1.Comparison of PCR and HRM for detecting bacterial drug resistance gene aac (6′)- Ib-cr
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2017;38(3):319-320,323
Objective To study the difference of detection rate between PCR and high-resolution melt (HRM)for detecting the bacterial drug resistance gene aac(6′)-Ib-cr.Methods The PCR method was adopted to detect the aac(6′)-Ib gene in 299 strains of common Gram-negative bacilli, and the PCR positive products of aac (6′)-Ib were digested with BtsCI.Meanwhile Aac (6′)-Ib and aac (6′)-Ib-cr genes in above bacterial strains were detected by adopting the HRM technique. Results A total of 29 isolates were i-dentified as aac (6′)-Ib gene, and 21 mutations were aac (6′)-Ib-cr,with a mutation rate of 72.4% (21/29)for PCR and restriction enzyme digestion. And the results of the HRM test were in good agreement with each other. Conclusion PCR and HRM are similar for the detection of the bacterial resistance gene aac (6′)-Ib-cr,and aac (6′)-Ib-cr gene could be detected by a simpler HRM tech-nique instead of PCR and enzyme digestion, especially for a large number of screening.

Objective:To study the optimal water extraction method for Shugan Xiaocuo granules. Methods: The study was car-ried out according to the orthogonal tablet. The water amount, extraction time, extraction times and soak time as the influencing factors, and the extractive yield and baicalin content as the indices in a comprehensive evaluation, the optimal extraction technology was screened. Results:The optimal extraction technology was as follows:soaked 30 minutes before cooking, 8-fold water, extracted for 3 times with 1h for every time. Conclusion:The verification test showed that the optimum extraction process was stable, reasonable and feasible.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(14):80-82
Objective To investigate the application value of risk management in skin care of hospitalized neurosurgery patients. Methods 179 cases of hospitalized neurosurgical patients from January to December 2011 were chosen as research object. All the patients were divided into the observation group (91 cases, the risk management care group)and the control group (88 cases, the routine care group). The two groups accepted different nursing measures. The skin damage caused by medical factors, family factors and environmental factors for the two groups were taken for statistics and comparison. Results The patients with skin damage due to medical factors, family factors and environmental factors in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, there was significant difference. Conclusions The application of risk management methods in skin nursing of hospitalized neurosurgery patients has good effect. It can reduce the rate of skin damage of patients significantly and is recommended widely used in hospitalized neurosurgery patients.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of homemade biodegradable drug eluting stents(Excel stents)in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Two hundred and twelve patients who received Excel stents implantation during February,2006 to March 2007 were included in the study.Procedural success rate and complications during hospitalization were monitored and all the patients were followed up clinically up to 8-21 months after discharge. Results The procedural success rate was 99.1%(210/212).A total of 420 Excel stents were implanted while direct stenting was applied in 125 patients(29.8%).Sudden cardiac death happened in 1 patient during hospitalization. Two hundred and six patients finished their clinical follow up and among them,6 patients had recurrant angina.Fifty patients received CAG examination 6-9 months after PCI and 2 patients reached the criteria of restenosis(stenosis ≥50%)and required revascularization. Conclusion Homemade biodegradable drug eluting stents(Excel stents)are safe and effective for PCI in coronary heart disease patients.

China Pharmacist 2015;(3):515-517
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of organic residues ( hexane, benzene, toluene, xylene and sty-rene) in macroporous adsorption resins. Methods:Headspace-GC with a DB-624 column was used to determine the residues in macro-porous resins. The inlet temperature was 200℃ and the FID detector temperature was 240℃. The column temperature programming was as follows:the initial temperature was 40℃, maintained for 3 min, and then raised to 200℃ with the rate of 14℃/min and kept for 2 min. The solvent was methyl alcohol and the carrier gas was nitrogen. HPLC was applied to determine the contents of the five resi-dues. Results:The contents of the five organic residues were all below 20‰ in five macroporous resins in common use including D101, HPD100, AB-8, DM301 and NKA-9. Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used in the res-idue determination of macroporous resins.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2001;17(2):135-139
Taxol could induce tumor cell apoptosis throug h activation of Fas/FasL and caspases. bcl-2 also played an important role in t axol-induced cell apoptosis. Furthermore, taxol had the similar action with lip opolysaccharide on inducing the release of bioactive substances including tumor necrosis factor, interleukin and nitric oxide. There were as well some progresse s in taxol-resistance of tumor cells.

Objective:To study the chemical constituents in the dry roots of Rubus pinfaensis. Methods:The compounds were sep-arated from the alcohol extract of the roots of Rubus pinfaensis by silica gel column chromatography, and identified by IR, 1 H-NMR and EI-MS methods. Results:Five compounds were isolated and identified as oleanolic acid (Ⅰ) , 3-keto, 16α-hydroxy, 24-noroleanolic acid (Ⅱ) , 3′-methoxy myricetin (Ⅲ) , 2′-deoxyuridine (Ⅳ) and p-hydroxy phenylacetic acid (Ⅴ) . Conclusion: Compound Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ are isolated from Rubus pinfaensis for the first time.
