Results The linear range was 0.010-1.0 ?g/ml, r=0.999 0, the detection limit was 6.0?10-3 ?g/ml, the recovery rates were 98.0%~106.0%, RSD was 2.2%-4.8%. Conclusion This method is suitable for the determination of molybdenum in radix puerariae and the soil. The content of Mo in radix puerariae is related to that in the soil.
4.A research progress of psychological problems and influential factors of senile dementia caregivers
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2017;33(5):392-395
With the decline in cognitive ability, loss of ability to live, the demand of care for the Alzheimer's patients gradually increased. Caregivers tended to bear a greater physical and mental burden. In this study, we found that the caregivers of senile dementia were prone to psychological problems such as depression and anxiety, which may be related to the caregiver's age and caregiving time, and the positive intervention can relieve the psychological problems of the caregivers. This article aims to provide a theoretical basis for nursing workers to explore more effective nursing measures, so as to improve the quality of life of dementia patients and caregivers.
5.Clinical study of fungus infections in hospitalized AIDS patients
Chinese Journal of AIDS & STD 2006;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the incidence, clinical manifestation and prognosis of fungus infections in AIDS patients hospitalized in Fuzhou Infectious Diseases Hospital in the past 20 years. Methods Retrospective study was performed to assess fungus infections in hospitalized AIDS patients from February of 1987 to December of 2007.The patients who had fungus infections were given antifungal drugs. Results Of the total 430 AIDS patients 213 cases(49.3%) were diagnosed as complications with fungus infections which included 55 cases of hospital-acquired infection(25.8%) and 158 cases(74.2%) of community-acquired infection.Especially,105(49.3%) cases had fungus infections affecting multiple organs. The risk factors for fungus infections included old age,TB infection, chronic viral hepatitis, low CD4T cell count(
7.Drug resistance genes of 16S rRNA methylase in Klebsiella pneumoniae
Chinese Journal of Infection Control 2014;(7):389-392
Objective To investigate antimicrobial susceptibility of Klebsiella pneumoniae (K .pneumoniae )to aminoglycosides and detection of 16S rRNA methylase genes in K .pneumoniae .Methods Ninety-six non-repetitive clinical K .pneumoniae isolates were collected from Xiangya hospital of Central South University from January to Ju-ly 2009,minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs)of gentamycin, amikacin and tobramycin were determined by agar dilution method ;genotype of 16S rRNA methylase genes (armA,rmtA,rmtB ,rmtC,rmtD ,npmA)were detec-ted by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results MIC50 of amikacin, gentamycin and tobramycin was 256μg/mL, 512μg/mL and 512μg/mL respectively;and MIC90 were all>512μg/mL;antimicrobial resistance rate was 21 .88%, 63.54%,and 41 ,67% respectively.68 isolates (70.83%)were resistant to at least one kind of antimicrobial agent, 21 isolates(21 .88%)were resistant to three kinds of antimicrobial agents.22 isolates(22.92%)carried armA,but rmtA,rmtB ,rmtC,rmtD and npmA were not detected;of 22 isolates harboring armA 16S rRNA methylase genes, 17(77.27%)were highly resistant to gentamicin, amikacin and tobramycin, the homology of armA positive isolate and armA (FJ410928.1 )was 100%.Conclusion armA 16S rRNA methylase gene harbored in K .pneumoniae plays an important role in aminoglycoside resistance.
