[Summary] The characteristic feature of glucose profiles is high postprandial plasma glucose in Chinese T2DM patients. IDF Guideline recommends that T2DM patients whose postprandial plasma glucose cannot beadequately controlled by oral antidiabetic drugs ,should combine premixed insulin for treatment. Containing 50% insulin formulation for rapid action and 50% that for intermediate action ,mid‐ratio premix insulin analogues show exceptional characteristic of pharmacokinetics ,are able to efficiently improve high postprandial plasma glucose ,and ,with the route of administration flexible and convenience , can enhance patient compliance. Mid‐ratio premix insulin analogues can be one of the optimal option for T2DM treatment.

Objective To establish an in vitro vascular calcification model of bovine aortic smooth muscle cell(BASMC) induced by ?-glycerophosphate.Methods: Primary BASMCs were obtained by the explant method.The cells after 4～8 passages were incubated in the medium containing(10 mmol/L) ?-glycerophosphate for 10 days to induce calcification.Calcification were observed in cultures by Alizarin Red S and Von Kossa stain and transmission electron microscopy.Meanwhile,calcium deposition,alkaline phosphatase(ALP) activity of cell layer and osteocalcin(OC) in culture supernatant were measured.Results After 10 days,extensive calcium deposition was detected by Von Kossa and alizarin red S stain and transmission electron microscopy.?-glycerophosphate increased calcium deposition in a time-dependent manner,ALP activity and OC concentration were higher than that of uncalcified controls at various time points(P

Objective:To evaluate the effect of mustard gas on reproductive system in rats.Methods:Forty male SD rats and 40 female rats were equally divided into mustard gas-treated group and control group.Animals in mustard gas-treated group were injected with 5 mg?kg body weight(LD_(50))of mustard gas,and those in control group received propylene glycol injection.Serum hormonal determinations(estriol,testosterone,luteinizing hormone,follicle-stimulating hormone)were completed by collecting ocular vein blood at 1 day,3 days,5 days,7 days and 28 days after injection.The rats were then killed were anatomized.Microscope was used to observe pathological changes in germ cells(ovary or testes).Two female rats and 3 male rats died during 4th and 5th day after injection.Results: The changes of serum hormone and pathology nearly restored to the normal levels in the female rats after injection of mustard gas for a short period.Most of the spermatogenic cells were still necrotic and seminiferous tubules still had hollow cross 1 month after injection in male rats.The FSH levels in the sera of male rats were significangtly increased from(1.2100?0.3546)mmol/L in control group to (1.4750?0.0451)mmol/L 28 days after injection(P

Objective To observation Valsartan on maintain sinus rhyme with hypertension after atrial fibrillation reversion.Methods 73 patients with hypertension after atrial fibrillation reversion,They were randomly divided into treating group and control group.37 patients were in treating group,and 36 patients were in control group.All patients were taken amiodarone 200 mg QD after atrial fibrillation reversion.The control group were treated with general anti-hypertension therapy except ACEI and ARB.Patients of treating group were treated with general anti-hypertension therapy add with Valsartan 80 mg QD.All patients were examined with UCG and dynamic electro cardiogram before therapy and after 3,6,12 and 18 months.Results The left atrial dimension of treating group were smaller then the control group.The rates of maintain sinus in treating group were higher then the control group.Conclusion We should use amiodarone and Valsartan to treat the patients with hypertension and atrial fibrillation,Valsartan also has definite curative effect in maintain sinus rhyme except control blood pasture.

Many clinical trails demonstrated that statin drugs is very effective in the management of atherosclerotic vascular disease,statin drugs can reduce the incidence of the major adverse outcomes of death,heart attack,and stroke.The benefit of statins was due to the lowering of low-density lipoprotein(LDL) cholesterol levels,but there is still much uncertainty in many patient subsets.Nowadays the question is what level of LDL-C is the best for the patients who have a high risk of cardiovascular disease,and how can we do about intensive statin therapy.More evidence is necessary to clarify if current treatment guidelines and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol goals are optimal for all patients within different risk category.

With the clinical application of new technology and immunosuppressive drugs,the early acute graft rejection have been significantly decreased.However,chronic graft failure in long-term transplantation has become one of the most important reasons. As the same as body solid organ transplantation,chronic corneal allograft dysfunction is present after penetrating keratoplasty and has been one of the main reasons of causing repeat keratoplasty.Therefore,studying the mechanism of chronic allograft dysfunction will be of the most important significance in clinical prevention and treatment for chronic graft corneal transplant failure,especially in prolongation of corneal grafts survival rate.
