Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Ebastine joint Compound Glycyrrhizin in treatment of acute and chronic urticarial, and its effect on serum IgE levels. Methods Eighty cases of a-cute and chronic urticaria patients were collected from January 2010 to June 2014 in our hospital for treat-ment.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group, the patients in the control group oral ebastine 10mg 1 times /day, patients in the observation group were given Compound Glycyrrhizin on 75mg and oral ebastine 10mg, 1 times /d, acute urticaria patients were treated for one week of continuous treatment, patients with chronic urticaria were treated for 4 weeks in a row;IgE level was measured by ELISA.Results After treatment, effective rate of patients with acute urticaria was 94.44%in the observation group, the control group was 68.42%; patients with chronic urticaria observa-tion group was 95.45%, the control group was 71.43%, a significant difference ( P <0.05 ) between the observation group and control group.IgE levels in both groups after treatment were reduced compared with before treatment ( P <0.01), after treatment IgE levels of patients had higher degree of improvement in the observation group, differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05).Conclusions The clinical effica-cy of ebastine joint Compound Glycyrrhizin on treatment of acute and chronic urticaria are better than single ebastine, two drugs used in conjunction with synergistic effect by regulating the body's immune function, re-duce allergy strength, improve efficacy.

Objective To analyze the correlation of traditional Chinese medical constitution types withcardiovascular risk factors in community hypertension patients. Methods We defined the constitution types of 1108 community hypertension patients, created personal health archives and provided routine examination for the subjects. After that, we input and analyzed the relevant data and results by computer. Results In 1108 cases of hypertension patients, 229 (20.67%) were defined as harmony physique, 879 (79.33%) as biased physique. In patients with biased physique, phlegm-dampness physique accounted for 25.54% (283 cases) , and then came yin deficiency physique and Qi deficiency physique, which accounted for 15.16% (168 cases) and 13.18% (146 cases) , respectively. The biased physique was dominated by single biased physique with a total of 590 cases ( 67.12%) , but the complex physique was also in large quantity, with a total of 289 cases ( 32.88%) . The complex physique consisting of two kinds of single physique was commonly seen in the patients with complex physique, accounting for 15.70%. The complex physique consisting of more kinds of single physique had less percentage. Phlegm-dampness physique was a kind of physique involving the most cardiovascular risk factors. Patients with phlegm-dampness physique had higher incidence of overweight, abnormal lipid level, family history of cardiovascular disease, lack of physical exercise and electrocardiographic abnormality, and the difference was statistically significant compared with other physique types ( P<0.05 or P<0.01) . Conclusion Phlegm-dampness, yin deficiency and Qi deficiency physique are the three commonly-seen constitution types in hypertension patients. Phlegm-dampness physique is the most commonly-seen biased physique and is also a kind of physique involving the most cardiovascular risk factors. Prevention and management in consideration with the constitution characteristics and cardiovascular risk factors will be a new prospective method for the treatment of hypertension patients in community.

With the rapid development of tumor subjects and the advance of medical technology, tumor mortality is declining in spite of the increase in tumor incidence. The male survivors pay more and more attention to their prognosis to improve the quality of their life.In the meantime, whether they could produce their own offspring become the main concern of tumor patients with good prognosis. However, until now, male tumor patients, their relatives, different social sectors and even some of our health workers, havent noticed the importance of fertility preservation and long-term fertility desires of male patients with tumor which will lead to declined or even irreversible sterility induced by the lack of fertility preservation before anti-tumor therapy. It's an important way to do fertility counseling, learn the risk of their treatment plans and choose the appropriate technique of fertility preservation which will improve prognosis quality of life of male tumor patients. This article will review the effects of tumor and the treatment on male fertility, their subjective needs and concerns, main methods for fertility preservation and the domestic and foreign research present situation.

OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of berberine hydrochloride on the pharmacokinetics of tacrolimus in rats after single or multiple administration, and to provide reference for clinical combination therapy. METHODS: 30 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, with 6 rats in each group: group one was treated with single administration of tacrolimus; group two was treated with tacrolimus intragastrically, twice a day, for consecutive 1 week; group three was treated with single administration of berberine hydrochloride, 5 min later given single administration of tacrolimus; group four was treated with tacrolimus intragastrically, twice a day, for consecutive 1 week, and then given tacrolimus intragastrically once 5 min after intragastric administration of berberine hydrochloride on the 8th day; group five was treated with berberine hydrochloride intragastrically, twice a day, and given tacrolimus intragastrically every 5 min, for consecutive 8 d. The doses of berberine hydrochloride and tacrolimus were 200 mg/kg and 0.945 mg/kg. The blood samples 0.3 mL were collected from posterior orbital venous plexus of rats 0, 5, 15, 30 min and 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12 h after last intragastric administration of tacrolimus. The concentration of tacrolimus in rat whole blood was determined by LC-MS/MS. DAS 2.0 software was used for pharmacokinetic study. RESULTS: Compared with group one, the pharmacokinetic parameters AUC0-12 h, AUC0-∞ and MRT0-12 h of tacrolimus in rats were decreased significantly in group three (P<0.05),while there was no statistical significance in all pharmacokinetic parameters of tacrolimus in group four (P>0.05). Compared with group two, AUC0-12 h of tacrolimus was decreased significantly while CLz was increased significantly in group four (P<0.05); there was no statistical significance in all pharmacokinetic parameters of tacrolimus in group five (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Single and multiple intragastric administration of berberine hydrochloride has a certain effect on the pharmacokinetics of tacrolimus in rats, it shows that there is a downward trend in blood drug concentration and needs to be used with caution.
