1.Appropriate dosage of interleukin-2 for tumor infiltrating lymphocyte cultured in self-supernatant of malignant pleura fluid
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(03):-
Objective:To select an appropriate dosage of IL-2 for tumor infiltrating lymphocyte(TIL).Methods:Isolated by the attachment method we established,TIL was cultivated in self-supernatant of malignant pleura, with three different concentrations of IL-2,such as 6000u per ml,6000u per ml for the first administration followed by 1000u per ml,or 1000u per ml.The expansion, killing activity and phenotype changes of TIL cultured in different cultures were assessed. Results:As cultured in self-supernatant of malignant pleura fluid, the concentrations of IL-2,such as 6000u per ml or 6000u per ml for the first administration followed by 1000u per ml seemed benefit for TIL proliferation.Conclusion:6000u per ml of IL-2 for the first administration was very important. It could help TIL to activate and proliferate early. The study described here offers the possibility for TIL cultured in vitro self-supernatant of malignant pleura fluid in vitro for a short time, and then reinfuse to thorax for further expanding and controlling the malignant pleura effusion in the presence of IL-2,and thereby minimizing the risks of contamination.

3.The use of autologous supernatant of malignant pleura effusion in culturing human tumor infiltrating lymphocytes in vitro
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(07):-
Objective:To study the effect of autologous supernatant of malignant pleura effusion and RPMI1640 with 10% AB+ serum on the culture of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) in vitro. Methods:Isolated by the attachment method we established, TIL was cultured in either autologous supernatant of malignant pleura fluid or RPMI1640 with 10% AB+ serum, and various types of cytokines such as (IL-2,) PHA and antibody against CD3 (OKT3) were added into both cultures. The proliferation as well as the killing activity and the phenotype changes of TIL cultured in the two kinds of cultures were compared. Results:There was no difference in the proliferation or the killing activity in vitro as well as the phenotype changes of TIL between the two kinds of cultures. Conclusion: Autologous supernatant of malignant pleura fluid could be used as TIL culture medium. The method described here made it possible for TIL to be cultured in vitro for a short time, and then reinfused back to thorax for further expanding and controlling the malignant pleura effusion in the presence of IL-2, and it alsominimized the risks of contamination.
4.The Preparation of Mice Ascites with Anti-HBs/a Monoclonal Antibody Hybridoma Cell Separated from Mice Ascites
Acta Medicinae Universitatis Scientiae et Technologiae Huazhong 2001;30(1):22-24
A large quantity of mice McAb ascites with monoclonal antibody (McAb) hybridoma cells separated from mice ascites was prepared. Ascites of mice inoculated with McAb hybridoma cells were collected, and the McAb hybridoma cells were isolated by centrifugation with lymphocyte separating fluid. McAb hybridoma cells then were injected into other mice abdominal cavity to prepare ascites again. McAb hybridoma cells separated from a mouse could be injected into the abdominal cavity of 5 mice. Each mouse could produce 3.97 ml ascites on average. This method could be used to prepare large quantity of high titer mice monoclonal anti-HBs/a ascites.
5.Acupuncture with Distant Acupoints Selection Versus Proximal Acupoints Selection in Treating Acute Headache
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2016;35(5):520-521
Objective To observe the difference in therapeutic efficacy between acupuncture with distant acupoints selection and proximal acupoints selection in treating acute headache.Method Sixty patients with acute headache were randomized into group A and group B, 30 cases in each group. Group A was intervened by acupuncture with distant acupoints selection, while group B was by acupoints with topical acupoints selection. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and Present Pain Intensity (PPI) from McGill Pain Questionnaire (MPQ) were observed before and after intervention, and the clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups. Result After treatment, the VAS and PPI scores were significantly different from that before treatment in both groups (P<0.01). The changes of VAS and PPI scores in group A after intervention were significantly different from that in group B (P<0.01). The total effective rate was 90.0% in group A versus 73.3% in group B, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture with distant acupoints selection can produce a better therapeutic efficacy than acupuncture with topical acupoints selection.
6.Preoperative assessment and perioperative management for metabolic surgery in obese and type 2 diabetic patients
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2015;(9):786-791
[Summary] The incidence of obesity and obesity‐related diseases (such as T2DM) increases year by year in the world. Metabolic surgery has increasingly been applied to patients with severe obesity. Studies have indicated that metabolic surgery is effective in obesity and obesity‐related diseases. Since patients undergoing metabolic surgery are obese or severely obese ,whose physiological and pathological changes are different with those of non‐obese patients ,a comprehensive assessment and management during perioperative period and after the operation were needed. This article mainly expounds preoperative evaluation and preparation ,management of surgery process and postoperative nutrition and endocrine management.
7.Clinical value of susceptibility weighted imaging in the diagnosis of Parkinson disease
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2012;31(11):988-990
Objective To explore the application value of susceptibility weighted imaging (SWD) in the Parkinson disease (PD) diagnosis by analysis the changes of brain iron content of the basal ganglia and red nucleus. Methods Totally 56 cases of patients with PD and 40 cases of normal control group were diagnosed by SWI with the 3.0 T magnetic resonance imaging system, the corresponding phase image by using SWI processing software was obtained, the signal values of the various regions of the brain basal ganglia and red nucleus were measured and compared. Results In comparison of PD group with normal control group, the signal values showed differences in caudate (0.05±0.01 vs.0.04±0.01,t=1.991),putamen(-0.42±0.13 vs.-0.25±0.07,t=2.544) and globus pallidus(-0.23± 0.07 vs.-0.11±0.02,t=2.893) (all P<0.05).Conclusions Determining the iron deposition signal of the various regions of the brain basal ganglia by SWI is valuable in the clinical diagnosis of Parkinson's disease.
