Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the changes of hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and myocardial enzyme spectrum,cardiac troponin Ⅰ (cTn Ⅰ) in patients with Henoch-Schnlein purpura.Methods 100 patients with Henoch-Schnlein purpura were selected.50 patients only skin involved were selected as the simple group,50 patients accompanied by other organs involved were selected as mixed group.50 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group.The serum hs-CRP,myocardial enzyme spectrum and cTn Ⅰ were tested and compared.Results The hs-CRP,serum myocardial enzyme spectrum and cTn Ⅰ levels of mixed and simple group were significantly higher than the control group(all P ＜ 0.05) ; Serum CK-MB,cTn Ⅰ and hs-CRP levels of the mixed group were significantly higher than those of simple group (all P ＜ 0.05).The abnormalities number of CK-MB and cTn Ⅰ respectively accounted for 33％ (33/100) and 32％ (32/100) ;The constituent ratio of the number of abnormal serum CK-MB and cTn Ⅰ of the mixed group was significantly higher than the simple group (x2 =4.047,3.908,all P ＜ 0.05) ;The Pearson correlation analysis showed that the relationship between the serum hs-CRP and CK-MB,cTn Ⅰ levels was linear,which were positively correlated (r =0.872,0.801,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Patients with allergic purpura should early detect the serum levels of hs-CRP,myocardial enzyme spectrum and cTn Ⅰ,and treat the myocardial injury in time.

Objective To investigate the relation between plasma macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF) concentration and the activity of activator protein-1(AP-1) in peripheral blood and coronary heart disease(CHD),and their relation with coronary arteriosclerosis plaques in patients with CHD.Methods One hundred and forty two patients were divided into coronary heart disease(CHD) group(n=107) and control group(n=35) according to coronary angiographic(CAG) result.The CHD group was further divided into stable angina pectoris(SAP) group(n=33) and acute coronary syndrome(ACS) group(n=75) according to clinical manifestations.In addition,according to the type of coronary lesions,the CHD group was further divided into the type A lesion(n=30) group,type B group(n=48) and type C group(n=29).According to the degree of coronary stenosis,the CHD group was also divided into mild stenosis group(n=21),moderate stenosis group(n=31) and severe stenosis group(n=55).The amount of Phospho-c-Jun in lysate and plasma MIF concentration were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results of Phospho-c-Jun was demonstrated with absorbance.Which reflect the amount of AP-1.Results The absorbance of Phospho-c-Jun in the CHD group was higher than that in the control(1.43?0.33 vs 0.71?0.13,P

Patients with BOS showed deficiency of essence of tongue crack, which should be treated by warming kidney yang, replenishing essence and marrow; fester tongue for qi disorder, inflammation caused by fire, which should be treated by regulating qi, and clearing heat; exfoliative fur accumulation, which should be treated with blood stasis and toxin, removing blood stasis and toxin; thick and greasy fur, which should be treated by warming spleen and activating spleen.

Objective To supply a scientific basis for standardizing the normal reference value of forced vital capacity (FVC) of Chinese younger women. Methods We studied the relationship between the normal reference value of 21767 samples of FVC of younger women and eight geographical factors in 157 areas in China. Results It was found that the correlation between geographical factors and the normal reference value of FVC of younger women was quite significant (F=5.884, P=0.000). By adopting the method of mathematical regression analysis, one regression equation was inferred: =3.146+0.00006919X1+0.01315X4-0.006966X6+0.09524X8±0.254. In the above equation, is the normal reference value of younger women' FVC (L); X1 is the altitude (m); X4 is the annual mean air temperature (℃); X6 is the annual mean relative humidity (%); X8 is the annual mean wind speed (m/s); 0.254 is the value of the residual standard deviation. Conclusion If geographical values are obtained in a certain area, the normal reference value of FVC of younger women in this area can be obtained by using the regression equation. Furthermore, according to the geographical factors, China can be divided into eight regions: Northeast China Region, North China Region, Shanxi-Shaanxi-Inner Mongolia Region, middle and lower reaches of the Yangzte River Region, Southeast China Region, Northwest China Region, Southwest China Region, and Qinghai-Tibet Plateau Region.

Objective To study the toxic effects of 5-amionlevulinic acid-based photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) on human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), cord blood mononuclear cells (CBMCs) and peripheral blood stem cells (PBSCs), and furthermore, to understand the possible causes of this response. Methods We used MTT assay to detect the survival rate of PBMCs, CBMCs and PBSCs after treated by ALA-PDT under the optimum experiment conditions with U937 as control;Annexin V-FITC/PI was used to detect the pattern of cell death induced by ALA-PDT. By using flow cytometry, we detected intracellular PpIX fluorescence intensity. Results After ALA-PDT treatment the survival rate of PBMCs had no significant change;however in PBSCs and CBMCs, the survival rate reduced to 70%, and the survival rate of leukemia cell U937 was the lowest, about 30%. After incubation with ALA,except for PBMCs, intraceUuiar PplX fluorescence intensity of the other two kinds of normal haemocytes and U937 increased obviously. These results combined with the flow cytometry suggested that the main pattern of cell death here was apoptosts. Conclusion Under the optimum experiment conditions, ALA-PDT has a slight effect on normal haemocytes but excellent depletions of leukemia cells. Therefore, it can effectively purify autologons bone marrow or stem cell grafts.

Objective To explore the association between plasma resistin levels and acute coronary syndrome. Methods Four hundred patients were divided into coronary heart disease (CHD) group（310）and control group（90）according to the coronary Angiography (CAG). And CHD group was divided into ACS subgroup（n＝217）and SAP subgroup（n＝93）according to the clinical information. 85 cases in CHD group were underwent 64-slice spiral computed tomography coronary artery imaging. The severity and extent of coronary lesions were analyzed by CAG and graded by means of Gensini coronary score system. Resistin level in plasma of all patients was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results Resistin levels in CHD group［(889.1±248.2)pg/ml］ were significant higher compared with the control group［(261.6±111.9)pg/ml］ (P＜0.05), and resistin levels in ACS subgroup［(1260.0±368.0)pg/ml］ were much higher than that in SAP subgroup［(518.3±128.4)pg/ml］ (P＜0.05). Conclusions The resistin levels of patients with acute coronary syndrome increased significantly and might be associated with the vulnerable plaque. Resistin levels and 64 slice spiral computed tomography coronary artery imaging can be used to detect the vulnerable plaque in CHD patients.

Objective To study the technical skill and therapeutic effect of aortic isolation for treating DeBakey Ⅲ dissecting aneurysm.Methods Among 20 cases of DeBakey Ⅲ dissecting aneurysm,7 cases were with DeBakey Ⅲ a and 13 cases were with DeBakey Ⅲb.Imaging examinatin showed that among the 20 cases there were 5 cases with more than two tearings at difreret site.Covered stent was used to close left subclavian artery in 7 cases and distaI aortic isolation of left subclavian artery was conducted in other 13 cases.Restuls All cases were followed up for 3-40 months,finding that 19 cases survived but one case died because of pseudocoele bronchial fistula hemoptysis 18 months later.Conclusions Endovasular covered stent grafts is the simple,safe and effective way to treat dissecting aneurysm.

Objective To analyze the variations of PTPS gene in patients with suspected 6-pyruvoyl-tetra hydropterin synthase deficiency (PTPSD) and to make prenatal diagnosis in high-risk families. Methods Chemiluminescence was used for phenylalanine detection in blood or dried blood spots.Patients with phenylalanine concentration over 120μmol/L were detected by urine pterin analysis, and the activity of dihydropteridine reductase (DHPR) was detected. tetrahydrobiopterin loading tests were performed in suspected patients with abnormal urinary pterin profiles. PTPS gene variation analysis was performed by direct Sanger sequencing based on PCR amplification. Prenatal diagnosis in 7 high-risk families was performed by chorionic villus sampling when the genotype was identified. Results In 656 patients with hyperphenylalanine, 22 cases were diagnosed as PTPSD clinically. 16 variations were detected in the 22 PTPSD cases. The 5 variations, p.Lys77Arg, p.Ile84Phe, c.315-2A>G, c.244-2A>T, c.187-1G>T, were identified as novel variations. Two fetuses carried the same mutation with the proband and therefore were thought to be PTPSD fetuses. Three fetuses carried only one mutant allele and thus were thought to be PTPSD carriers.

Objective To investigate the relation between activator protein-1(AP-1)and coronary atheroselerotic changes and the potential role of AP-1 in the stabilization of atherosclerotic plaques in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Method 142 patients were included in this study and divided into CHD group(107)and control group(35)according to coronary angiography(CAG).The CHD group was further divided into a stable angina pectoris(SAP)group(32)and all acute coronary syndrome(ACS)group (75)according to the clinical manifestations.In addition,the CHD group was divided into A type group,B type group and C type group according to the standard of ACC/AHA coronary change in 1988.Meanwhile,the CHD group was further divided into light stenosis group,moderate stenosis group and severe stenosis group according to the degree of coronary lesion.The lysate of cells was obtained through lysis of the leucocyts from peripheral blood with cell lysis buffer.The amount of Phospho.c-Jun in lysate was measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results were demonstrated with absorbance,which reflects the amount of AP-1.Results The main coronary changes in the SAP group were A type(68.7%)and the changes were mainly of light degree(53.1%);the main coronary changes in the ACS group were B type(52.0%)or C type(37.3%)and the changes were mainly of heavy degree(66.7%).The absorbance of Phospho-c-Jun in CHD group was significantly higher than that in the control subjects (1.43±0.33 vs 0.71±0.13,P＜0.001).The absorbance of Phospho-c-Jun in the ACS group was significantly higher than that in the SAP group(1.56±0.28 vs 1.14±0.25,P＜0.001).The absorbance of Phospho-c-Jun increased gradually from A type group to C type group(1.18±0.27 vs 1.42±0.26 vs 1.71±0.27,P＜0.001)and from light stenosis group to severe stenosis group(1.09±0.20 vs 1.37±0.26 ys 1.60±0.29,P＜0.001).Conclusion There is a significant relationship between AP-1 and coronary atherosclerotic changes.AP-1 may be a factor that can predict coronary arteriosclerotic progression and stability of the plaque.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the plasma adiponectin concentration and coronary arteriosclerosis change in patient with coronary heart disease(CHD).Method 142 patients were divided into CHD group and control group according to the Coronary Angiography(CAG).CHD group were further divided into stable angina pectoris(SAP)subgroup and acute coronary syndrome (ACS)subgroup according to the clinical property.According to the type of coronary change,CHD group wag divided into A type group, B type group and C type group,meanwhile according to the degree of coronary lesion,CHD group was divided into light stenosis group, moderate stenosis group and severe stenosis group.The plasma adiponectin concentration was measured by ELISA.Results The plasma adiponectin concentration in CHD group was significant lower than that in control group.The plasma adiponectin concentration in ACS subgroup was significant lower than that in SAP subgroup.The plasma adiponectin concentration decreased gradually from A type group to C type group and from light stenosis group to severe stenosis group(P＜0.001).Conclusions Adiponectin is a negative regulatory factor of coronary atherosclerosis,and Hypoadiponectin may be used to predict the change of coronary arteriosclerosis and the stability of plaque.
