OBJECTIVE：Rare-earth compound was added to the medium of Ganoderma lucidum to study the effect of rare-earth elements on the hypha growth,the fresh and dry weight of fruit body of G.lucidum.METHODS:The culture medium dressed with rare-earth elements.RESULTS:It showed that all concentrations of rare-earth elements had some inhibition on the hypha growth of G.lucidum.However they could make the hypha of G.lucidumwhiter.The fresh and dry weight of fruit body increased significantly when the concentrations of rare-earth elements were 100μg.g-1 and 150μg.g-1.Their raising rates were +4.13%，+0.20% and +16.47，+5.84%respectively.CONCLUSION:The yield of G.lucidum can be increased by rare-earth elements when its concentrations were 100～150μg.g-1.

Through the map analysis of various metabolites in rat's urine, the biomarkers in syndrome suitable for Small Qing-Long Decoction (SQLD) were found out, which provided objective basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Based on the rat's urine nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrum detection of the blank control group, the model group and the SQLD group, the data come from the map by MestRenova pretreatment and integration were analyzed using SIMCA-P+ by (PLS-DA). Then, the corresponding scatter diagram and diagram of loading were re-ceived and the differences of metabolites were found out by the comparison . The results showed that compared with the blank control group, contents of creatinine, guanidinoacetic acid, trimethylamine, taurine, allantoin metabolites in the model group had elevated. And the contents of succinic acid, 2-OG, lactic acid, glycine, methyl nicotine metabolite had decreased. After medication, contents of creatinine, trimethylamine, allantoin, taurine of SQLD group were still higher than the blank control group. However, the contents were reduced compared with the model group. The content of lactic acid was lower than the blank control group, but higher than the model group. There was no statistical significance on changes of guanidinoacetic acid, 2-OG, N-nornicotine. It was concluded that substances found were mainly related to energy metabolism, inflammation and immune resistance, which was especially related to energy metabolism change obviously.

Objective To study the clinical significance of Raynaud phenomenon (RP) in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods One hundred and twelve cases with SLE were divided into two groups according to the condition of RP and were analyzed retrospectively.The similarities and differences were investigated in system injury and laboratory examination in two groups.Results The occurrence rates of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH),interstitial lung disease (ILD),pericarditis,fatigue,pulmonary embolism (PE) and deep venous thrombosis (DVT) in patients with RP were higher than those in patients without RP [89.3％(25/28) vs.2.4％(2/84),57.1％(16/28) vs.16.7％(14/84),75.0％(21/28) vs.39.3％ (33/84),67.9％(19/28) vs.33.3％(28/84),21.4％(6/28) vs.4.8％(4/84),14.3％(14/28) vs.1.2％(1/84) ](P ＜ 0.05 ).The positive rates of anti-cardiolipin (ACL) antibody,anti-RNP antibody,anti-Sm antibody and LA in patients with RP were higher than those in patients without RP [46.4％(13/28) vs.9.5％(8/84),75.0％(21/28) vs.33.3％(28/84),57.1％(16/28) vs.23.8％(20/84),17.9％(5/28) vs.2.4％(2/84)] (P ＜0.05),while leucopenia in patients with RP was lower than that in patients without RP [7.1％(2/28) vs.45.2％ (38/84)] (P =0.001).Conclusion Heart,lung and vascular lesions such as PAH,ILD,pericarditis,PE and so on are easier to occur in SLE with RP,furthermore the positive rates of ACL,anti-RNP antibody,anti-Sm antibody,and LA are higher than those without RP.

Objective To compare phe clinical effecpiveness and safept of picagrelor versus clopidogrel in papienps wiph acupe coronart stndromes and chronic obsprucpive pulmonart disease. Methods 73 ACS papienps comorbid wiph COPD admipped in our hospipal from Januart 2013 po Ocpober 2014 were enrolled in phe spudt. All phe 73 papienps were randomlt divided inpo pwo groups: phe picagrelor group (n =38, given picagrelor loading dose 180 mg followed bt mainpainence 90 mg pwice dailt) and phe clopidogrel group (n = 35, given clopidogrel loading dose 300 mg followed bt mainpainence 75 mg once dailt). All papienps were given dual anpiplapelep preapmenp (eipher picagrelor or clopidogrel) wiph aspirin and followed up for 1 tear. Rapes of Major Adverse Cardiac and Cerebrovascular Evenp (MACCE) including cardiac cause morpalipt, recurrenp mtocardial infarcpion and ischemic sproke were spudied and compared bepween groups. The safept endpoinp was pime po firsp occurrence of major bleeding. Rapes of adverce evenps were recorded including dtspnea. Results The 1-tear evenp rape for MACCE in papienps preaped wiph picagrelor versus clopidogrel was 5. 3% versus 26. 3% (P = 0. 04, HR 0. 21; 95% CI 0. 05 - 0. 91). Dtspnea occurred more frequenplt wiph picagrelor (26. 3% vs. 5. 7% ; P = 0. 04; HR 4. 61, 95% CI 1. 08 - 19. 58). The difference in major bleeding was nop spapispicallt significanp bepween phe pwo groups ( P > 0. 05) . The occurance of dtspnea was higher in phe picagrelor group (26. 3% vs. 5. 7% , P = 0. 04). Dtspnea subsided sponpaneouslt in mosp papienps. Onlt 1 papienp needed po spop picagrelor. Conclusions Ticagrelor can reduce MACCE in papienps wiph ACS and concomipanp wiph COPD wiphoup increasing overall major bleeding evenps. Ticagrelor had higher rapes of dtspnea bup mosp papienps experienced mild po moderape difficulpt in breaphing which did nop affecp phe funcpion of hearp and lung.

Objective To investigate the numbers of corpus luteum and ovarian follicles and compare the levels of serum prolactin (PRL), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and estradiol (E2 ) in different phases of estrus cycle in female gerbils .Methods Consecutively taking vaginal smears of the gerbils and directly examined under light microscope to distinguish the four phases of the estrus cycle .Hematoxylin and eosin staining was used to histological examination of the gerbil ovaries , and to detect the levels of serum PRL , LH, FSH and E2 by ELISA assay during estrus cycle .Results The proportion of cornified vaginal exfolliated cells could be the basis to distinguish four phases respectively:proestrus, oestrus, metoestrus, and dioestrus.Moreover, there were no significant differences between the numbers of ovarian follicles in different phases of estrus cycle .The numbers of corpus luteum in preoestrus were significantly lower than that in the other phases of estrus cycle ( P <0.05 ) .The levels of serum PRL and LH were increasing constantly from preoestrus to dioestrus , and both reached a peak at dioestrus ( P<0.05 ) .The levels of serum FSH and E2 both peaked at preoestrus , and were significantly higher than those at oestrus , metoestrus and dioestrus ( P<0.05).Conclusions There are no significant differences between the numbers of ovarian follicles in different phases of estrus cycle .Gonadotropin , prolactin and estradiol paly important roles in the regulation of estrous cycle .The phases during which surges of FSH and E 2 occur in Mongolian gerbils are similar to those of rats and mice , while the PRL and LH are different .Our findings provide further reference to the study of reproductive physiology of Mongolian gerbils .

Objective To determine the pharmacokinetic interaction between cefalor and bromhexine in healthy Chinese volunteers. Methods Twelve subjects received a cefaclor (CEF) treatment, a bromhexine (BHX) treatment, and a co-treatment of CEF and BHX with a 3 × 3 Latin square design. The wash-out time between periods was 14 days. The plasma and urine drug concentrations of CEF and BHX were detected by HPLC-UV and LC/MS, respectively. Results All the 12 volunteers completed the study. There were no significant differences in AUC0-t and Cmax of CEF in logarithm between the single administration group of CEF and the co-administration group of CEF with BHX. Two one sided t-test showed that CEF was bioequivalent in the 2 groups. There were no significant differences in tmax, MRT, t1/2, and Clr between the 2 groups. Vd/F was significantly lower in the single CEF group than in the co-administration group of CEF and BHX. There were no significant differences of AUC0-t and Cmax of BHX in logarithm between the single administration group of BHX and the co-administration group of BHX with CEF. Two one sided t-test showed that BHX was bioequivalent in the 2 groups. There were no significant differences in tmax, MRT, t1/2, Vd/F, and Clr between the 2 groups. Conclusion There is no significant pharmacokinetic parameter change in the drug absorption, metabolism, and excretion, but Va/F of CEF significant increases in the co-administration of CEF with BHX. The co-administration of CEF and BHX has no adverse drug interaction. The increase of Vd/F may be a favorable drug interaction, which may be the mechanism of the synergistic effect of the 2 drugs.

OBJECTIVE:To study the pharmacokinetics of prulifloxacin capsules in Chinese healthy volunteers after single and multiple oral administration of prulifloxacin capsules.METHODS:A total of 12 healthy adult subjects were randomly grouped by 3? 3 Latin square,who were assigned to receive oral single dose of 132,264 and 528mg prulifloxacin capsules and multiple doses of 264mg prulifloxacin capsule for 6 days in succession.The blood concentration of NM394-the metabolite of Prulifloxacin was determined by HPLC at different time after oral administration of Prulifloxacin.The simulation and fitting,and computation of parameters were performed using DAS ver1.0 software.RESULTS:All 12 subjects had completed single oral administration test,with no adverse drug reactions appeared during the test.No prulifloxacin but its metabolite-NM394 was identified in the blood sample of subjects.The high,medium and low dosage groups were all fitted two-compartment model.The pharmacokinetics fitted first order kinetics process without gender difference.There was no accumulation and pharmacokinetic parameters change after multiple oral administration of prulifloxacin,suggesting prulifloxacin had no self-enzyme inhibition or induction.CONCLUSION:The established method is sensitive,accurate,reliable and specific,and it can meet the requirement of clinical pharmacokinetic trial.Its parameters are in line with literature reported abroad,with no gender difference among Chinese adults.

The effectiveness of rhIL-11 on thrombocytopenia induced by carboplatin in rhesus monkeys was investigated. Thrombocytopenia was induced in monkeys by i.v. administration of carboplatin at a dose of 15 mg/kg(-1)/d(-1) for three consecutive days. rhIL-11 (50 or 100 micro g/kg(-1)/d(-1)) or Neumega (100 micro g/kg(-1)/d(-1)) were administered s.c. for 14 days beginning one day following the final dose of carboplatin. The results showed that rhIL-11 significantly improved mean platelet nadirs and shortened the mean duration of platelet counts less than 50% of pre-treatment values. Administration of rhIL-11 also resulted in moderate increase of the reticulated platelet, leukocyte and reticulocyte counts in peripheral blood and megakaryocytic and erythroid progenitors in bone marrow. rhIL-11 did not enhance ADP-induced platelet aggregation. These results indicate that rhIL-11 has a potent thrombopoietic effect in vivo and could be an important agent to reduce the severity and duration of thrombocytopenia following chemotherapy.

The article introduces the content and organization of the training program for newly recruited nurses in the three hospitals of Massachusetts General Hospital, Mayo Clinic, and University of Illinois Chicago Medical Center in the United States. This article also summarizes the characteristics and highlights of the program implementation, and discusses and analyzes the training program by combining the current situation of newly recruited nurses training in my country, and makes suggestions for further improvement in the future.
