Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2003;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the correlation between the disease activity and the serum levels of anti-nuclear autoantibodies against various nuclear components in the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods Two hundred and twenty five SLE patients enrolled from 2000 to 2002 were evaluated retrospectively. All patients fulfilled the ACR 1997 diagnostic criteria for SLE. The patients were divided into three groups according to the disease activity: mild group (Group A), moderate group (Group B)and severe group (Group C), as assessed with SLEDAI score. These cases were also divided into 2 groups according to the serum levels of anti-dsDNA antibody. 52 out of 225 patients were followed up further. Results ①There was no correlation between the serum level of anti-dsDNA antibody and SLEDAI score, and between the serum level of ANA and SLEDAI score in 225 patients. ②The serum level of anti-dsDNA antibody in group C was higher than that in group A or group B (P 0.05). Conclusions A positive correlation between the anti-dsDNA antibody and the disease activity was found in the severe group of SLE, but not found in the mild or moderate group. Although the renal damage was more commonly seen in those with higher level of anti-dsDNA antibody, but there is no correlation between the level of anti-dsDNA antibody and the degree of renal lesion.

Gallbladder cancer is a highly malignant tumor of the digestive tract with a poor prognosis. Currently, only radical surgical resection can achieve good results. As an important part of tumor adjuvant treatment and palliative treatment, radiotherapy has been widely used in the treatment of various malignant tumors and achieved certain effect. This article mainly reviews advances of radiotherapy in gallbladder cancer from four aspects: postoperative radiotherapy, preoperative neoadjuvant radiotherapy, intraoperative radiotherapy and palliative radiotherapy for gallbladder cancer.

The completion of human genome project and the progress in medical practice have inevitably lead to the development of precision medicine, which is a medical model that proposes the customization of medical care including medical decisions, practices, and/or medical products with patient's genetic background, environmental factors and life behavior being taken into account. The current work proposed precision stomatology for the first time, and by integrating data reported in recent literature, we described the current practice of precision stomatology in multiple disciplines in modem dentistry. The clinical significance of precision stomatology and its future challenges have also been discussed.

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2022;34(7):727-731
Objective:
To investigate the prevalence of colorectal cancer in Yongjia County, Zhejiang Province from 2020 to 2021, so as to provide insights into colorectal cancer control.
Methods:
Residents registered in Yongjia County at ages of 50 to 74 years were sampled, and positive populations were screened using Zhejiang Provincial Questionnaires for Assessment of Risk of Colorectal Cancer Screening among High-risk Populations and fecal occult blood test, and those positive for questionnaires or fecal occult blood test served as a positive screening. Residents with a positive screening underwent colonoscopy, and the detection of high-risk lesions (colorectal cancer and pericancer lesions) was analyzed among those positive for questionnaires, fecal occult blood test and screening.
Results:
Totally 102 504 residents were tested, and 46 138 (45.01%) residents completed questionnaire surveys and fecal occult blood tests. The rate of positive screening was 21.10%, and the rate of positive questionnaire surveys was 7.13%, while the positive rate of fecal occult blood test was 15.16%. The rate of positive screening was significantly higher in men than in women (27.06% vs. 17.14%; (χ2=654.747, P<0.001), and there was an age-specific proportion of positive screening (χ2=418.264, P<0.001), with high prevalence seen in residents at ages of 65 to 69 years (26.43%) and 70 to 74 years (24.98%). Colonoscopy was performed among 2 966 residents, with a compliance rate of 30.47%, and colonoscopy detected 348 residents with high-risk lesions, including 317 cases with pericancer lesions and 31 cases with colorectal cancer, with 11.73% detection of high-risk lesions and 1.05% detection of colorectal cancer. The prevalence of high-risk lesions was significantly higher in men with positive screening than in women with positive screening (15.77% vs. 7.59%; χ2=47.915, P<0.001), and there was a significant difference in the detection of high-risk lesions among residents with positive screening at different age groups (χ2=25.909, P<0.001), with a high detection in residents at ages of 65 to 69 years (14.32%) and 70 to 74 years (15.49%).
Conclusions
The prevalence of high-risk lesions of colorectal cancer is 11.73% among residents living in Yongjia County at ages of 50 to 74 years, and men and the elderly at ages of 65 years and older are high-risk populations for colorectal cancer. Improving the awareness of colorectal cancer prevention knowledge and the compliance of colorectal cancer screening is recommended.

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the hyponatremia after cervical spinal cord injury. Methods 60 patients with the hyponatremia after cervical spinal cord injury were divided into a control group (n=30) and a nursing intervention group (n=30). The control group was just given a general treatment on hyponatremia, while the nursing intervention group was given a systematic nursing intervention of hyponatremia by the duty nurse concerned. The serum sodium value and the course of disease of the two groups were both analyzed a month after nursing intervention. Results Compared with the control group, the value of serum sodium in the nursing intervention group got a significant rise with a shorter course and a less relapsed cases (P<0.01). Conclusion Nursing intervention may improve the hyponatremia after cervical spinal cord injury.

An economic and facilely prepared dopamine ( DA) sensor have been successfully fabricated by the electrodeposition of copper on single-walled carbon nanotubes ( SWNTs )/Nafion-modified glassy carbon electrode. The morphology of the material was observed by scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) and element composition of the material was investigated by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy ( EDX ) . Tests with various scan rates and pH conditions indicated that an adsorption-controlled process occured in the electrochemical system. The mechanism of the electrode reaction of dopamine involved a two-electron process which was accompanied by a deprotonation step. Electrochemical parameters were calculated with the electron transfer number as 2 . 67 , the charge transfer coefficients as 0 . 6 , the apparent heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant as 1. 38 s-1 . Under the optimal conditions with differential pulse voltammetric measurement, the linear equation was Ipa(μA)=-0. 054c (μmol/L)-3. 82(R2=0. 9988), with linear range of 5-100 μmol/L and detection limit of 0 . 0135 μmol/L ( S/N=3 ) . The main advantages of sensor included facile fabrication approach, high sensitivity, good stability and high reproducibility. The sensor was applied to the detection of DA in volunteer urine by differential pulse voltammetry with favorable recoveries of 96 . 5%-100 . 4% and relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 1. 2%-2. 4%.

Objective To assess the value of the dynamic enhanced MR (DE-MRI)morphological features in diagnosis of non lac-tation mastitis. Methods We retrospectively studied the breast DE-MRI image data of 1 5 patients with non lactation mastitis con-firmed by pathology were retrospectively studies and the lesion morphological features and distribution were analyzed. Results Amonge 1 5 patients with non lactation mastitis,6 cases were the plasma cell mastitis,5 cases were granulomatous mastitis,2 cases were abscess, and 2 cases were cyst associated with inflammation. The typical features of non lactation mastitis on DE-MRI were fast wash-in,centrifugal enhancement sign, blur boundaries between lesions and normal breast tissue, increasing unilateral vessel sign in diseased breast. Conclusion Breast DE-MRI can show typical morphological features of non lactation mastitis. When dynam-ic information is obtained inconveniently, these are helpful in diagnosing and differential diagnosing non lactation mastitis.
