Objective To analyze the cause of re-operation after radical cystectomy and ileal conduit in early follow-up period in order to improve the efficacy of this operation and reduce postoperative complications. Methods 12 cases from 81 cases of re-operation were studied retrospectively after radical cystectomy and ileal conduit for bladder tumor in early follow-up period.Of the 12 cases, there are 4 cases of T 4,8 cases of T 3,7 cases of G 2,5 cases of G 3.They are all transitional cell carcinoma. Results There were 4 cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction,2 necrosis of ileal conduit,2 adhesive folding of sigmoid colon into prostatic fossa,2 internal hernia and 2 avulsed incision due to infection .All the cases were re-operated nearly the first operation. After the second operation, all the cases were followed 6~12 months, average 7.7 months, the outcome was satisfied. Conclusions The ileal conduit is a kind of ideal methods for urinary diversion and its early complications should be avoided affecting the efficacy of this operation and the quality of life patients.

Objective To study the efficacy of consecutive drugs in the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods 153 cases of moderate & severes chronic prostatitis were treated with consecutive drugs with sensitive antibiotics,? 1-blocker,inhibitor of cox-2 and traditional Chinese herb,20 cases being chronic bacterial and 133 nonbacterial. They were classified and evaluated according to the CPSI & EPS examinations as analyzed by T test. Results All cases were followed up for an average of 11.8 months(8~18 months). The average CPSI score was 32.6(32.7?5.3) before treatment and 13.4(12.8?7.3) after treatment (P

Objective To evaluate therapeutic effects of Bushen-Zhuanggu medicine extraction on bone destruction in rats bone cancer pain. Methods Rat models of cancer-induced bone pain were established by inoculating MRMT-1 cells into tibia of rats.Behavioral signs indicative of pain including 50%paw withdrawal threshold(von Frey tactile sensitivity test)and thermal withdrawal latency were observed.Pathomorphological changes of tibia were monitored with HE staining. Results In the behavioral tests, herbal medicine treatment attenuated mechanical allodynia and thermal hyperalgesia.Histological examination showed that this treatment inhibited tumor proliferation and preserved the cortical and trabccular bone structure. Conclusion Bushen-Zhuanggu medicine extraction is an anti-nociceptive and bone-preserving agent in rats of bone cancer pain.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of recombinant human Pro urokinase ( rhPro-uk) in treatment of patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction. Methods 90 cases from 2014 to 2015 selected in three hospital diagnosed with STEMI were randomly assigned into experimental group and control group, 45 cases in each test group.Experimental group received rhPro-uk thrombolytic therapy, control group received urokinase thrombolytic therapy, thrombolytic efficacy and incidence of adverse events were observed and compared between two goups. Results After thrombolysis 2 h, ST segment decline ≥50% of patients in experimental group was 80.00%, ST segment completely fall rate was 55.56%, coronary recanalization rate was 77.78%, all significantly higher than that in control group(60.00%, 33.33%, 55.56 %,separately.P<0.05).After thrombolysis 2h, the difference of TIMI grade between two group was significant (Z=-3.198, P<0.05).After thrombolytic therapy, CTn-I, CK-MB peak levels between two groups were not significantly different. The peak time and average time of experimental group were significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events of experimental group 13.33%, significantly lower than 33.33% in control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Therapeutic effect of rhPro-uk on acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction is better than urokinase, and has higher safety.

Objective To estimate the bladder symptoms, and explore its impact on patients′ quality of life in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Overactive bladder symptom score (OABSS) was used to evaluate patients′ bladder symptoms, and Medical Outcome Study 12-Item Short Form Health Survey Scale (SF-12), Overactive Bladder Questionnaire Short Form(OABq-SF)were conducted to test the effect of bladder symptoms on general and disease-specific quality of life. Results Among the four bladder symptoms, nocturia was the most prevalent symptom (46.7%,479/1025 ), followed by urinary frequency (14.9%,153/1025 ),urinary urgency (14.2%,146/1025 ), urge urinary incontinence (7.9%, 81/1025). Nocturia and urge urinary incontinence significantly increased symptom bother (nocturia B=0.337,P<0.01;urge urinary incontinence B=0.437,P<0.01) and decreased disease-specific quality of life (nocturia B=-0.364,P<0.01;urge urinary incontinence B=-0.346, P<0.01) in these patients. Meanwhile, urge urinary incontinence was negatively associated with general mental health (B=-0.255, P=0.011). Conclusions The prevalence of bladder symptoms in type 2 diabetes patients was high, and was found to be associated with patients′general and disease-specific quality of life. Health care providers should be aware of the high prevalence of bladder symptoms and its impact on QOL to facilitate early diagnosis and treatment of bladder symptoms during diabetic care.

Objective:To explore the perioperative effect of radial artery as a sequential graft in coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG).Methods:The clinical data and perioperative complications of 109 patients, who underwent radial artery(RA) or great saphenous vein(SVG) as a sequential graft during CABG from April 2020 to December 2020 in Beijing Anzhen Hospital, were analyzed, there were 86 males and 23 females, aged from 39 to 79 years, with an average of(61.1±8.0)years old. According to the graft materials, they were divided into the RA group(n=47) and SVG group(n=62).Results:There were no significant differences between the two groups in age, gender, comorbidities, echocardiographic results, transplant vascular indexes, coronary angiography results, and operation methods(on-pump or off-pump, use of left internal mammary artery, number and distribution of distal anastomoses)( P>0.05). There were also no significant difference between the two groups in ICU stay, postoperative hospital stay and drainage with 24 hours after CABG( P>0.05). The incidence of postoperative cerebrovascular events, postoperative infection and secondary thoracotomy in the RA group were higher than that in the SVG group. The incidence of myocardial infarction, postoperative ventricular arrhythmia and postoperative IABP assistance in the SVG were higher than that in the RA group, but the difference was not statistically significant( P>0.05). Conclusion:The application of radial artery as a sequential graft during CABG does not increase the risk of perioperative complications, and the patients recover smoothly.

Objective To explore coronary angiographic characteristics in patients with symptomatic recurrence after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). Methods We performed a retrospective study of 997 patients with symptomatic recurrence after CABG in Beijing Anzhen Hospital from 2010 to 2020. There were 762 males and 235 females, with an average age of 62.41±8.70 years. Results There was a high prevalence of risk factors like hypertension, diabetes and a history of smoking. Diseased arterial grafts accounted for 27.44% while saphenous vein graft 54.40%; 240 (24.07%) patients had all patent grafts. The main lesion characteristics of diseased grafts were chronic total occlusion lesions (79.57%). Most patients had more diseased native vessels after CABG than before. The type C coronary artery disease in native vessels relevant to ischemic area occurred in 674 (67.60%) patients; 525 (52.66%) patients with recurrent symptom after CABG had both diseased grafts and diseased native vessels. Conclusion Graft status in patients with symptomatic recurrence after CABG is worse than we expected. The majority have newly developed lesions both in grafts and native vessels. Native vascular lesions will continue to progress after CABG.
