Objective To investigate thecurative effect of Hanchuan Zupa granule combined with ventolin atomizing inhalation in the treatment of infantile bronchial asthma and the influence of serum myeloperoxidase(MPO),neutrophil(PMN),monocyte chemotactic protein-4(MCP-4).Methods 92 cases of infantile bronchial asthma from June 2015 to June 2016 in yiwu materal and child health care family planning senice center, according to the draw method was divided into the control group(n=46)and experimental group(n=46),the control group was treated with salbutamol inhalation, and the experimental group was based on control group treated with Hanchuan Zupa granule, the curative effect,MPO,PMN,MCP-4,inflammatory factor, the T lymphocyte subgroup, arterial blood gas index, clinical symptoms disappeared time and safety of two groups were observed. Results After treatmented, the total effective rate of experimental group was 93.48%higher than that of control group 76.08%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The MPO,PMN,MCP-4 of experimental group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The inflammatory factor,T lymphocyte subgroup, arterial blood gas index in the experimental group were more significantly improved than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms disappear time of experimental group was better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in safety between the two groups. Conclusion Hanchuan Zupa granule combined withventolin atomizing inhalation of children with bronchial asthma in the exact effect, and down-regulated the expression of MPO,PMN,MCP-4,promote the recovery of children.

In recent years, obesity is becoming one of the focus problems of social public concern.Maternal obesity may pose a threat on maternal health, for examble the increase of obstetrical complications,it may also affect the short-term and long-term health of the offspring.Maternal obesity may affect children's mental disorder,no review to date has discussed it systematically in China. Now,the health hazards of maternal obesity for the offspring including childhood autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, neural tube defects, neurobehavioral development disorders and so forth were reviewed, and to provide a reasonable guidance of obesity management.

Objective To identify clinical predictive factors in intractable childhood epilepsy,to provide some evidence for its early diagnosis. Methods Six hundred and twenty-four children with newly diagnosed epilepsy were retrospectively identified in Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University Medical School(1993-2009).The epileptic children were divided into a drug-responsive epilepsy group (n =584) and an intractable epilepsy group (n =40).Clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed, including the gender, age, pathogen, inducement, number of pre-treatment seizures, seizure type, seizure type change, seizure duration, family history, previous history, physical examination, brain CT and initial electroencephalogram(EEG) findings.Single factor analysis and Logistic regression analysis were made in 2 groups. Results Strong univariate associations suggested that some factors could increase the risks of intractable epilepsy:symptomatic or cryptogenic epilepsy, mental retardation, type of infantile spasm, positive neurological examination and large absolute number of pre-treatment seizures, and changes in seizure types in the course of the disease. With multiple Logistic regression, independent predictors of intractability were symptomatic or cryptogenic etiology(OR =3.61),large absolute number of pre-treatment seizures and changes in seizure types in the course of the disease(OR =4.76).Conclusions It's necessary to be wary of intractable epilepsy and to adjust therapy accordingly when seizures were uncontrollable and accompanied by one or more conditions such as symptomatic or cryptogenic epilepsy, large absolute number of pre-treatment seizures, changes in seizure types in the course of the disease.

Objective To explore the application value of transient elastography (TE)by using transient elas-tography(FibroScan)for the noninvasive diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis and steatosis by measuring liver stiffness (LS)and controlled attenuation parameter (CAP)in the preschool children in Shanghai for their health check - up. Methods A total of 410 children, who underwent health screening in Xinhua Hospital,Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine, from April to November 2017 were collected. LS and CAP values were obtained by the FibroScan device with M - probe. The differences in LS and CAP values between different genders were analyzed,as well as the in-fluencing factors for LS and CAP values. Results A total of 410 preschool healthy children were enrolled. The success rate of valid TE measurements by M - probe in the participating children was 96. 5% . The LS and CAP values were (3. 22 ± 0. 86)kPa and (176. 74 ± 20. 84)dB/ m,respectively. LS and CAP values didn′t differ significantly in gender (all P > 0. 05). In univariate analysis, the CAP values were significantly associated with height (r = 0. 112,P =0. 026),weight(r = 0. 145,P = 0. 004),body mass index(r = 0. 114,P = 0. 023),waist circumference(r = 0. 178,P =0. 000)and hip circumference(r = 0. 148,P = 0. 003). Conclusions FibroScan equipped with M - probe is feasible for LS and hepatic steatosis measurement in preschool children.
