0.96, and 0.99, respectively, and the AUC of the test set were 0.81, 0.82, 0.79, 0.93, 0.89. In the final Radiomics + model, for each group of NSIP, OP, NSIP+OP, UIP, and DAD, the AUCs of the training set were 0.89, 0.91, 0.92, 0.97, and 0.99, respectively, and the AUCs of the test set were 0.84, 0.82, 0.78, 0.94, 0.90. Conclusion:Based on chest CT radiomics features and key clinical features (sex, age), the Radiomics + model constructed by machine learning has good classification performance for the imaging patterns of PM/DM-LD.

Objective: To understand the nutritional literacy level and associated factors of primary and secondary school students in Beijing, so as to provide a scientific basis for improving student nutrition. Methods: From October 2022 to May 2023, a multi stage cluster random sampling method was employed to select a total of 14 568 primary, junior and senior high school students from 16 districts (ecluding the Economic Technological Development area) in Beijing. Through a survey questionnaire on nutritional literacy and dietary hehavior of school age children, basic information as well as data on nutritional literacy levels across four dimensions:nutrition related knowledge concepts, food selection, food preparation, and food intake dimensions were obtained. The Wilcoxon rank sum test, Kruskal-Wallis test, Spearman correlation analysis, Chi square test and binary Logistic regression were used for the analysis. Results: The median total score of nutritional literacy among primary and secondary school students in Beijing was 68.8. Approximately 26.0% of primary and secondary school students achieved nutritional literacy standards. The median scores and rates of meeting the standards for nutrition related knowledge concepts, food selection, food preparation and food intake dimensions were 23.0, 42.1%; 17.0, 27.4%; 6.5, 33.5%; 23.0, 33.3%, respectively. There were positive correlations between all pairs of the four dimensions ( r=0.33-0.49, P <0.05). The results of multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that primary school students, junior high school students, female students, suburban students, caregivers with a college education level and a bachelor s degree or above were the positive arrelation factors that promoted the achievement of nutritional literacy standards ( OR =2.21, 1.39, 1.18, 1.27, 1.42, 1.66, P <0.05). Conclusion The literacy level of primary and secondary school students in Beijing needs to be significantly improved. School stage, gender, region and caregiver s education level are associated factors.

Objective To investigate the safety,feasibility and clinical application effect of upper arm totally implantable venous access port (TIVAP) inserted by the combination of oncologists and nurses in patients with tumor.Methods A total of 34 patients,who needed long-term transfusion treatment,were included in this study with upper arm TIVAP from March 2017 and December 2017.There were 20 males and 14 females.The median age was 63 (35 ～ 83) years.Upper arm TIVAP was implanted by both doctors and nurses into the patients with tumor,and the TIVAP related success rate,complications and patients satisfaction were recorded.Results 34 patients all succeeded in TIVAP implantation with the operation success rate of 100％.The average operation time was about 40 minutes (30 to 60 minutes) from the disinfecting cloth to the end of the suture.The operations of all patients were successful.After the operation two patients died of cancer progression,one patient had soft tissue infection around capsular bag,None of the patients had other complications such as blocked infusion,catheter shift,port reversal,and so on,and the incidence of complication was 2.94％ (1/34).Conclusions Upper arm TIVAP has the advantages of safe puncture,shorter operation time,few intra-operative and post-operative complications and higher feasibility for operation by both oncologist and nurse,which can supplement the limitations and deficiencies of the chest wall port and PICC in a certain extent,therefore is a good choice for clinical application.

Objective:To explore the optimum time of ambulation of atrial fibrillation patients after radiofrequency ablation, to provide basis for patients' early postoperative rehabilitation.Methods:By convenient sampling method, a total of 120 patients with atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation were collected at Yanghu Branch and City Branch of Changzhou Second People's Hospital from January 2020 to May 2021. They were divided into the early group, middle group and late group according to the random number table method, each group were 40 cases. All patients received routine postoperative intervention, the time of ambulation were 4, 6 and 12 h after operation in the early group, middle group and late group, respectively. The complication rate within 24 h after operation was compared among the three groups, and the comfort level of the three groups at 24, 48 and 72 h after operation was evaluated with Comfort Status Scale (GCQ).Results:Finally, 111 patients were included, including 37 in the early group, 38 in the middle group and 36 in the late group. There was no significant difference in the incidence of bleeding or hematoma, urinary retention, lumbago within 24 h after operation among the three groups ( P>0.05). The incidence of postural hypotension within 24 h after operation in the early group was 2.7% (1/37), which was lower than 21.1% (7/38) and 25.0% (9/36) in the middle and late groups, with a statistically significant difference ( χ2=4.86, 7.67, both P<0.05). At 48 and 72 h after operation, the scores of physiological dimension, psychological dimension and the total score of GCQ in the early group were (20.68 ± 3.07), (22.54 ± 3.35), (81.68 ± 6.11) and (22.54 ± 3.73), (24.38 ± 2.49), (84.92 ± 6.37), higher than those in the middle group (19.16 ± 2.19), (21.32 ± 2.27), (78.24 ± 5.58), (20.93 ± 2.85), (22.32 ± 2.04), (81.66 ± 6.56), and those in the late group (18.44 ± 1.50) (21.31 ± 1.99), (78.06 ± 4.32), (20.89 ± 2.25), (21.58 ± 1.86), (80.28 ± 6.44), the differences were statistically significant ( t values were 2.19-4.15, all P<0.05). Conclusions:Ambulation at 4 h after operation does not increase peripheral vascular complications, but can reduce the incidence of postural hypotension and improve the comfort of patients with atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation.

Objective : To investigate lim domain protein 4 (LMO4) functions and mechanisms in regulating proliferation of skin squamous cells (A431) , the shRNAs targeted to human LMO4 were coated by calcium phosphate nanoparticles (NP) and transfected into A431 cells to inhibit LMO4 expression. Methods : Reverse transcription and quantitative polymerase chain reaction ( RT⁃qPCR) , immunohistochemistry analysis and Western blot were used to detect expression of the interest genes. The expression vectors with shRNA targeted to human LMO4 (NP/sh⁃L) were coated by the calcium phosphate nanoparticles , and transfected into A431 . The MTT assay was conducted to determine cell proliferation after transfected for 24 , 36 and 48 h. Cells were stained with propidium iodide and examined cell cycles by using flow cytometry. Results : LMO4 expressed at higher levels both in the skin squacalcium phosphate nanoparticles and DNA was 10 ∶ 1 . There was no significant difference of transfection efficiency between the NP/sh⁃L and lipofection approaches. The MTT assay showed that silencing LMO4 inhibited proliferadown did not alter expression of CDK4 and cyclin D1 . Conclusion The calcium phosphate nanoparticles could bind and transfer the foreign DNA into the targeted cells with high efficiency. Silencing LMO4 decreased expression of cyclin E and CDK2 resulted in inhibition of cell proliferation.

【Objective】 To investigate the airway parameters of adult-onset eosinophilic asthma （EA） and analyze the correlation between airway remodeling and lung function by quantitative CT. 【Methods】 From March 2015 to November 2016， totally 94 subjects from the “FACT-Digital Lung” Multi-research Center were divided into three groups： 30 normal subjects， 33 EA patients and 31 non-eosinophilic asthma （NEA） patients. We measured and recorded the bronchial parameters of RB1， LB1+2， RB10， and LB10， and small airway disease parameters. The indicators for quantitative evaluation of bronchial parameters include lumen area （LA）， wall thickness （WT）， wall area （WA）， and wall area percentage （WA%）. The parameters for the quantitative assessment of small airway disease included the percentage of inspiratory voxels below -950HU （IN-950）， the mean lung density （MLDin）， and the whole volume of the lung in inspiration （Vin）. Pearson or Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to evaluate the correlation between these parameters and lung function. 【Results】 The differences in LA/BSA， WT/√BSA， and WA/BSA between the three groups were statistically significant （P<0.05）. FEV1% had a significant correlation with IN-950 and MLDin （P<0.01）. FEV1/FVC had a significant correlation with Vin， IN-950， and MLDin （P<0.01）. EOS counts were positively related to IN-950 （r=0.343， P=0.011）， while EOS had a negative correlation with FEV1% （r=－0.343， P=0.015）. 【Conclusion】 With the increase of eosinophils counts in peripheral blood， the airway's stenosis in asthma patients gradually increased， and the extent of airflow limitation steadily increased. The IN-950 may be a sensitive imaging biomarker for evaluating the small airway disease in adult-onset eosinophilic asthma patients.
