International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2016;(3):357-358
Objective To analyze the detection results of blood fat and proinsulin related indicators in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM ) and to investigate the means for improving the patients′ clinical indicators .Methods 57 patients with T2DM in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were divided into the research group ( ≥ 15 .6 mIU /L ,29 cases) and the control group (< 15 .6 mIU /L ,28 cases) according to the proinsulin level .All the cases took glucose ,at the same time the cor‐relation between the blood fat indexes with serum true insulin ,proinsulin and insulin resistance index of steady state insulin assess‐ment model was analyzed .Results Proinsulin ,serum true insulin ,2 h postprandial proinsulin ,2 h postprandial serum true insulin , insulin resistance index of steady state insulin assessment model all had correlation with and apolipoprotein B /apolipoprotein A1 . Conclusion The proinsulin level in the patients with T 2DM is increased ,thus the ratio of apolipoprotein B/apolipoprotein A1 will be accordingly increased .

3.Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in a rat model of middle cerebral artery occlusion:variation of nerve regeneration microenvironment in infarcted brain areas and recovery of rat neurological function
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(27):4333-4338
BACKGROUND:At home and abroad, a large number of studies have demonstrated that repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation can evoke changes in cortical excitability that can be sustained beyond the time of stimulation, which provides a new research direction for application of magnetic stimulation in rehabilitation treatment for cerebral infarction. However, its long-term clinical efficacy and safety deserve further investigation. OBJECTIVE: To observe the influence of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on nerve regeneration microenvironment in the infarcted cerebral area and rat neurological functional recovery after cerebral infarction. METHODS:The rats were randomly divided into model group, sham stimulation group and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation group (80%, 100% and 120% motor threshold subgroups). Right middle cerebral artery occlusion models were established in rats by the intraluminal suture method. At 24 hours after middle cerebral artery occlusion, 20 Hz repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation was performed in each repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation subgroup at the designated motor thresholds. Rats in the sham stimulation group underwent sham stimulation, while the model group rats were not given any treatment. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Seven days after middle cerebral artery occlusion, cerebral infarction volume in the repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation group was significantly less than that in the model and sham stimulation groups (P < 0.05). RT-PCR and Western blot assays showed that at 72 hours after middle cerebral artery occlusion, aquaporin 4/9 mRNA and protein expression in the repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation group was significantly increased than in the model group (P < 0.05). Compared with 1 day after middle cerebral artery occlusion, neurological deficit scores at 15 days after repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation was significantly improved (P < 0.05). Immunohistochemical detection results showed that glial fibrilary acidic protein expression in the ischemic penumbra in each repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation subgroup was significantly lower than that in the model group (P < 0.05). The results reveal that repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation can aleviate rat neurological deficits and improve nerve regeneration microenvironment by inducing cerebral ischemic tolerance, reducing nerve cel apoptosis and decreasing aquaporin 4/9 mRNA and protein expression.
4.Influence of TNF-? on the expression of secretory component in Caco-2
Chinese Journal of Immunology 2000;0(11):-
Objective:To study the influence of TNF-? on the expression of secretory component (SC) in Caco-2 cells. Methods:Immunocytochemistry,ELISA,Western blot and quantitative real-time PCR were used to test SC-positive cells of Caco-2,free SC in culture supernatants, protein and mRNA expression of SC in the cells. Results:The increase of SC-positive cells, free SC in culture supernatants,SC protein expression and expression of SC genes in Caco-2 cells was found under stimulation of TNF-? treatment compared with control(P
5.Analysis on the prognosis effect after health management intervention of chronic prostatitis
Chinese Journal of Health Management 2008;2(3):143-145
Objective To investigation the relationship between health management and prognosis of chronic prostatitis. Methods Three hundied and forty-six cases of chronic prostatitis were divided into two groups. The control group treatment was local washing and medicine for three months. The experiment group treatment was local washing, medicine, and health management for three months. NIH-CPSI was used for the results. Results There was no significant different between the experimental group(165 cases)and the control group(154 cases)before treatment in NIH-CPSI. The effective rate of the the experimental group was 88.5%, and that of the control group was 64.9% after treatment. It is effective for cure and the prognosis of the experiment was better than the control (P<0.05). Conclusion It is suggested that it is more effective for the prognosis of chronic prostatitis after the intervention of health management.
7.Progress in inhibitory mechanism of somatostatin in the growth of human colonic carcinoma cells
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2004;0(12):-
Somatostatin(SS)is an inhibiting gut hor- mone that widely exists in central nervous system(CNS), gastrointestinal tract, pancreatic tissue.A lot of research- es indicate the anticancer activity of somatostatin ana- logue. It was reported to suppress proliferation of endo- crine tumors, especially some solid tumors in digestive system. This review summarizes the progress on mecha- nism of somatostatin analogue(SSTA)and its influences on colon cancer of in recent years.
8.Clinical application of plasma exchange combined with continuous veno-venous hemodialysis/filtration in treatment of children with acute liver failure
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;(5):504-507,508
Acute liver failure is a pediatric clinical critical disease with complex etiology, rapid progress and medical treatment, contributing to a high fatality rate. Artificial liver support system can remove a variety of toxic substances through mechanical, physicochemical or biological device to replace part of liver function like metabolism, detoxification,or synthesis temporarily to win precious time for liver cell regeneration and further clinical therapy, which has become an important treatment of acute liver failure at present. Considered the limita-tions of different blood purification mode, combined mode of blood purification is mostly applied in clinical ther-apy. This article aims to review the effect of plasma exchange combined with continuous veno-venous hemodial-ysis/filtration for the treatment of children with acute liver failure.

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2016;36(3):331-336
In the paper, by taking acupuncture and migraine as the key words to retrieve CNKI and PubMed database, the literature analysis was done on the mechanism study on experimental migraine treated with acupuncture in rat model. The results showed that acupuncture mechanism study focused on the regulation and control of the relevant neurotransmitters/neuromodulators of migraine, such as calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), serotonin (5-HT), nitric oxide (NO), etc. Moreover, in the paper, the review had been done on the neurotransmitters/neuromodulators involved in the study.
