Objective:To explored the mechanisms that lead to the changes of the memory T cell subsets.Methods:By using of flow cytometry and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), we detected the percentage of memory T cell subsets and plasma concentration of interleukin-15(IL-15) in peripheral blood of MS patients and healthy individuals. Furthermore, MS patients were subdivided into both relapse-remission MS(RRMS) and chronic progressive MS(CPMS) group according to the clinical features.Results:Compared to healthy controls, there was an increase and decrease in CD8~+T_ CM and terminal effector memory CD8~+T cell in MS patients(P
2.Comparison of the three preparation methods in technology of salinomycin micelle

Objective To research the optimal preparation technology of salinomycin micelle.Methods DSPE-PEG2000 was selected as the carrier.Salinomycin was selected as the model drug.The film dispersion method, the ethanol injection method and the dialysis method were used to prepare salinomycin micelles respectively.The comprehensive evaluation indexes included entrapment rate and drug-loading rate, release capacity and vitro cytotoxicity test in order to select the most suitable preparation technology of salinomycin micelle .Results The film dispersion method is the most suitable preparation technology of salinomycin micelle in the three methods.Its average grain diameter was (14 ±2.3) nm, entrapment rate was (82 ± 2.6)%, drug-loading rate was (6.3 ±2.1)%, IC50 to HepG2 tumor cells was 16.10 ±3.71.Conclusion The film dispersion method of salinomycin micelles has the advantages with the smallest size, the highest entrapment rate and the largest drug-loading rate, which has the function to kill tunmor cells and release slowly.

4.THE FATTY ACID COMPONENTS OF FISH OILS AND CHANGES DURING STORING

In this paper,the fatty acid compositions of fish oils were analyzed and ox-idative property was evaluated. The result showed that the fatty acid composition varied greatly with fish. The content of PUFA(w3) of caplin oil,herring oil,mackeral oil menhaden oil was 11. 3%, 14. 3%, 21. 0%and 27. 6% respectively; the content of SFA was 17. 52%, 21.2%, 24. 12%and31. 15%; the content of MUFA was 62. 46%, 52. 9%, 40. 04%and 26. 26%. The content of EPA and DHA was about 15%-35%in anchovy oil,especially the DHA content (18- 44%)of anchovy oil in China was higher than EPAC13. 66%) and low content of C20,i and C22,1 But the DHA content of anchovy oil in South Africa,South Chile , North of Chile,Califor. US and Peru was lower than EPA. The content of SFA of fish oil increased with the storage and the content of PUFA in reverse. Temperature is an important factor affecting oxidation of fish oil.
5.The working principle and application of SK-600I infusion pump

Objective: The theory and repair summary of infusion pump were introduced to improve its maintenance and usage by taking SK-600I infusion pump as an example. Methods:With the cases from practical works including faults such as under-pressure alarm, bubble alarm, block alarms and rate accuracy problem, true or fault respectively, the principle, maintenance, attention issues, fault analyses and repairing methods of infusion pump were presented. Results:To help operators and technicians deal with all kinds of pump failures. Some advices on improving theSK-600I infusion pump design were provided. Conclusion: Infusion pump is a high intelligent medical device, but improper use, mechanical and electrical fault will put adverse impact on its application. Mastering the basic principles, summarizing practical experiences, strengthen operator training, can make better use of infusion pump.
6.Spectrophotometric determination of chondroitin sulfate with 4-amino-3-hydrazine-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole

To establish a new method for the determination of chondroitin sulfate. The method was based on the interaction of sodium chondroitin sulfate with 4-amino-3-hydrazino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole to yield a violet product, 6-mercapto-3-substituted-s-triazolo-\[4,3-b\]-s-tetrzaine derivatives. Absorbance at 540 nm obeyed Beer's Law within the concentration range from 0.1 to 1.0 g?L~(-1)and the results were precise and accurate. The method was operationally simple and had a good precision and sensitivity.
7.Transcatheter treatment of postoperative pulmonary stenosis:current status and future perspectives

Postoperative pulmonary artery stenosis is one of the popular complications.The disappointing results of surgical treatment for such lesions led to the introduction of interventional procedures (balloon angioplasty and stent implantation).Balloon angioplasty is applicable for branch pulmonary artery stenosis,however,balloon dilation alone rarely been effective in the long-term for these lesions.Since pulrmonary artery stenting was introduced in 1991,indications and use of stents for dealing with pulmonary artery stenosis have played a leading role in recent times.Intravascular stents are effective for stenotic artery dilation,can reduce right ventricle pressure and improve heart function.Excellent mid-and long-term results after stenting of postoperative pulmonary artery stenosis are demonstrated by numerous researches,with the new developments in stent design,indications for pulmonary artery stent implantation are likely to widen in the future.

9.EVLAUATION OF THE RENAL TUMORS WITH ULTRASONOGRAPHY

PURPOSE To study the ultrasonic differential diagnosis of renal tumors,reducing the misdiagnosis rate.METHODS 81 cases of renal tumors which had been examined before operation by ultrasonography and verified by surgery and pathology were evaluated retrospectively.RESULTS Forty two renal cell carcinoma,sixteen transitional ell carcinoma,and twenty two other renal masses of various histologic types exhibited a broad spectrum of ultrasonographic findings.Nephromas were found to be 98.8% (80/81) to tally,in which malignant and benign tumors were 92.6%(75/81) and 7.4%(6/81).The diagnostic accuracy was 87.7%(71/81) in ultrasonography.The sensitivity of the ultrasonography was 88.8%.CONCLUSIONS To master the ulltrasonographic expressions and main points of differentiation in appraisal of the tuberculous pyonephrosis,multilocular cyst of kidney and cystic renal carcinoma is the key of reduction misdiagnosis,to inquire about the history of illness in detail and analysis imaging data overall is also an important factor to reduce misdiagnosis.
