1.Reaction of experimental animial to a new nanohydroxyapatite in vivo

Objective: To assess the tissue reactions of dogs to a new nanohydroxyapatite. Methods:Three dogs were used for root canal filling experiment, mandibular implanting and subcutaneous implanting experiment. AH-plus root canal sealer was used as control. The dogs were killed after implantation for 2,4 and 12 weeks separately. The tissue reaction was assessed by X-ray and light microscope examination. Results:①Root canal filling experiment: no inflammatory reaction was detected in specimens of n-HA group. In AH-plus group, implantation caused a middling inflammatory reaction after 2 weeks and 4 weeks. After 12 weeks the reaction of apical tissues was slight. ②Mandibular implanting experiment: no inflammatory reaction was showed by all n-HA groups and the group of AH-plus implanted for 12 weeks.Mild inflammatory reaction was observed in the groups of AH-plus implanted for 2 weeks and 4 weeks.③ Subcutaneous implanting experiment:after AH-plus was implanted for 2 weeks and 4 weeks, middling inflammatory reaction was observed. The group of n-HA implanted for 2 weeks showed the same reaction. No obvious inflammatory reaction was found in the other groups. Conclusion:n-HA shows better tissue compatibility than AH-plus.
2.Research on the Interaction Anxiousness Status of Recruits in Chinese People's Armed Police Force

Objective: To study the interaction anxiousness status of new recruits in Chinese People's Armed Police Force.Methods: 981 recruits were assessed with Interaction Anxiousness Scale(IAS).Results: The average score of IAS of recruits was 42.93?7.35.There was higher social anxiety level in the recruits who graduated from junior middle school than those who graduated from senior high school.There were respectively 37.5% and 39.3% of recruits feeling uneasy when they were in contacting with strangers and talking with supervisors.There were 85.5% of recruits lacking confidence.Conclusion: The level of interaction anxiousness of new recruits was relatively high,it embodied contacting with strangers,talking with supervisors and lacking confidence.
3.Effect of Ephedrine on Middle Latency Auditory-Evoked Potentials During Light General Anesthesia

Objective To study the effect of ephedrine on middle latency auditory-evoked potentials (MLAEP) during light general anesthesia , and evaluate the influence of ephedrine on anesthesia level. Methods 10 patients (ASAⅠ-Ⅱ) undergoing elective upper abdominal operations were concerned. Anesthesia: epidural anesthesia in combination with light general anesthesia with N 2O-O 2 . After success of epidural anesthesia and tracheal intubation , when anesthesia was smooth , before operation 0.1% ephedrine(0.15 mg/kg) was injected intravenously. These data HR, SBP, DBP, MBP were measured continuously before injection, 3 min after injection, 10 min after injection; the latentcies Nb and P1 of MLAEP were measured and rescorded. 4.Application of SWOT analysis method in nursing management in special wards

Objective To explore how to apply SWOT analysis method for analysis in nursing management in special wards,to develop individualized measures,and to evaluate the clinical quality of care. Methods Using SWOT analysis method to investigate the internal strengths factors,internal weaknesses factors,external opportunities factors,and external threats factors and arranged as a matrix in accordance with a certain order,and used systems analysis methods to analyze the factors matching each other,to dr aw the appropriate conclusions,and to develop appropriate countermeasures.30 patients before and 40 patients after the application of SWOT analysis method were selected for effect comparison. Results After the implementation of SWOT analysis method primary care,I-level care,health education quality,satisfaction degree of patients and ward management score were better than those before the implementation. Conclusions SWOT analysis method was intuitive and simple to use.It possesses balance and systematieness,which is suitable for clinical care management.

Objectives To understand essential basis data availability for implementation of cost accounting in TCM hospitals. Methods Costs of a total of 1588 TCM hospitals were investigated by conducting the baseline survey via questionnaires in 2013. Results Departmental basic data (including ratio of office staff and entire staff, ratio of outpatient and inpatient departments in clinical department), and construction data for housing were well accessible, while utility fee and internal service data were not. Conclusion ①Public TCM hospitals need to improve and specify the basic cost data. ②Differences exit among different types and levels of hospitals in the availability of data. ③There are still difficulties in carrying out cost accounting in public TCM hospitals, which needs strong supports from all relevant departments.
6.Cosmetic dermatosis:clinical investigation and analysis of 327 cases in Beijing area

Objective To summarize the data of cosmetics dermatosis happened in Bering in 2006 and to analyze their characteristics of this side effect.Methors The outpatients in the Department of Dermatology.Air Force General Hospital from Jun.2006 to Dec.2006 were investigated and screened out the cosmetic dermatosis according to GB17149.1~7-1997,the patients'age,gender,job and the demographic data and the suspected cosmetics were recorded and analyzed,and the routine patch tests using the involved cosmetic products were carried out in each patient.Results 327 cases of cosmetic dermatosis were reported.Among all cases.98.47% of the patients were female,and most of them aged between 21 and 40 years old:The suspected cosmetics included 47 brands with 618 imposed products,43 brands with 293 domestic and the joint venture products,and 14 illegal products;Clinically,318 cases(97.24%)of the lesion were diagnosed as cosmetic contact dermatitis.7 acne and 2 skin discoloration.Conclusion Cosmetic contact dermatitis is the most common cosmetic dermatosis,and the young and middle-aged females with middle or high education are the most susceptible people to cosmetic dermatosis.
7.Clinical analysis of hepatectomy in combination with portal azygous disconnection for primary hepatocellular carcinoma complicated with severe portal hypertension

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of hepatectomy in combination with portal azygous disconnection for primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) complicated with severe portal hypertension (PHT). Methods Clinical data of 30 cases of HCC complicated with PHT treated in our hospital from April 2005 to April 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. All 30 cases were randomly divided into the single operation group (group Ⅰ ) and combined group (group Ⅱ ). Results After operation, there were no significant statistical differences in rates of complications such as hepatic encephalopathy, ascites, stress ulcer, etc. and recovery of liver function between the 2 groups. The WBC and PLT counts in the blood samples of group Ⅱ were higher than those in group Ⅰ after operation. The postoperative 1- and 2-year hemorrhagic rates were lower in group Ⅱ than in group Ⅰ .Conclusion Hepatectomy in combination with portal azygous disconnection is safe and feasible for treatment of HCC complicated with PHT.
8.Application of chilly-cycle microwave ablation in treatment of hepatocelluar carcinoma

Objective To study the effectiveness of microwave ablation in treating HCC.Methods A total of 98 nodules in 56 cases of HCC were treated via appropriate puncture approach ac-cording to the volume, amount and site of tumor nodules. Results Only 1 patient failed to finish treatment since he could not suffer the pain. The other 55 patients finished without a hitch. Clinical and imaging findings were analyzed for change of physiology. Conclusion The microwave ablation is effective for the treatment of HCC. Such therapy can be important supplement of direct surgical man-agement. Its effect mainly depends on accurate puncture approach and enough diametric range. Mean-while, reasonable puncturing method should be selected.
9.Resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging in patients with first-episode major depression disorder

Objective To explore the abnormally functional brain region in resting state in first-episode major depression disorder patients with function magnetic resonance imaging.Methods 51 patients diagnosed with first-episode major depression disorder according to DSM-Ⅳ and 50 gender-,age-,and education-matched healthy controls completed resting state fMRI scan.The severity of depression,and unpredicted homodynamic responses across the whole brain were analyzed using Hamilton depression scale,regional homogeneity and amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation,respectively.Results Compared with control group,the right medial frontal gyms (BA6,MNI:3,-3,63,K=34) and left medial frontal gyrus(BA9,MNI:-9,36,30,K=10) (P<0.001,uncorrected) in the case group showed higher regional homogeneity,with statistical significance.Compared with control group,right medial frontal gyrus (BA6,MNI:3,-3,63,K =35) and right posterior cingulated gyrus (BA31,MNI:3,-36,36,K =11) (P< 0.001,uncorrected)in the case group showed higher amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation,with statistical significance.Conclusion First-episode major depression disorder patients in resting state had several abnormally functional brain regions,which might be related to the pathological mechanism of depression disorder.
10.Value of serum procalcitonin in diagnosis of bacterial infection in burn patients

Objective To explore the clinical significance of procalcitonin(PCT) in the diagnosis of bacterial infection in burn pa‐tients .Methods Among 169 burn patients ,96 cases were bacterial infection confirmed by blood ,secretion and puncture fluid culture and 73 cases were non‐bacterial infection .PCT ,WBC and hyper sensitive C reactive protein (hs‐CRP) were detected .The diagnostic values in bacterial infection were compared among these 3 indexes and the relationship between PCT level and burn degree was fur‐ther studied .Results Serum PCT ,WBC and hs‐CRP levels in the bacteria infection group were obviously higher than those in the non‐bacterial infection group(P<0 .05);the sensitivity ,specificity ,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of PCT were 90 .63% ,89 .04% ,91 .58% and 87 .84% respectively ,which indicated that PCT had higher diagnostic value than WBC and hs‐CRP .The PCT level was positively correlated with the degree of burn degree .Conclusion Serum PCT ,WBC and hs‐CRP in the burn patients with bacteria infection are greatly increased .PCT as the marker of bacterial infection has the higher sensitivity and specificity than WBC and hs‐CRP in the diagnosis of bacteria infection .
