Objective To investigate the function of entecavir to γ‐interferon induced monokine(Mig) for chronic hepatitis B pa‐tients .Methods The 40 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients were treated with entecavir tablet .The Mig level were detected by ELISA in 40 patients in the time before and after treatment of 12 weeks and 24 weeks ;HBsAg ,HBeAg level were analyzed by using electrochemiluminescence and HBV‐DNA was tested by using real‐time quantitative PCR (FQ‐PCR) .Results Mig and HBsAg , HBeAg ,HBV DNA levels were significantly lower than before treatment in the 40 patients(P< 0 .05) .Compared with those in the time of 12 weeks after treatment ,those indexes after treatment 24 weeks were significantly decreased(P< 0 .05) .Conclusion Ente‐cavir treatment can reduce the level of Mig ,HBsAg and HBeAg ,HBV DNA ,and help to control disease progression in chronic hep‐atitis B .

Objective To explore the clinical effect and influence on cardiac function of losartan joint tar-trate metoprolol on heart function in patients with coronary heart disease ( CHD ) and chronic heart failure ( CHF ) . Methods 76 patients were randomly divided into two groups with double blind method ,control group adopted tartrate metoprolol treatment ,observation group on the basis of the losartan treatment ,compared two groups of cardiac function changes and clinical curative effect .Results After treatment,changes of DP/dtmax,DP/dtmax,LVEDP were greater than those of the control group ,the difference was statistically significant ( t=9.141,75.458,9.141,75.458,all P<0.05);compared with control group , the differences in LDH, SOD, NO were statistically significant ( t =6.951, 15.694,6.951,P<0.05);Observation group effectiveness was 89.47%,control group effectiveness was 78.95%, the difference in efficient between the two groups have statistical significance (Ridit=16.951,P=16.951);the rate for incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events in observation group was 7.89%;control group was 10.53%, there was no statistically significant difference in two groups (χ2 =0.695,P=0.695).Conclusion Curative effect of losartan with tartrate metoprolol treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) is distinct,combination may be considered in clinical application and can improve cardiac function in patients adjusting the nerve -endocrine disorder from differ-ent mechanism .

Objective To evaluate the value of transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound(2D-TVS)and transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound (3D-TVS) in the diagnosis of intrauterine lesions with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods Intrauterine lesions for 171 patients underwent 2D-TVS followed by 3D-TVS in the same session.Within 10 days of the sonographic session,each patient underwent pathologic histology examination after hysteroscopy examination or surgery therapy,which was considered the reference standard.For each of the two imaging methods,sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy were calculated.Results The results of 2D-TVS and 3D-TVS had good agreement with pathological results in endometrial hyperplasia,endometrial polyps,uterus submucous myoma and endometrial cancer.For 2D-TVS,sensitivity was 84.5％,71.4％,86.8％,66.7％,and specificity was 86.7％,90.7％,97.0％,98.7％,respectively; For 3D-TVS,sensitivity was 91.4％,87.3％,92.1％,83.3％,and specificity was 93.8％,96.3 ％,97.7 ％,98.7 ％,respectively.The diagnose accordance rate of the 3D-TVS for intrauterine lesions was statistically higher than that of the 2D-TVS (89.5％ vs 78.9％,P ＜0.05).Conclusions The sensitivity and diagnose accordance rate of 3D-TVS was higher than that by 2D-TVS,3D-TVS plays an important role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of intrauterine lesions.

Object To explore the difference of explicit and implicit depression stereotypes for people with major depressive disorder, social public, psychiatrists and nurses.Methods 61 major depressive disorder patients(MDD) ,55 social public people(SPP) and 56 psychiatrists and nurses(PN) were enrolled.All participants were measured by explicit depression stereotype evaluations and implicit association tests.Results There was significantly difference on the positive explicit stereotype scores about depressive stereotypes (DS) among the MDD (2.31±1.60) ,SPP(2.43±1.55) and PN(3.12±1.58)(F=23.22, P=0.00).LSD test showed significantly difference on the positive explicit stereotype scores about DS between the MDD and PN,with the similar to the SPP and the PN(P＜0.05).There was significantly difference on the negative explicit stereotype scores about DS among the MDD(4.09±2.22), SPP (3.97±2.01) and PN (3.23± 1.64) (F=30.16, P=0.00).LSD test showed significantly difference on the negative explicit stereotype scores about DS between the MDD and PN,with the similar to the SPP and the PN (P＜ 0.05).There was no significantly difference on the implicit stereotype scores about DS among the MDD,SPP and PN(F=2.03, P=0.12).Conclusion The MDD,SPP and PN show negative impicit stereotype about DS.However,the PN shows positive explicit stereotype about DS.

Fibroblast growth factor receptor ( FGFR) is one of the molecules involved in tumor formation , and plays an impor-tant role in cell proliferation , angiogenesis and migration .In this article, we review the role of FGFR signal pathway in breast cancer , the correlation with the risk and prognosis , the function of FGFRs as potential therapeutic targets for breast cancer and discuss various treatment strategies of targeted FGFR 1 in clinical trials .

Objective:To summary the antibacterial agent therapy adjustment performed by clinical pharmacists in the collabora-tive rounds. Methods:Combined with physicians, clinical pharmacists participated in the ward round and antibacterial agent selection for one case of hospital-acquired pneumonia, meanwhile, pharmaceutical care was performed for the patient. Results:Clinical pharma-cists chose appropriate antibacterial agents for the patient to cover the suspected pathogens and control the infection in time through par-ticipating in the ward round and paying attention to the disease course progress, medical history and medication history. Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists can enhance the quality of drug therapy through participating in the drug therapy, providing the proposal for the antibacterial agent use and performing pharmaceutical service for physicians and patients.

Legionnaires’disease is an atypical pneumonic illness caused by the legionella bacteria.These bacteria cause respiratory diseases when a susceptible host inhales aerosolized water containing the bacteria or aspirates water containing the bacteria.Legionella are ubiquitous in natural and artificial water environments worldwide,and survive in a range of environmental conditions.Cooling towers have been implicated in many outbreaks of legionellosis.The causative organism has been readily isolated from many of cooling towers.Various physical and chemical disinfection methods have been developed to eliminate legionella from cooling waters,but gaining control of legionella in cooling water remains a challenge,more methods should be found to control legionella in cooling water.The related researches were reviewed in this paper.

Objective:To investigate the expression of serum galectin-3 (Gal-3), cystatin-C (Cys-C) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) in elderly patients with hypertension and analyze their correlation with left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH).Methods:A total of over 65 years old 110 patients with essential hypertension in Tieling Central Hospital from July 2018 to May 2019 were selected as hypertension group, according to the LVH, patients with essential hypertension were divided into (non LVH group, 66 patients) and LVH group (44 patients). At the same time, a total of 110 healthy people in the same period were selected as control group. The expressions of serum Gal-3, Cys-C and ET-1 in each group were compared, and the correlation between left ventricular mass index (LVMI) and Gal-3, Cys-C in patients with essential hypertension were analyzed.Results:The levels of Gal-3, Cys-C and ET-3 in the hypertension group were higher than those in the control group: (132.28 ± 38.18) μg/L vs. (110.60 ± 17.51) μg/L, (1.19 ± 0.12) mg/L vs. (0.81 ± 0.06) mg/L, (21.28 ± 0.72) ng/L vs. (16.50 ± 0.68) ng/L, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). The levels of Gal-3, Cys-C and ET-1 in the LVH group were significantly higher than those in the non LVH group: (159.75 ± 36.37) μg/L vs. (113.96 ± 26.79) μg/L, (1.24 ±) mg/L vs.(1.16 ± 0.08) mg/L, (21.84 ± 0.71) ng/L vs.(20.90 ± 0.41) ng/L, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that LVMI was positively correlated with Gal-3( r=0.650, P<0.01), Cys-C( r=0.659, P<0.01) and ET-1( r=0.858, P<0.01). The receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve showed that the area under the curve (AUC) of Gal-3 in diagnosing hypertensive LVH was 0.821, 95% CI 0.743-0.899, the cutoff value was 148.55 μg/L, and the sensitivity and specificity were 59.10% and 89.40%. The AUC of Cys-C in diagnosing hypertensive LVH was 0.672, 95% CI 0.558-0.786, the cutoff value was 1.320 mg/L, and the sensitivity and specificity were 43.20% and 98.50%. The AUC of ET-1 in diagnosing hypertensive LVH was 0.876, 95% CI 0.811-0.941, the cutoff value was 22.275 ng/L, and the sensitivity and specificity were 65.90% and 95.50%. The AUC of combined detection was 0.948, 95% CI 0.855-0.976, and the sensitivity and specificity were 84.10%, 98.50%. Conclusions:The serum levels of Gal-3, Cys-C and ET-1 in elderly patients with hypertension are significantly increased, and there are a good correlation between them and LVH, and combined detection can be used as a sensitive index for the diagnosis of hypertensive LVH.

Objective To study the activity of Wuweilingqi capsule alone and the synergy with other anti-HIV-1 inhibitors against various HIV-1 isolates,and investigate its immunological impacts for CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. Method Wuweilingqi capsule was extracted from a traditional Chinese medicine recipe which contains 5 herbs,it showed anti-retroviral activity in vitro in the cultures of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and T cell lines (H9 and MT2). Results Wuweilingqi capsule inhibited HIV-1018a (an AZT-sensitive clinical isolate) in PBMC and HTLV-ⅢB (a HIV-1 lab isolate) in H9 and MT-2 T cell lines markedly,and the therapeutic indexes (TI) were 96,84 and 181 separately,but weakly inhibitory activity against HIV-1018c (an AZT-resistant clinical isolate) and chronically infective HTLV-ⅢB were demonstrated. Significant synergy against HIV-1018a and HIV-1018c replication between Wuweilingqi capsule and AZT,indinavir or T-20 were observed. In addition,Wuweilingqi capsule significantly increased PBMC proliferation,interferon-gamma secreting cell number with or without a stimulation of PHA or candida. Conclusion Although Wuweilingqi capsule did not show so strong anti-HIV-1 activity as known west drugs in clinical,its good synergy and significant increase of immune activity suggests that it will be an available and characteristic agent against HIV-1 replication.
