The database design of multi-focal visual electric-physiological examining system is introduced in this paper.Microsoft Access 97 is used to design the database.VC++ can append,query or delete records of the database through DAO interface.It reflects such advantages that the database is easy to be managed and convenient to be queried.The design pattern can be transplanted to other medical devices' design.

AIM　To study the chemical constituents from the mycelia of Hypomyces sp. METHODS Silica gel column chromatography was employed for the isolation and purification. The structure of compound 1 was elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis. RESULTS and CONCLUSION　A new perylenequinone, named hypomycin B 1, was isolated from the mycelia of Hypomyces sp.

PurposeTo evaluate the existence and extent of magnetic resonance(MR) artifacts caused by frequently used metallic dental materials and to compare the influence of different MRI sequences on artifacts.MethodsA total of 22 kinds and 25 metallic dental samples were tested with 1.5 T MR imager and gradient-echo sequence. Spin-echo and fast spin-echo were added to parts of these samples. Results Of all the 25 metallic dental samples, 11 including gold, amalgam, and silver point did not produce artifact. Titanium alloy and porcelain product fused in metal had mild artifacts. Whereas the remaining 12 samples such as the retention pin and pivot pin showed severe artifacts. Artifacts produced by retention pin, nickel chromium crown and so on were less severe on fast spin-echo. ConclusionsAttention should be paid to some of the metallic dental materials, which could cause severe MR artifacts and image degradation, when undergoing face,jaw and head MR examination. Artifacts can be alleviated by using proper metallic materials or choosing proper imaging sequence and parameters.

Objective To explore the direct effect of attachment and the indirect effect through coping style and social support on mental health in technical school students. Methods 372 technical school students were assessed by Experiences in Close Relationship' s Inventory ( ECR), Symptom Check Scale List-90 ( SCL90) ,Coping Style Scale For Secondary School Students( CSS)and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS). Results ( 1 ) Total score of SCL-90 had significant correlations with all index of attachment anxiety, parents attachment avoidance( r=0. 165 ～0.370, P＜0.01 ) ,with coping style focus on problem ( r=0.291 ～0.552, P＜0. 01 ) and perceived social support( r = -0. 245, P ＜ 0.01 ). (2)Coping style focus on emotion had significant correlations with attachment anxiety( r=0.237 ～0.383, P＜0.01 ) and coping style focus on problem had significant correlations with attachment avoidance( r= -0. 267 ～ -0. 403, P＜0. 01 ). (3) Perceived social support had significant negative correlations with attachment avoidance ( r= - 0. 425 ～ - 0. 459, P ＜ 0.01 ). (4) The coping style focus on emotion had 65.2% mediation effect between attachment anxiety and mental health and perceived social support was moderated by attachment avoidance. Conclusions ( 1 ) Attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance have direct effect on mental health. ( 2 ) The indirect effect of attachment anxiety on mental health is a lot mediating effect performed by the coping style focus on emotion. Attachment avoidance also indirectly influences on mental health by moderating perceived social support.

Objective To develop an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of contents of asiaticoside, tetrahydropulmatine and saikosaponin d in Shenji Huwei Granules. Methods The analysis was performed on a R&C C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) by using the mobile phase of acetonitrile (A) - phosphate buffer (which used potassium dihydrogen phosphate 8.34 g, potassium phosphate 0.87 g dissolved by 1000 mL water) with gradient elution (0–15 min, 20％A; 15–30 min, 20％→40％A; 30–42 min, 40％A; 42–45 min, 40％→48％A; 45–50 min, 48％A; 50–70 min, 48％→50％A). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm; the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Results Asiaticoside, tetrahydropulmatine and saikosaponin d were in the linear ranges among 0.173–2.770 μg (r=0.9999), 0.021–1.320 μg (r=0.9992), 0.151–9.660 μg (r=0.9993), respectively. The average recovery rates of asiaticoside, tetrahydropulmatine, saikosaponin d were 96.25％, 97.02％, and 97.84％, respectively, and RSD were 2.31％, 4.51％, 1.87％, respectively. Conclusion This method is simple, with good separation effect and strong specificity, and can be used for simultaneous determination of contents of asiaticoside, tetrahydropulmatine and saikosaponin d in Shenji Huwei Granules, which provides references for perfection of quality control of Shenji Huwei Granules.

An autopsy case of sudden death induced by alimentary tract hemorrhage was presented, which was caused by the unexpected rupture of clinically unrecognized tuberculous abdominal aortic a-neurysm (TAAA). The initial diagnosis was made of the syndrome of coronary heart disease and hyper-tensive disease. The detailed autopsy showed that the alimentary tract hemorrhage was caused by a sud-den rupture of the mass after posture changing was ascertained as the cause of death. The diagnosis of TAAA was determined by the autopsy findings. Analysis for the medical dispute of TAAA was de-scribed, and the difficulty of the diagnosis and medico-legal implications were also discussed.

ObjectiveStudy the effects of mitral valve replacement using video-assisted thorascoscopy compared with median sternotomy mitral valve replacement.MethodsBetween October 2003 and October 2011,72 cases suffer from mitral valve disease underwent video-assisted thorascoscopic mitral valve replacement,74 cases underwent median sternotomy procedure.CPB time,cross clamp time,ventilation time,drainage,ICU stay time and hospital stay time of the two groups were compared.Results It was longer that CPB time and cross clamp time in video-assisted thoracospic group than those of median sternotomy group.There was statistically significant difference.However there was no statistically significant differentce in ventilation time and ICU stay time between two groups.Drainage of video-assisted thoracospic group was less than median sternotomy group.And there was statistically significant difference.ConclusionAs long as strictly a good indication,mitral valve surgery can routinely be performed with video-assisted thoracospic.

Objective To investigate whether the polymorphism of rs10260404 in DPP6 gene in Chinese Han origin is associated with sporadic amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (SALS). Methods The genomic DNA was extracted from the leukocytes of whole blood samples in 58 Chinese Han patients with SALS and 52 healthy controls. The asymmetric PCR was processed in the presence of an unlabeled probe that contained the rs10260404 locus. The product was genotyped on light scanner and some was confirmed with sequencing. Results Two single nucleotide polymorphism, rs10260404 that was reportedly consistently strongly associated with susceptibility to SALS in different populations of European and American ancestry, rs10260404 were genotyped, but not strongly associated with ALS in Chinese patients(SALS:C:12.94%,T:87.06%;health controls:C:10.58%,T:89.43%;χ2=0.29,OR=1.256,95%CI 0.549-2.872, P>0.05). Conclusion The rs10260404 is not associated with ALS susceptibility in Chinese people.

Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment on course of different intervention time,cognitive impairment in patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods Ninety cases of cognitive dysfunction in patients with traumatic brain injury after hyperbaric oxygen in different intervention time were divided into group A,group B and group C,with 30 cases in each group.In 7-14 d,15-28 d,＞ 28 d after injury starting hyperbaric oxygen therapy,treatment 1 time a day,12 times for a course.The cognitive function of patients in three groups before and after 1,2,3 courses of treatment was evaluated by U.S.RLA cognition level classification standard evaluation form.Results Three groups after 1 course of treatment there was no statistically significant difference compared with before treatment RLA grading (P ＞ 0.05).Three groups after 2,3 courses of treatment compared with after 1 course of treatment RLA grading difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05),three groups after 3 courses of treatment compared with after 2 courses of treatment RLA grading difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Three groups after 1 course of treatment total effectiveness rate was no statistically significant difference(P ＞ 0.05).Group A and group B after 2,3 courses of treatment total effective rate was significantly higher than that in group C [73.33％ (22/30) and 66.67％ (20/30) vs.46.67 ％(14/30),93.33％ (28/30) and 86.67 ％(26/30) vs.60.00 ％ (18/30),P ＜ 0.05],group A was higher than group B,but there was no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Hyperbaric oxygen comprehensive therapy can effectively improve cognitive function in patients with traumatic brain injury cognitive impairment.After the injury,the earlier to start the hyperbaric oxygen therapy,the better effect it has,and the longer the course the better curative effect it has.
