Chongqing Medicine 2015;(8):1072-1074
Objective To investigate the expression of CIP2A and c‐Myc and their correlation in cervical carcinoma .Methods We detected CIP2A and c‐Myc expression using immunohistochemistry in 72 samples of cervical carcinoma and 12 samples of normal cervix tissues .Correlation between proteins and clinicopathologic features and relation between CIP2A and c‐Myc expression were analyzed .Results The positive expression of CIP2A and c‐Myc in cervical carcinoma tissues were 52 .8% and 56 .9% ,respec‐tively .While their positive expression in normal cervix tissues were 8 .3% and 25 .0% ,respectively .The differences had statistical significance(χ2 =8 .169 ,P=0 .004 ;χ2 =4 .208 ,P=0 .040 ,respectively ) .Clinicopathological analysis suggested that CIP2A and c‐Myc protein expression were associated with histopathological differentiation and clinical stage(P<0 .05) in cervical carcinoma ,but the protein expression was not related to age ,lymph node metastasis and pathological type .CIP2A was significantly positive correla‐ted with c‐Myc protein in cervical carcinoma(r=0 .673 ,P=0 .001) .Conclusion The high‐expression of CIP2A is correlated with malignant clinicopathologic characteristics ,and CIP2A is positively associated with c‐Myc ,suggesting that CIP2A may promote tumor initiation and development through maintaining c‐Myc protein in cervical carcinoma .

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(1):40-42
Objective To investigate the protective effect of astragaloside on cardiomyocyte mitochoddria and inhibition effect on cardiomyocytes apoptosis of the rats with heart failure, and explore the treatment mechanism. Methods Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, astragaloside group, and trimetazidine group. The last three groups were injected subcutaneously with isoproterenol to make the heart failure model. Astragaloside group was given astragaloside 50 mg/(kg?d), and trimetazidine group was given trimetazidine 10 mg/(kg?d) orally for three consecutive weeks. At the end of the experiment, the myocardial tissue specimens of each group were made, inverted fluorescence microscope was utilized for measuring mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP), immunoblotting was utilized for detecting cardiomyocyte telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) expression, and flow cytometry was untilized for detecting cardiomyocyte apoptosis. Results The MMP ratio of astragaloside group was 3.226±0.371, significantly higher than the model group and trimetazidine group (P<0.01). The cardiomyocyte apoptosis rate of astragaloside group was 8.91±2.12, significantly lower than the model group and trimetazidine group (P<0.01), and the most obvious expression of TERT was found in astragaloside group. Conclusion Astragaloside can protect damaged mitochondria, promote TERT expression, inhibit cardiomyocyte apoptosis and protect cardiomyocytes.
4.Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in genetic epidemiology
Journal of Central South University(Medical Sciences) 2010;35(1):90-封3
Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium test is the base of genetic epidemiology. The new methods for Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium test involve: X chromosome-linked single nucleotide polymorphism Hardy-Weinberg test, inbreeding coefficient(F) test, an incomplete enumeration algorithm for an exact test of Hardy-Weinberg proportions with multiple alleles, and graphical tests for Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium based on the ternary plot. It is necessary to conduct Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium test in genetic epidemiology studies and adjust the associations as deviation of Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium occurs.

6.Effects of ET on the function of the isolated perfused working guinea pig heart
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(04):-
The effect of endothelin (ET-1) on the function of the isolated perfused working guinea pig has been examined. ET- 1 wasshowed to exert a transient positive inotropic effect on the isolated heart, followed by a marked inhibition of cardiac function. Low dose of ET- 1(30,90 pmol?L-1) produced reversible inhibition. The effect of high dose of ET- 1 was irreversible, accompanied with increasing LDH significantly, indomethacin markedly augmented the vasoconstrictor and cardiac ischemia effects of ET-1. Our results suggest that the apparent inhibition of cardiac function on the isolatedperfused guinea pig heart after administration of ET-1 may be due to the effect of the myocardial ischaemia caused by progressive development of coronary vasoconstriction. In our experimental model, PGI2 has partially antagonizing effect on the vasoconstrictor action of ET-1.
