The whole blood purifying equipment room includes blood dialyzer, a whole set of water treatment and relevant auxiliary equipment. According to the operation principle and service condition, the design should make the concrete demand for such respects as design of equipment room, power disposing, pipeline overall arrangement structure, etc. and the whole set should be properly installed and adjusted.

Objective To study the effects of broad-spectrum antibiotics, including the third generation Cephalosporin and Carbapenems, on intestinal enterococci in septic rats. Methods Ninety-one SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, scald group, scald group with 3 days of ceftriaxone treatment, scald group with 9 days of ceftriaxone treatment, scald group with 3 days of imipenem treatment, scald group with 9 days of imipenem treatment, and sepsis group, sepsis group with 3 days of ceftriaxone treatment, sepsis group with 9 days of ceftriaxone treatment, and sepsis group with 3 days of imipenem treatment, sepsis group with 9 days of imipenem treatment. All the animal were subjected to 30% TBSA Ⅲ degree scald injury on their back, followed by endotoxin challenge with a dose of 20mg/kg 24 hours after the burn injury. The animals were treated with intraperitoneal injection of ceftriaxone (60mg/kg, q12h) or imipenem (60mg/kg, q12h) 24h after the second hit with endotoxin. At the end of the treatment, intestinal enterococci in colon were cultured. The number and variety of the bacteria were also determined. Objective To investigate the state of Th1/Th2 cytokine imbalance in patients with lupus nephritis (LN) and its role in the pathogenesis. Methods Plasma level of interleukin-18 and interleukin-13 in 18 patients with active LN and 16 normal controls were measured by enzyme-linked immunoadsordent assay (ELISA). IL-18 and IL-13 expression in the renal tissues from 18 patients and 6 normal renal tissues were also detected by immunohistochemical assay. The ratio of plasma and renal IL-18/IL-13 was then calculated. Results Plasma levels and renal expression of IL-13 and IL-18 in patients with LN were increased significantly compared to those of normal controls (P0.05). The ratio of renal IL-18/IL-13 was not significantly different among all types of LN and normal controls. The ratio of plasma IL-18/IL-13 was positively correlated with LN renal tissue activity index (AI), but no correlationship could be found in renal IL-18/IL-13 ratio. Conclusion It seems that the immune disturbance in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) can not be simply divided into Th1 predominant and Th2 predominant. It seems far complicated than this Th1/Th2 paradigm. It may be affected by the state of disease activity, the lesion location and the type of pathology.

Objective The person's Mesangial Proliferative Glomemlonephritis (MsPGN) were divided into 3 types based on clini- cal manifestations: nephroticsyndrome, hematuria and proteinuria. To investigate the expression of CD11a, CD11b, CD62L and its signifi- cance in the kidneys patients with MsPGN. Methods CD11a, CD11b and CD62L expression in blood of MsPGN patients (n=35) were investigated by flow eytometry method, and the changes of these proteins in kidney were surveyed. Results In MsPGN, CD11a and CD11b expression in blood were significandy lower and CD62L expression in blood were markedly higher than that in normal humans. And the renal glomeruli of MsPGN also expressed CD11a, CD11b and CD62L. Conclusion The expression of CD11a, CD11b and CD62L are abnormal in MsPGN, and apoptosis may play certain role in the pathogenesis of MsPGN.

Objective To explore the clinical manifestations, electroencephalographic characteristics and therapeutic effect of drugs in children with Jeavons syndrome. Methods The clinical and electroencephalographic characteristics and thera-peutic effect of drugs were analyzed in 4 children with Jeavons syndrome. Results Among the four children there were 3 female and 1 male. The age at the onset of the disease was from 1 to 6 years. The typical clinical manifestations of this disease were brief, fast and repeated eyelid myoclonia (EM) with or without absence seizure. The typical electroencephalography (EEG) in two patients showed 3-6 Hz generalized spike and waves and polyspikes burst, and the eye closure and intermittent photic stimu-lation helped to induce discharges and clinical events. The typictal EEG in the other two patients showed 3.0-3.5 Hz generalizedδslow wave rhythm burst. The drugs of choice for treatment was sodium valproate monotherapy in two cases, levetiracetam in one case, sodium valproate combined with levetiracetam in one case. During the follow-up, seizures were controlled in one case, decreased in frequency in two cases and were still frequent in one case. Conclusions Jeavons syndrome is one of the idiopathic and generalized epileptic syndromes and characterized by EM with or without absence seizure. Video EEG monitoring plays an important role in the diagnosis of this disease. Sodium valproate and levetiracetam were effective for this disease.

Objective To explore the influence of human resources management in emergency department on nurse's anxiety.Methods Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)was used to investigate 300 nurses in the emergency department in nine secondary level hospitals of Longgang District.Division of human resource management in these hospitals were examined and the correlation between them was statistically analyzed.Results In addition to the three hospitals,nurses anxiety status of the other six hospitals score showed different levels of anxiety,the average scores were above 50,but the hospitals,that the ratio of the three anxiety condition score was less than 50,moderate to severe anxiety were still more than 20.0％,and other six hospitals was up to 66.7％.In the human resource management to achieve excellent and qualified hospital,the anxiety rate was significantly lower than the substandard hospitals.At the same time there was close correlation between the situation of human resource management and nurses anxiety situation.Conclusions Emergency nurses generally have high anxiety,and in hospitals with poor human resource management,career anxiety is even more obvious.That is to say the anxiety of nurses is closely related to emergency department management of human resources.

Purpose To investigate the clinical pathological features, pathological diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the non-Wilms’ renal tumors in children. Methods The clinical pathological data and immunohistochemical findings of 15 cases of non-Wilms’ renal tumors were retrospectively analyzed with review of the relevant literature. Results In 7/15 (46. 67%) cases of cystic nephroma ( CN) , microscopically the variable size of cysts were lined by a single layer flattened, cuboidal epithelia, separated by fi-broblastic stroma;in 4/15 (26. 67%) cases of rhabdoid tumor of kidney (RTK), histological characteristics were rhabdoid cells and cytoplasmic inclusions;in 2/15 (13. 33%) cases of clear cell sarcoma (CCSK), the classical pattern of histology demonstrated nests, cords of ovoid epithelioid or spindled clear cells separated by fibrovascular septa, which had a marked ’ chicken wire’ pattern of small blood vessels;in 1/15 (6. 67%) case of congenital mesoblastic nephroma (CMN), the tumor was mainly composed of spindle cells arranged in fascicular pattern, in which fetal renal tissue was seen;in 1/15 (6. 67%) case of granularity renal cell carcinoma, micro-scopically, the cancer cells with eosinophilic granular cytoplasm arranged in nests, cords and tubular pattern. Conclusions Although non-Wilms’ renal tumors is a small part of all kidney tumor, it is difficult to diagnose and distinguish from other tumors before opera-tion. The pathological diagnosis is the most reliable method for differential diagnosis of non-Wilms’ renal tumor.

Objective:To explore the significance of next-generation sequencing to detect gene mutations for diagnosis of patients with unexplained pancytopenia.Methods:The next-generation sequencing was used to detect 32 common hematological tumor gene mutations in 113 patients with unexplained pancytopenia in Huazhong University of Science and Technology Union Shenzhen Hospital from February 2016 to February 2019.Results:The next-generation sequencing results showed that of the 32 genes tested in 113 patients, 69 mutations occurred in 25 genes. Among them, 105 patients (92.9%) carried at least 1 gene mutation, and the median number of mutations was 2 (1-5). Fifty-one patients were diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), and the related mutant genes were detected; 62 patients were diagnosed with atypical aplastic anemia or cytopenia of unknown significance. The total effective rate of treatment for 113 patients was 65.5% (74/113).Conclusion:The next-generation sequencing helps to diagnose patients with unexplained pancytopenia, and provides targeted strategies for finding new treatments and prolonging the overall survival of patients.

Objectives To explore the psychological states of chronic hepatitis B(CHB)patients during family disinfection and isolation:a qualitative study.Method Using random sampling,10 CHB patients from the Eighth People’s Hospital of Guangzhou during Sep 2012 and Feb 2013 were selected for the investigation by way of semi-structured in-depth interviews.Results Ten patients participated in the interview and five themes were extracted:1)no special mental burden because CHB patients believed they should conduct family disinfection and isolation;2)group psychology for their lack of knowledge;3)suspecting the effect of disinfection and isolation;4)worrying about involving their families because of guilty;5)feeling isolated,self-abased,sensitive and longing for being accepted and understood.Conclusions The psychological states are complex during disinfection and isolation.So,a feasible domestic disinfection and isolation plan should be worked out.Meanwhile,enhanced mental guidance and family supports are essential for them to get rid of worries and adapt themselves into family disinfection and isolation.
