Objective To investigate the association between the three single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) in angiotensin Ⅱ type one receptor (AT1R) gene with coronary artery disease (CAD) in Chinese Han nationality. Methods Extracted DNA and RNA samples of peripheral blood white cells from 192 CAD patients and 189 healthy individuals in Jan 2011 to Oct 2013 from the general hospital of the PLA Rocket Force.Designed primes and the three SNPs as rs6801836,rs2675511 and rs5182 of AT1R gene were analyzed with allele-specific fluorogenic oligonucleotide probes in an assay combining extension and hybridization. Results The genotype and allele frequencies of the three SNPs were not significantly different between the control group and CAD group (x2 =0.047~2.226,all P>0.05).The major haplotype constructed with linkaged rs6801836 and rs5182 was TT.The frequency of every haplotypes showed no significantly difference between the two groups (x2 =0.025~1.020,all P>0.05).Conclusion The three polymorphisms of AT1R gene studied in this work showed no association with CAD susceptibility.

OBJECTIVE: To study the photostability of the levofloxacin hydrochloride injection. METHODS: The content of levofloxacin hydrochloride was determined and its UV spectra changes were observed after being lighted by three different light sources-the UV light, the sunlight and the natural light for different periods of time. Whether there is any decomposed product or not was determined by TLC. RESULTS: There were decompositions of levofloxacin hydrochloride injection subjected to illumination from three light resources, with that under the sunlight decomposed faster; Rf value under TLC of the decomposed product was found to be 0.72. CONCLUSION: Levofloxacin hydrochloride injection should be kept away from UV light, the sunlight and the natural light.

Objective To investigate the relationship between high sensitive C reactive protein(hsCRP) and monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1) in patients with metabolic syndrome(MS).Methods Sixty-two patients with MS and 52 normal healthy individuals (NS) were recruited in the study. And the levels of hs-CRP and MCP-1 were detected by ELISA.The severity of Insulin resistance was calculated by homeostasismodel assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR).The monocytes in blood were isolated, cultured and stimulated by different concentrations of CRP.MCP-lexpression of monocytes was measured by real-time PCR.Results Patients with MS displayed significantly higher serum levels of hs-CRP and MCP-1 compared with healthy control group [(80.26 ±35.52) nmol/L vs (3.12 ±2.55) nmol/L for hs-CRP,P <0.01 ; (15.35 ± 10.12) nmol/L vs (9.76 ± 6.15) nmol/L for MCP-1,P < 0.05].There was significantly positive correlation between hs-CRP and MCP-1.Serum hs-CRP,MCP-1and insulin resistance index were positively correlated, respectively. In vitro experiments indicated that CRP could up-regulate MCP-1 expression of monocytes in a concentration-dependent way. When the concentration of CRP was 176nmol/L,the expression of MCP-1 could reach 105% compared with non-stimulated group. Conclusion With the severity of the inflammatory response and enhanced insulin resistance, elevated serum CRP level may result in MCP-1 expression in patients with metabolic syndrome.

Objective To investigate the effect of routine ultrasound examination and interventional treatment of absolute alcohol in different types of liver cancer. Methods Thirty cases of liver cancer patients who were treated in the 3rd People' s Hospital of Yangquan from May 2010 to May 2014 were selected as ours subjects. They were performed ultrasound exam. The ultrasound characteristic was recorded.Patients were divided into intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) group (11 cases),hepatocellular cholangiocarcinom (HCC) group (14cases) and mixed cholangiocarcinoma group(5 cases) based on pathology results.Nine HCC postoperative recurrence patients and 7 ICC postoperative recurrence patients were treated with absolute alcohol and the clinical effect was observed. Results There were significant differences in the three groups in terms of gender, boundary definition and tumor location (x2 =8.01,6.16,7.32 ; P < 0.05).While the distribution of ultrasound echo intensity was not statistically significant(x =3.44,P > 0.05).The effective rate of interventional treatment of absolute alcohol in HCC patients was 88.89%,and 42.86% in ICC group, and the difference was statistically significant (x2 =3.88,P < 0.05).Conclusion The ultrasound characteristics of different pathological liver cancer are different.Ethanol interventional therapy on HCC patients is significantly better than the effect of ICC patients, suggesting that ICC postoperative recurrence patients can be treated combined with other methods to help improve the effect.

Objective: To observe the effect of representative formula of nourishing yin and invigorating the kidney(Liuweidihuang Granula) cooperating with Flixotide aerosol inhalation on the allergic airway inflammation of asthma rat models. Methods: Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups.Except the norma1 control group, all the other 5 groups were sensitized by injecting into the abdominal cavity of the ovalbumin(OVA) together with aluminum hydroxide as adjuvants,2 weeks later followed by aerosolized OVA challenge to prepare the asthma models. From the eighth day of the experiment,in medication administration teams, rats were sprayed with Flixotide aerosol and given intragastric administration with Liuweidihuang Granula. The normal control group and the asthma model group were drenched with normal saline. Results: There was no difference between the groups given Liuweidihuang Granula and different dosages of Flixotide aerosol but the amount of IFN-? and IFN-?/IL-4 in BALF in the Liuweidihuang Granula cooperating with Flixotide aerosol group were higher than that in the model group(P

Objective To investigate the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP)and expression levels ofα-adducin(ADD1)gene in coronary artery disease (CAD)patients. Methods Extracted DNA and RNA samples of peripher-al blood white cells from 114 CAD patients and 116 healthy individuals in Jan 2011 to Oct 2013 from the General Hospital of the PLA Rocket Force.SNPs of rs3775067 and rs1263359 mutations in the ADD1 gene were analyzed with allele-specific flu-orogenic oligonucleotide probes combining hybridization. The gene expression levels were analyzed with fluorescence labeled and capillary electrophoresis technology. Results The frequencies of the genotypes and alleles of the two SNPs in the ADD1 gene were not significantly different between the two groups (χ2=0.018~1.317,all P>0.05).The ADD1 gene expression levels of CAD group (0.226±0.284)were obviously higher than that of control group (0.153±0.144,P<0.05).The gene expression levels of TC genotype of rs3775067 were obviously higher in CAD group (0.250±0.319)than that of control group (0.154±0.156,P<0.05),but the levels of the other genotypes had no significant difference between the two groups (t=0.557~1.867,all P>0.05).Conclusion The elevated ADD1 gene expression level would be risk factor for CAD.The polymorphisms of rs3775067 and rs1263359 had no relevance with CAD susceptibility.
