Objective To explore the relationship between serum troponin I (TnI) and troponin T (TnT) and rheumatic diseases with myocardial injury.Methods Solid chromatographic method was used to test serum TnI and TnT in 241 patients with various types of rheumatic diseases consisting of 67 cases of SLE, 31 cases of SS, 18 cases of SSc, 11 cases of PM, 72 cases of RA and 42 cases of AS, which were compared with the normal group, amd the positive rates of which were also compared with CK-MB.Results Among all 241 patients,the positive rates of serum TnI and TnT of each type of rheumatic diseases except AS were higher than that of CK-MB,and the p value in SLE, SSc and RA was significant respectively(P

Objective To decrease the unhappiness of children and make them happy to the utmost in their process of seeking medical help by constructing a clinical nursing model of happiness and natural affection. Methods During the clinical process of setting up a suitable surrounding for children's hospi-tal visit and hospitalization, and finding a pleasant method to meet children's psychological needs, indexes of physiological response pre and post admission, discharge and painful operations including surgeries were recorded. Parameters of psychological reactions such as facial expressions, movement reactions and emo-tions were observed and changes of medical compliance were analyzed. We also evaluated variation of fear, time of disease rehabilitation, the satisfaction degree of parents and doctors. Results Child's fear was lowered obviously, cooperation and compliance of treatment were improved remarkably, time of disease re-habilitation was shortened to different degree, the satisfaction degree of patients and doctors had been im-proved to above 98%. Conclusions The clinical nursing model of happiness and natural affection for children can decrease the unhappiness of children and make them happy to the utmost in their process of seeking medical help.

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of antinuclear antibody (ANA) and ANA repertoire in the diagnosis of systemic sclerosis (SSc). Methods ANAs were tested in 64 pa tients with SSc and 30 healthy controls by applying indirect immunofluorescence (IIF) and immunoblotting (IB). Results IIF-ANA assay showed that the positive rate of ANAs was 98. 4% (63/64) in SSc, and ANA staining was mainly shown as homogeneous-nucleolar pattern; IB-ENA test indicated that the antinuclear antibodies were mainly anti-Scl-70, anti-SS-A and anti-nRNP in SSc, and the positive rate was respectively 65.1% (41/64), 29.7% (19/64) and 6.3% (4/64). Conclusion Existence of multiple antibodies in SSc patients may hint that the patients might have other autoimmune diseases or increased risk for other autoimmune diseases. Besides, IB assay significantly increases the sensitivity and specificity of ANAs measurement, and contributes to the diagnosis of SSc.

Interferon y (IFN-?) could enhance the metastatic potential of a variety of tumors via increasing expression of MHC class I molecules or other unidentified mechanisms. It has been demonstrated that transfection of T-cell costimulatory molecule B7 gene into tumor cells could increase tumor immunogenicity and render them susceptible to immune attack. In this study, we investigate whether transfection of B7-1 gene could antagonize IFN-?-induced tumor metastasis. Lipofectamine-mediated transfection was used to introduce murine B7-1 (mB7-1) gene or neo gene into a low-metastatic variant of B16 melanoma cell line. The transfectants and parent B16 cells were treated with 100U/ml of IFN-? for 36 h before being subjected to experimental metastasis assay. The expression of MHC class I and class II molecules on the cells was analysed by flow cytometry. Pre-treatment of parent B16 cells and mock gene-transfected B16 cells (B16-neo) with IFN-? significantly increased their lung-metastizing capacity, while the same IFN-? treatment of B16 cells transfected with mB7-1 gene (B16-B7-1) showed no increase in the number of lung metastatic nodules as compared with control cells. Almost equally elevated expression of MHC class I (H-2Kb and H-2Db) molecules was found on the surface of B16, B16-neo and B16-B7-1 cells. However, a much higher expression of class II (I-Ab) molecule on B16-B7-1 cells than that on B16 and B16-neo cells was observed. These results demonstrate that transfection of B7-1 gene into B16 melanoma could reduce its IFN-?-induced metastasis and that the elevated MHC class II expression on B7-1-expressing cells might play a role in the B7-1 -associated reduction of metastasis.

Objective To evaluate ANA and ANAs as a indacation of systemic sclerosis diagnostic.Method ANAs were tested in 58 patients with SSc and 20 healthy controls by indirect immunofluorescence (ⅡF)and immunoblot(IB).Results ⅡF-ANA results indicated that the positive of ANAs were 98.3%(57/58)in SSc,and ANA pattern were mainly homogeneous-nucleolar,IB-ENA results indicated that the antinuclear antibodies were mainly anti-Scl-70.anti-SSA and anti-nRNP in SSc.The positive of them were 63.8%、31.O%and 5.2%.Conclusions It suggested that the patients might have other autoimmune diseases or the dangerous of other autoimmune diseases,and the IB kits of euroimmun got better positives and specificities to ANAs,the method could provide more helps to diagnosis of SSc.

Objective To study the clinical significance of detection of infectivity index in patients before transfusion. Methods A total of 12 863 patients in hospital were examined for hepatitis B virus surface antigen(HBsAg),anti-hepatitis C virus(anti-HCV),anti-AIDS virus(anti-HIV)and treponemiasis test(TRUST)before operation and transfusion. Results The positive rates of HBsAg,anti-HCV,anti-HIV and TRUST were 12.59%,1.90%,0.02%and 0.80%respectively.Conclusion The detection of infectivity index before transfusion has a very,important role in the prevention of blood transmissible disease and reduction or medical treatment dispute caused by infection after transfusion.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Wenyang Huayu Sanjie Decoction ( WHSD) for the treatment of adenomyosis with the syndrome of blood deficiency and cold stagnation. Methods Seventy qualified patients were evenly randomized into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with Mirena intrauterine contraceptive device, and the observation group was treated with WHSD ( composed of Danggui Sini San, Wuzhuyu Shengjiang Tang, Shixiao San and Rhizoma Sparganii, Rhizoma Curcumae). The clinical outcomes included the menstrual blood volume, menstrual cycle, menstruation, degrees of dysmenorrhea, uterine volume, and serum CA125 level in the two groups before treatment and 3, 6 months after treatment. Results ( 1) After treatment for 6 months, the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%, significantly higher than 85.71% in the control group ( P<0.05). ( 2) After treatment, dysmenorrheal degrees, menstrual blood volume, menstrual cycle, menstruation, uterine volume, and serum CA125 level were improved in both groups ( P<0.05) , and the observation group had better effect on relieving dysmenorrhea, improving menstruation, and decreasing CA125 level than the control group ( P<0.05). ( 3) No obvious adverse reaction was found in the observation group, but most of the cases in the control group had menstrual disorder such as vaginal irregular bleeding and prolongation of menstruation. Conclusion WHSD has certain therapeutic effect on adenomyosis with the syndrome of blood deficiency and cold stagnation, and can also obviously improve the quality of life of the patients.

Objective To analyze the electrocardiogram and treadmill exercise performance in patients with coronary artery myocardial bridge.Methods 176 patients with myocardial bridging diagnosed by coronary angiography were selected in the study.The performance of myocardial bridge electrocardiogram and treadmill exercise of different depth and stenosis was observed.Results Deep in myocardial bridge ischemic ST segment and T wave changes were significantly higher than superficial type (x2 =11.02,P ＜ 0.01).Systolic myocardial bridge Ⅲ grade stenosis of ischemic ST segment and T wave changes were significantly higher than grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ (x2 =12.78,P ＜0.01;x2 =24.45,P ＜ 0.01).The positive rate of myocardial bridge deep in the treadmill exercise test was significantly higher than the superficial type.Myocardial bridge Ⅲ grade systolic stenosis,treadmill exercise test positive rate was significantly higher than grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ (x2 =9.23,P ＜ 0.05;x2 =6.76,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Patients with myocardial bridge have various changes in the electrocardiogram and treadmill exercise,changes in deep in the type and degree of stenosis Ⅲ grade systolic are obvious.
