5.The nursing care of the mechanical ventilated patients with PetCO2 monitoring to detect abnormalities and to analyse the reason
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(7):1202-1203
Objective To analyse the clinical situations and other factors that influence the PetCO2 monito-ring. The analysis can improve the nursing care for mechanical ventilated patients. Methods To retrospectively ana-lyze 212 PetCO2 monitoring ntanbers and capnograms in 108 mechanical ventilated patients. Results PetCO2 abnor-malities rate was 13.4%; leakage in the ventilator system was 30.4%; endotracheal tube malposition 6.8%; endo-tracheal tube baloon leakage 11.3%; secreations 22.4%; hyperventilation 12.5%; hypopeffusion 7.6%; hypoper-fusion of the lung 5.8%; mechanical malfunctioning 3.2%. Conclusions Continue monitoring of PetCO2 and cap-nogram along with hemodynamic monitoring in mechanical ventilated patients can timely find patients' problems and promptly use appropriate interventions. The understanding of these monitoring systems can improve the quality of the nursing care for the critically ill patients.
6.The moderating effect of psychological resilience between family structure and children's peer relationship
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2017;26(5):450-453
ObjectiveTo compare children's resilience and peer relationship in divorced and complete family, and explore the moderating effect of psychological resilience between family structure and peer relationship.Methods208 children from divorced family and 465 children from complete family were surveyed.Results(1)There were significant differences in children's resilience(divorced family (3.58±0.73),complete family(3.83±0.59),t=-2.765,P=0.006) and peer relationship(divorced family (3.47±0.72),complete family(3.73±0.59),t=-2.069,P=0.042) between complete and divorced family.(2) Family structure had remarkable negative correlation with resilience and peer relationship(r1=-0.19,r2=-0.20),and resilience had positive correlation with peer relationship(r=0.43).(3)The moderating effect of resilience between family structure and peer relationship was significant(β=0.641,P<0.05).ConclusionParent divorce has negative influence on children's resilience and peer relationship.Furthermore, the relationship of family structure and peer relationship is mediated by resilience. The negative influence of parent divorce on peer relationship is not significant among children with high resilience, while it is significant on children with low resilience.
7.Application of video-laparoscopy to the treatment of severe acute inflammatory pelvic pain
Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(02):-
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of application of video-laparoscopy to the treatment of acute severe inflammatory pelvic pain in women. Methods Forty-two women patients with severe acute inflammatory pelvic pain were divided randomly into two groups with 21 patients in each group. Conservative therapies were carried out in Group A while laparoscopic operations in Group B. Results Eighteen cases (85.7%) in Group A returned to health, and in the remaining 3 (14.3%), conservative measures failed and thus exploratory operations were performed. Meanwhile all the patients in Group B were treated successfully, with the operative time (42.5?20.6) min, the average blood loss 20ml and the mean hospital stay 7 days. Body temperatures returned to normal on the day of operation and no complications occurred. Conclusions Laparoscopy may be feasibly applied to the treatment of women with severe acute inflammatory pelvic pain, producing results superior to conservative therapies.
8.EFFECT OF DAURICINE ON LEVEL OF TXA_2 AND cAMP IN THE PLATELET
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(01):-
The effect of dauricine on level of TXA2 and cAMP in the rabbi platan-elet was studied. The results showed that dauricine protected signific-tly mice against the sudden death induced by intravenous arachidonic acid in vivo, and that dauricine inhibited the platelet aggregation ind uced by arachi- donic acid, inhibited the production of TXA2 in the plateletand did not change the basic cAMP level in the platelet invitro. These suggested that one of the action mechanism of the inhibition of the platelet aggregation by dauricine was possibly related to the inhibition of the production of TXA2.
9.Clinical Efficacy of rh-BNP Combined with Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy on Refractory Heart Failure in Cardiorenal Syndrome
China Pharmacist 2016;19(3):532-534
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of rh-BNP combined with continuous renal replacement therapy on the re-fractory heart failure in cardiorenal syndrome. Methods:Totally 48 patients with refractory heart failure in cardiorenal syndrome in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was received the con-ventional drug therapy combined with continuous renal replacement therapy, and the observation group was received rh-BNP therapy ad-ditionally. After 7 days, NT-ProBNP, heart rate, LVEF, SV, BUN, Scr and GFR of the two groups were compared, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. Results:After the treatment, all the observed indicators in the two groups were significantly improved than those before the treatment, and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group ( P<0. 05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(91. 67% vs 79. 17%, P<0. 05). Conclusion:The combination of rh-BNP and continuous renal replacement therapy can improve heart and kidney function of the refrac-tory heart failure in cardiorenal syndrome with better efficacy.
10.Study on haptoglobin polymorphism and plasma concentration in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2017;37(4):532-537
Objective·To investigate the correlation between the serum haptoglobin (Hp) level and the metabolic parameters in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), and explore the distribution of Hp genotype and allele frequency in PCOS patients and their correlations with PCOS. Methods·A total of 106 patients with PCOS and 86 cases of patients with non-hyperandrogenic and regular menstruation (control group) were enrolled. Serum Hp level was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA); Hp genotype and allele frequency were determined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), respectively. Results·The serum Hp level in PCOS group was significant higher than that in the control group (P=0.000). Correlation analysis reveals that serum Hp level was positively related to body mass index (BMI) (P=0.000) and homeostatic model assessment insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) (P=0.000). Compared with control group, proportion of Hp2-2 genotype (Hp2/Hp2) increased significantly in PCOS group (P=0.006), and the frequency of Hp2 allele was also higher (P=0.002). Conclusion·Serum Hp level was positively related to BMI and HOMA-IR, which maybe associated with the occurrence and development of obesity and insulin resistance. Patients with Hp2-2 genotype might have genetic predisposition to PCOS, and high frequency Hp2 allele was found in them.
