International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2009;31(6):503-504
FU Shan, the famous doctor of Qing dynasty, had features in diagnosing and treating vomiting. His therapeutic experiences were recorded in his book Fuqingzhu Nvke. From his book we can see that he is treating vomiting basically from kidney and heart, associated by regulating the functions of spleen and stomach, calming the liver and harmonizing somach, and supplementing qi and blood.
2.Evidence-based nursing of postoperative complications after percutaneous coronary intervention
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2011;27(23):21-22
Objective To study the best nusing care for postoperative complications of percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods 203 patients with coronary heart disease were selected, evidence- based nursing theory was used to find domestic related literature, looking for the best nursing programs for related complications after percutaneous coronary intervention, and applied to postoperative complications of percutaneous coronary intervention in nursing practice. Results After evidence- based nursing, the prognosis of complications was improved, the hospitalization time was shortened and satisfaction degree of patients was increased. Conclusions Reasonable evidence-based nursing plays an important role in reducing postoperative complications of percutaneous coronary intervention and improving prognosis. Evidence-based nursing care provides a reliable scientific basis for clinical decision- making and meets higher requirements of the patients for nursing care quality and professional compe-tence of nursing staff.
3.Vascular calcification model of bovine aortic smooth muscle cells in vitro
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(10):-
Objective To establish an in vitro vascular calcification model of bovine aortic smooth muscle cell(BASMC) induced by ?-glycerophosphate.Methods: Primary BASMCs were obtained by the explant method. The cells after 4~8 passages were incubated in the medium containing(10 mmol/L) ?-glycerophosphate for 10 days to induce calcification.Calcification were observed in cultures by Alizarin Red S and Von Kossa stain and transmission electron microscopy.Meanwhile, calcium deposition, alkaline phosphatase(ALP) activity of cell layer and osteocalcin(OC) in culture supernatant were measured. Results After 10 days, extensive calcium deposition was detected by Von Kossa and alizarin red S stain and transmission electron microscopy.?-glycerophosphate increased calcium deposition in a time-dependent manner,ALP activity and OC concentration were higher than that of uncalcified controls at various time points(P
4.A study of the latency and reactivation of HSV-1 in the rabbit cornea
Ophthalmology in China 1994;0(02):-
Herpes simplex keratitis models were created with healthy New Zealand rabbits. During the quiescent period, one group of the rabbits were performed autograft penetrating keratoplasty and another group cross penetrating keratoplasty with noninfeeted rabbits. After removal of the sutures, epinephrine iontophoresis was done for reactivation of the virus, and all the corneal buttons were stained positive of HSV-1 antigens. Transmission electron microscopy revealed signs of viral infection and culture of corneal graft keratoeytes also demonstrated HSV-1 infection, suggesting that the cornea was a site of HSV-1 latency and source of recurrence.
5.The Relationship Between Junior Middle School Students' Diathesis, and Life Stress with Mental Health
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2000;0(04):-
Objective:To study the relationship between junior middle school students' diathesis and life stress with mental health. Methods: 259 junior middle school students were administrated General Health Questionnaire(GHQ-12), General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES), Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire, and Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check List(ASLEC). Results: (1) Self-efficacy and positive coping styles were positively correlated with mental health, whereas negative coping styles and life stress were negatively correlated with mental health. (2) Self-efficacy, coping styles and life stress directly affect students' mental health. Conclusion: Diathesis and life stress jointly affect students' mental health.
6.Reflections on separating the appraisement and engagement of professional titles
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(01):-
Separating the appraisement and engagement of professional titles,an important task in the reform of the personnel system, renders the appraisement of professional titles more objective and fair, thus avoiding the influence of man-made factors in the appraisement of professional titles within an institution. However, there have appeared such problems as high passing rates and great pressure with regard to engagement. Thus the appraisement of professional titles is in need of reform.
7.Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by Anti-infective Drugs:A Retrospective Analysis on 142 Cases in Our Hospital
China Pharmacy 2007;0(35):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the features of ADR induced by anti-infective drugs and discuss the factors causing ADR.METHODS:A total of 142 ADR cases reported by our hospital in 2006 were analyzed statistically in respect of patients’ age and sex, drug kinds, route of administration and clinical manifestations etc.RESULTS:A total of 19 kinds of drugs were involved in the ADR,with cephalosporins took the lead, followed by quinolones, most of the drugs were given intravenously. Lesions of skin and the appendages were the chief manifestations of ADR.Of the total ADR cases,3 were serious.CONCLUSI-ON:ADR monitoring should be strengthened in using anti-infective drugs, especially for those hidden and chronic ADR.

10.The effect of the toxic heavy metal of cadmium on the health of children
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;40(6):603-606
Cadmium is one of the toxic heavy metals prevalent in the environment.Long-term,even the lowest dose, exposures to this element can damage various organs including the kidney, liver, lung, skeleton, and might elevate the risk of cancer and deformity. The kidney, skeleton and lung are the tissues most affected by chronic cadmium toxicity. The early sign of renal dysfunction,as a main target for chronic cadmium exposure,is tubular dysfunction, and renal failure can be observed in the terminal stage. In recent years, studies about the burden of cadmium in childhood and health damage are gradually increased.Urinary β2-microglobulin,e1-microglobulin and N-acetyl 3-D-glucosamidase have been employed as markers monitoring for the early phase of cadmium exposure and nephrotoxicity.A biomarker named kidney injury molecule-1 aslo has been used for predicting cadmium-induced tubular impairment. It is reported that kidney injury molecule-1 may be more sensitive than traditional biomarkers.
