Objective To deeply investigate the psychosocial factors affecting Chinese nurse occupational burnout.Methods An online literature search was carried out in China National Knowledge Infrastructure,VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals and Wanfang database to collect relevant articles.CMA2.0 was used to analyze the fifty literatures which satisfied the uniform inclusion and exclusion criteria.Results (1)On emotional exhaustion and depersonalization,passive coping styles had moderate positive effect,neuroticism had high positive effect,work stress had low positive effect; active coping styles,self-efficiency,social support and extroversion had low negative effect.Psychotics and lying had positive or negative moderate effect on depersonalization respectively.(2)On personal accomplishment,self-efficiency had high positive effect,active coping styles,lying and subjective support had moderate positive effect,neuroticism,psychotics and work stress had small negative effect,passive coping styles had no effect.(3)Self-esteem had no significant relationship with occupational burnout.Conclusions Nurse's occupational burnout resulted from psychosocial factors,including coping style,self-efficiency,personality,social support and work stress.

B7-H4 is a new member of costimulatory molecules,it negatively regulates T cell immunity by the inhibition of T cell proliferation, cytokine production, and cell cycle progression. Recent studies indicate that B7- H4 is associated with the generation and progression of tumor and is an important indication in the diag-nosis and treatment of tumor.

Objective:To explore the shortages of chemotherapy occupational protection for pharmacist in our hospital through the contrast and analysis of the occupation protection status of pharmacists in two groups.Methods:Chemotherapy Occupational Protection Status Questionnaire for Medical Staff was used,and totally 30 pharmacists from PIVAS and 30 ones from OUIVA were selected as the research objects according to the random number table.The main contents of the questionnaire included the basic information of respondents,protection conditions in drug preparation rooms,pharmacist protection status and pharmacist training conditions,etc.The results of the questionnaire were statistically analyzed.Results:In general,the understanding of pharmacists for the harm of chemotherapy drugs and protective measures was poor.PIVAS group was obviously better than OUIVA group in the use of protective equipment and relavant measures with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Pharmacists have insufficient understanding for the danger of chemotherapy drugs and their harmful ways with low performance of chemotherapy occupational protection,and our hospital has no perfect protection system and adequate protective equipment yet.

In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the inflammatory reaction in the process of neonatal unconjugated bilirubin brain damage.Studies have shown that inflammation plays an important role in the occurrence and prognosis of neonatal bilirubin brain injury.A large amount of unconjugated bilirubin pass through the blood brain barrier,causing glial ceils activation,emerging immune response,releasing inflammatory cytokines,leading the apoptosis,necrosis and damage repair of neuronal.This article reviews the occurrence and protection mechanism of inflammatory cytokines(tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,8,1 β,10,et.al) in neonatal bilirubin brain damage.

Objective To develop and verify a reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of the purity of recombinant Mycobacterium tuberculosis(Mtb)Ag85b protein stock solution.Methods Fourfactor,three-level orthogonal test was designed,with the area,trailing factor,peak area and peak area RSD as the evaluation indexes to explore the optimal detection conditions. The methodology verification of specificity,linear range,precision and durability was conducted in accordance with the general principles of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(Volume Ⅳ,2020 edition)9101.Results The results of all the evaluation indexes were good when the elution ratio of organic phase was30% ～ 95%,the detection temperature was 35 ℃,the sample volume was 3 μg,and the elution time of 95% organic phase was 15 min. The method had the linear correlation coefficient(R2)of 0. 998 5,the linear range of 1. 8 ～ 4. 2 μg,the reproducibility RSD of 0. 01%,and the intermediate precision RSD of 0. 16%,with good durability under slight changes of column temperature and flow rate.Conclusion The reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography method for the purity determination of recombinant Mtb Ag85b protein stock solution was developed,which has good specificity,precision and durability,and can be used for the quality control of recombinant Mtb Ag85b protein stock solution.

As an important component of functional magnetic resonance imaging,diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DWI) can provide qualitative and quantitative information for tumor evaluation and distinguish esophageal lesions and mediastinal lymph node metastasis.DWI-computed tomography fusion images facilitate the delineation of target volume.During radiotherapy or concurrent chemoradiotherapy for esophageal carcinoma,monitoring the changes in apparent diffusion coefficient value helps to predict the early treatment outcomes and prognosis;DWI compensates for the shortcomings of radiography alone in the evaluation of short-term treatment outcomes.This paper reviews the application of DWI in the diagnosis,delineation of target volume,assessment of treatment outcomes,and prognostic prediction in radiotherapy for esophageal carcinoma.

Objective To understand the situation of HIV and HCV infection of heroin dependent patients .Methods HIV and HCV serological detection were proceed among 565 heroin dependent patients ,and the results were compared according to genders and nationalities .Results Among 565 heroin dependent patients ,the infection rates of HIV ,HCV ,and HIV/HCV for males were 14 .57% (72/494) ,59 .72% (295/494) ,and 13 .36% (66/494) respectively ,and those for females were 19 .72% (14/71) ,77 .46%(55/71) and 16 .90% (12/71) respectively .The infection rates for males were significantly lower than females (P<0 .05) .There were significant difference of the infection rates of HIV ,HCV and HIV/HCV between Han patients and Uyghur patients(P<0 .05) .Conclusion The heroin dependent patients are high risk population for HIV and HCV infection .Education and publication of drugs and infectious should be enhanced in order to control the spread of disease and reduce disease incidence .

The rapid development of MOOC is both an opportunity and a challenge for the higher education in our country .The information literacy of college and university teachers plays an important role in the success implemen-tation of MOOC.The development and characteristics of MOOC were described, the problems existed in information literacy of college and university teachers under MOOC environment were analyzed with strategies put forward for improving the information literacy of college and university teachers from the aspects of ideological concept , training methods, assessment criteria, and information environment .

Purpose:To evaluate the effects of surgery plus irradiation for olfactory neuroblastoma Methods:From January 1975 to February 1998 fourteen patients with olfactory neuroblastoma (kadish dassification:One case in stage A, 8 in the Stage B, 5 in stage C) were resected and giver radiotherapy to an average dose of 6000 cGy to primary lesions.Results:Six of the 14 patients have been living for 2—24 years. 8 died (5 of recurrence and 3 of distant metastasis)in 6 months to 4 years after diagnosis.Conclusions: There is a high rate of pathologic misdiagnosis in olfactory neuroblastoma. Immunohistologic examination and electron microscopic study are benifitial for diagnosis. Surgery plus irradiation is a suitable method for olfactory neuroblastoma. Radiotherapy is able to reduce local recurrence after surgery and increase resectability rate as well as to control distant metastasis.

Objective:Comparative analysis detection indexes such as [ inhibition C ( CysC ) , BUN, Scr, eGFR-MDRD and eGFR-cys] of application value in the diagnosis of early DN.Methods: Randomly collected the Type 2 diabetes ( Type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)214 cases patients to our hospital check-up and 100 healthy people from January 2012 to October 2014,and according to the urinary albumin excretion rate could divided into pure T2DM group and diabetes group(DN group),collected the patient′s serum creatinine( Scr) ,urea nitrogen( BUN) ,serum[ inhibition( Cys C) detection indexes such as C,and USES the simplified MDRD formula according to the Scr estimate the eGFR(eGFR-MDRD),while using CysC CHINAcys equation calculated eGFR,eGFR-Cys],make statistical analysis for these measurements.Results: DN group compared with control group ,the BUN,Scr,CysC,eGFR-MDRD and eGFR-cys had significant changes,including BUN,Scr and CysC was significantly higher than control group;EGFR-MDRD and eGFR-cys significantly lower compared with control group,5 testing indexes,P<0.05.Five commonly used detection index curve of ROS area was greater than 0.5,and P<0.05.A single detection index of CysC indicators could reach 80.38,the highest followed by BUN and eGFR-MDRD;And joint detection of eGFR MDRD+Cys C much higher sensitivity and an index of eGFR-MDRD+eGFR-Cys and other individual detection index.Conclusion:eGFR-MDRD CysC indicator in the diagnosis of early DN screening is an effective,feasible, and the method of high accuracy.
