Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and massotherapy for cerebral palsy-salivation. Method Forty-eight patients with infantile cerebral palsy were randomly allocated to two groups. The control group of 24 patients received acupoint application of Chinese herbal medicine and did the tongue exercises. The observation group of 24 patients received acupuncture and massotherapy in addition. Result Of the control group, five patients were assessed as grade Ⅰ, four patients as grade Ⅱ, 10 patients as grade Ⅲ, two patients as grade Ⅳ and three patients as grade Ⅴ in the TDS grading after treatment. Of the observation group, 10 patients were assessed as grade Ⅰ, seven patients as grade Ⅱ, four patients as grade Ⅲ, two patients as gradeⅣ and one patients as grade Ⅴ in the TDS grading after treatment. The TDS grading assessment was better in the observation group of patients than in the control group. After treatment, middle cerebral artery blood flow velocity and vessel pulsation index were (135.64±13.72)cm/s and (1.05±0.17), respectively, in the control group and (144.78±16.45)cm/s and (0.90±0.18), respectively, in the observation group. There was no statistically significant difference in speech training between the two groups (P>0.05). The number of independent eating patients was significantly larger in the observation group than in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Fine action, adaptive behavior and personal social behavior development levels were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Both groups of patients could tolerate the therapeutic dosage and course and had no severe adverse reactions. There was no statistically significant difference in safety grade between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture and massotherapy is safe and of a fair effect in treating cerebral palsy-salivation. It can increase cerebral blood flow, promote the contraction of local muscles, control salivation and improve the quality of life in cerebral palsy patients.

Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) combine the high specificity of monoclonal antibodies with the high anti-tumor activity of small molecular cytotoxic payloads. The anti-tumor activity of ADCs is mainly achieved by the direct blocking of the receptor by monoclonal antibodies, direct action and bystander effect of cytotoxic drugs, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity and complement-dependent cytotoxicity. ADCs have been used in adjuvant therapy and rescue treatment of human epidermal receptor 2 (HER2)-positive breast cancer, greatly improving the prognosis of breast cancer patients. Several ongoing clinical trials of ADC for breast cancer and other solid tumors proved the potential of ADCs will provide more promising treatment options for patients with malignant tumors. This review introduces the mechanism and latest clinical progress of ADC drugs approved for HER2-positive breast cancer to guide clinical practice and conduct research.

Objective To optimize the HT22 cell oxygen-glucose deprivation/re-oxygenation models in hippocampal neurons of mice,discuss the basis of model establishment and test the related parameters.Methods HT22 cell growth curve was plotted by cell counting and cell doubling time was calculated,and then,the oxygen-glucose deprivation time and re-oxygenation time were determined by LDH assay.The CCK-8 assay,cell counting,cell morphology and flow cytometry were performed to further optimize the parameters of the models.Results The HT22 cell doubling time was 17 h 18 min.The oxygen-glucose deprivation time was 18 h and the re-oxygenation was 20 h.CCK-8 assay indicated that absorbance in cells of oxygen-glucose deprivation 18 h/re-oxygenation 20 h (OGD 18 h/R20 h) group was 0.334±0.138,which was significantly lower than that in the control group (0.756±0.026,P＜0.05);cells in the OGD18 b./R20 h group were shrank obviously.Flow cytometry indicated that the percentage of cells in terminal apoptosis or non-viable non-apoptotic cells was 24.56％±5.76％ and that of viable apoptotic cells was 2.63％±0.55％ in the OGD18 h/R20 h group,which were significantly higher than those in the control group,respectively (8.13％±0.87％ and 0.80％±0.10％,/P＜0.05).Conclusion The HT22 cell oxygen-glucose deprivation/re-oxygenation models are successfully established;both oxygen-glucose deprivation time and re-oxygenation time are related to the cell doubling time,and OGD18 h/R20 h can preferably help the establishment;.

Objective:To explore the high risk factors of catheter-related thrombosis (CRT) in breast cancer patients, and provide the basis for the development of appropriate prevention and treatment strategies.Methods:A total of 1 432 breast cancer patients scheduled to receive central venous catheterization in National Cancer Center/National Clinical Research Center for Cancer/Cancer Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking Union Medical College from January 1, 2015 to August 31, 2019 were selected. Baseline information and catheterization information of patients were collected. The occurrence of CRT was confirmed by vascular ultrasound examination, and the influencing factors of CRT were analyzed.Results:The total number of catheter days were 121, 980 days in 1 432 patients with breast cancer, and the average number of catheter days in each patient was 85.2 days. The incidence of CRT was 6.8% (97/1 432), which was 0.79 cases/1 000 catheter days. Among 815 patients with centrally inserted central venous catheters (CICC), 43 (5.3%) had CRT, which was 0.70 cases/1 000 catheter days. Among 617 patients with peripherally inserted central venous catheters (PICC), 54 (8.8%) developed CRT, which was 0.90 cases/1 000 catheter days. CRT was most common in subclavian vein (63.9%). Multivariate regression analysis showed that age ≥ 60 years old ( OR=1.712, 95% CI: 1.056-2.775, P=0.029), PICC ( OR=1.732, 95% CI: 1.130-2.656, P=0.012), the catheter position except subclavian vein ( OR=10.420, 95% CI: 1.207-89.991), secondary adjustment of catheter position ( OR=3.985, 95% CI: 1.510-10.521, P=0.005) and high D-Dimer level ( OR=1.129, 95% CI: 1.026-1.241, P=0.012)were independent risk factors for CRT. Conclusions:The CRT problem can′t be ignored in the clinical treatment of breast cancer patients with central venous catheterization. Screening the appropriate age of patients and the type of central venous catheters, reducing the secondary adjustment of catheter position, and timely monitoring the level of D-dimer are helpful to the prevention and treatment of CRT.
