Objective To investigate the effect of pancreatic ? cell dysfunction on abnormal glucose tolerance during Graves hyperthyroidism. Methods We investigated 6 healthy people and 36 Graves disease patients with abnormal glucose tolerance, and determined blood sugar and insulin at 0, 60 and 120 minutes after breakfast respectively. OBJECTIVE: To observe the antitumor effect of FZQL combined with CTX on S180 tumor and the effect of FZQL on reducing CTX s toxieity .METHODS: The models of S180 tumor bering mice were established .The animals were divided into CTX therapy group, CTX and FZQL combined therapy group, FZQL therapy group and control group.The results were compared among these groups.RESULTS: The weight of tumor in FZQL therapy group was less than that in control group.All of the experimental markers in combined iherapy group were better than those in CTX therapy group.CONCLUSION: FZQL has a marked inhibiting effect on tumor(S180), and it can increase the CTX's inhibiting effect on tumor and reduce the side effect of CTX and increasing the body immunity.

Objective To examine the reliability and validity of Chinese version of the achievement goal questionnaire(AGQ).Methods The English version of the AGQ was translated into Chinese which was then translated into English again to verify that the Chinese version was the same constructs as the original version.Stratified chester sampling method was used for 1115 university students.Additionally,internal consistency,test-retest and confirmatory factor analyses were analyzed.Results (1) All of the NFI (0.941),CFI (0.953),TLI (0.924),x2/df (2.386),REMEA (0.046) met the criteria standards for adequacy of fit.The factors loadings ranged from 0.47 to 0.93 ; the squared multiple correlations were 0.22-0.86.(2) The invariance of the AGQ across gender was supported.(3)The Cronbach's α coefficient of the AGQ was 0.83;the test-reliability coefficient was 0.77 ;the mean interitem correlation coefficients ranged from 0.40 to 0.57.(4) The correlation coefficients of the four factors with the total scale score ranged from 0.54 to 0.77,and the correlation coefficients among the four factors ranged from 0.06 to 0.61.Performance approach and master approach goal was significantly positive correlations with self-esteem.Performance avoidance and mastery avoidance goal was significantly negative correlations with self-esteem,but positively with anxiety.Master approach goal was significantly negative correlations with anxiety.Conclusion The Chinese version of the AGQ is a reliable and valid method for assessing achievement goal in Chinese-speaking sample.

Objective To investigate the relationship between self-esteem and social anxiety,and the role of putting into perspective played in this relationship in university students.Methods Sample consisted university students of 376 females and 164 males,data were obtained on cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire,social anxiety subscale of the self-consciousness scale,and self-esteem scale.Results Cognitive emotion regulation strategies of putting into perspective is significantly and positively related to self-esteem(r=0.12,P＜ 0.01),it was also significantly and negatively related to social anxiety(r =-0.01,P ＜ 0.05) ; self-esteem was significantly and negatively related to social anxiety(r =-0.35,P ＜ 0.001).Cognitive emotion regulation strategies of putting into perspective played both a moderating(AR2 =0.124,P＜0.05) and mediating role(F=30.717,P＜ 0.01) in the relationship between self-esteem and social anxiety.Conclusion Self-esteem is not only directly but also indirectly associated with social anxiety because of the moderation and mediation model of putting into perspective.

Objective To explore the effect of different diary method on daily affect of college students.Methods 75 numbers of under-graduates were randomly assigned into information recording group,feeling recording group and control group.Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) and Positive And Negative Affect Scale (PANAS) were used before and after two months intervention.Results For positive emotion,ANOVA results showed no significant (P＞0.05) main effect of time,a significant (P＜0.05) main effect of group(2.76±0.41,2.97±0.50,3.24±0.45),and the time × group had a significant interaction (P＜0.05).Simple effect analysis showed that after the intervention,the positive emotions of information recording group (2.47 ± 0.62) and feeling recording group (2.86±0.64) was lower than the positive emotions of control group(3.35±0.46) significantly(P＜0.05).For negative emotions,there was no significant difference (P＞0.05) in main effects of time,group and interaction;for depression,the main effect of the level of time (8.02± 5.65,5.38 ± 5.04,5.20± 5.51) was significant (P＜ 0.01),and main effect of group and the interaction were not significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion Different diary methods have different effects on the subject's daily affect.

Objective To evaluate the performance of ACL TOP coagulation analyzer system in the laboratory of children′s hospital. Methods According to the documents of CLSI, the analytic characteristics including precision, accuracy, linearity, interference and carryover rate were examined; specimens from healthy children were collected and assayed to determine the reference range of Prothrombin Time (PT), Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (APTT), Thrombin Time (TT), Fibrinogen (FIB) and D-Dimer (D-D) from children on ACL TOP. Results The within-run and between-day coefficient of variability (CV) were within an acceptable range; The accuracy deviation of PT , APTT and FIB were less than 1/2 allowed total errors; The results of determination of FIB linearity test were correlated with the results of calculation: Y = 1.002 1X-0.122, R2 =0.998 2; The extent of influence of low to middle grade of jaundice , fat and hemolysis on each test were all less than 1/2 allowed total error; The carryover rates were lower than 1.81% and within an acceptable range; The reference range of PT, APTT, TT and FIB were PT (9.1-13.1 s), APTT (24.9-42.1 s), TT (12.6-21.1 s), FIB (1.924-4.011 g/L). Conclusion The ACL TOP coagulation analyzer has good repeatability, stability, linearity and capability of anti-interference and anti-carryover.

AIM:To investigate the effect of miRNA-181a inhibition on the proliferation, migration and cell cycle of the human multiple myeloma cell line RPMI 8226.METHODS:Real-time PCR was used to detect miRNA-181a expression in serum samples from multiple myeloma or healthy subjects .After transfection with miRNA-181a inhibitor, the cell viability was examined by CCK-8 assay and colony formation assay .The cell migration ability was analyzed by wound healing assay .The cell cycle was detected by flow cytometry .Moreover , the protein level of cyclin D 1 and the phosphoryla-tion of PI3K and Akt were determined by Western blot .RESULTS:The expression of miRNA-181a was significantly in-creased in the serum from multiple myeloma patients as compared with healthy group .Inhibition of miRNA-181a expression by transfection with miRNA-181a inhibitor remarkably decreased the cell viability , migratory ability, the population of G0/G1 phase and cyclin D1 protein expression in the RPMI8226 cells.However, the population of S phase and the phosphory-lation of PI3K and Akt were reduced .CONCLUSION:Down-regulation of miRNA-181a inhibits the viability and migra-tory ability in the RPMI8226 cells via inhibition of cell cycle and PI 3K/Akt signaling pathway .

ObjectiveTo explore the correlations of university students'love style,dysfunctional attitude,and love satisfaction and life satisfaction.MethodsA total of 552 college students were assessed with relationship assessment scale(RAS),dysfunctional attitude scale(DAS),loving style scale(LSS) and life satisfaction index-A (LSIA).Results ( 1 ) The score of RAS of erotic loving style was ( 27.85 ± 4.624 ) significantly higher than the counterparts of the ludus loving style,which was (23.89 ± 4.061 ) (P ＜ 0.01 ).(2) There were significantly positive correlations among eros loving style,storge loving style,agape loving style,pragma loving style,life satisfaction and loving satisfaction,and negative correlations among Ludus loving style,dysfunctional attitude and loving satisfaction.(3)Loving satisfaction could be significantly predicted by dysfunctional attitude,eros loving style,ludus loving style,pragma loving style and storge loving style.ConclusionsLoving style and dysfunctional attitude can significantly predict loving satisfaction.

Objective To evaluate the impact of three to four cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) on the survival of patients with N2-N3 nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).Methods The clinical data of 915 patients with T1-4N2-3M0 NPC from 2007 to 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.A total of 179 patients treated with 3-4 cycles of NACT (NACT≥3 group) were matched with 358 patients treated with 2 cycles of NACT (NACT=2 group) and 179 patients treated without NACT (NACT =0 group,concurrent chemoradiotherapy group) for age,N stage,pathological subtype,and NACT regimen.The Kaplan-Meier method was used to calculate overall survival (OS),disease-free survival (DFS),recurrence-free survival (RFS),and distant metastasis-free survival (DMFS) rates,the log-rank test was used for survival difference analysis and univariate prognostic analysis,and the Cox proportional hazards model was used for multivariate prognostic analysis.Results For the NACT≥ 3,NACT =2,and NACT =0 groups,the 5-year OS rates were 89.4％,81.6％,and 73.7％,respectively (P=O.000),the 5-year DFS rates were 83.2％,69.8％,and 64.2％,respectively (P=O.000),the 5-year RFS rates were 86.0％,76.0％,and 69.3％,respectively (P=0.001),and the 5-year DMFS rates were 86.6％,76.0％,and 68.3％,respectively (P=0.000).Three to four cycles of NACT was an independent protective factor for OS,DFS,RFS,and DMFS in patients with N2-N3 NPC.Conclusion Three to four cycles of NACT can significantly improve the survival of patients with N2-N3 NPC.
