Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of loop suture ligation and arterial embolization in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by placenta placenta.Methods A total of 108 cases of cesarean section was divided with digital random method into control and study groups with 54 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given the ring suture in the lower part of the uterus.The changes of blood pressure,pulse,and blood oxygen saturation before and after operation were compared.The clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated between two groups.Results Pressure,diastolic blood pressure,pulse and blood oxygen saturation of two groups were stable before and after contraction,the difference with two group before and after operation were not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05),and two groups after operation during the same period,the difference was not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05).Cesarean section bleeding in the control group [(2 134.75 ± 189.63)ml] was higher than the study group [(1 864.82 ± 201.33)ml] (P ＜ 0.05),and Apgar score at 1 min and hysterectomy rate differences were not statistically significant between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).The control group 24 h postoperative bleeding [(306.75 ± 151.33)ml] was higher than the study group [(249.34 ± 160.28)ml] (P ＜0.05),and two groups of postoperative antibiotic use time differences were not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05).Hospitalization expenses control group [(3.06 ± 1.27) ten thousand yuan] were lower than the study group [(3.62 ± 1.35)ten thousand yuan] (P ＜0.05).Shock rate was 31.5％ in the control group,and study group 24.1％.The incidence rate of disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) was 14.8％ in the control group,and study group 11.1％.Postoperative fever incidence rate was 44.4％ in the control group,and study group 42.6％.Incidence of postoperative infection was 24.1％ in control group,and study group 18.5％.Shock rate,DIC rate,and postoperative fever incidence were not significant difference between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions The cesarean section in the lower uterine segment circumsuture and arterial embolization treatment of postpartum hemorrhage had clinical curative effect,safe and reliable.The arterial embolization mosaic can effectively reduce the cesarean section bleeding and postoperative bleeding 24 h,while the lower uterine segment circumsuture was more economical.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate medical staff’s awareness and knowledge level on the rational use and management of antibacterials in our hospital.METHODS:A questionnaire survey was conducted on the spot among medical staff in our hospital,and the results of survey were recorded in Excel electronic form and subjected to data analysis and processing.RESU-LTS & CONCLUSION:The medical staff had a good mastering about the general knowledge about antibacterials(such as definitions,classifications and so on).However,their answers to the questions such as reasonable antibacterial drug use,bacterial resistance,safety and expertise were relatively concentrated(tended to tick the same answer).Therefore,it is advisable to develop different forms of training through different ways among hospital medical staff to enhance their knowledge level on antibacterials and strengthen their awareness of correct and rational use of antibacterials meanwhile setting related measures and management norms.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the safety of acyclovir in the treatment of liver-transplanted children with EB-viremia. METHODS:Retrospectively analysis was conducted for the general information of 10 liver-transplanted children with EB-viremia, preoperative donor and recipient EBV infection and treatment,tacrolimus dose and plasma concentration before and after interven-tion,platelets,serum creatinine and white blood cell levels before and after treatment,and the recurrence were followed-up. RE-SULTS:Biliary atresia was the primary disease for all the children,EB virus polymerase chain reaction(EBV-PCR)was positive, and there was no routine testing for donor HBV infection;6 cases reduced the tacrolimus dose,4 remained unchanged,and 9 cas-es of plasma concentrations reduced after intervention,9 were negative and 2 recoveried. There were no significant differences in the platelets,serum creatinine and white blood cells before and after treatment(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Acyclovir can be used in the treatment of liver-transplanted children with EB-viremia,with good safety.

Objective To investigate the correlations between the level of blood lactic acid (Lac),lactate clearance rate (LCR) and emergency stratification Ⅰ or Ⅱ as well as the prognosis in patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted.The clinical data of 370 critically ill patients with emergency stratification Ⅰ or Ⅱ accompanying with hyperlactacidemia admitted to emergency center of People's Hospital of Wuwei City during January 2013 to April 2015 were analyzed.The patients were allocated into two groups:Lac ≥ 10 mmol/L (n =181) and Lac 4-10 mmol/L (n =189).Base excess (BE),acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ (APACHE Ⅱ) score and hospital mortality were compared between the two groups.The differences in initial Lac,6-hour LCR and APACHE Ⅱ score were compared between survival group and death group as well as emergency stratification Ⅰ and Ⅱ groups.The correlation between initial Lac,6-hour LCR and APACHE]Ⅱ score was analyzed by Pearson correlation method.Results ① With the increase in Lac level,the negative deviation extent of BE and APACHE Ⅱ score in critical patients were gradually increased [BE (mmol/L):-16.74 ± 8.21 vs.-5.98 ± 8.43,APACHE Ⅱ score:27.6 ± 5.6 vs.20.1 ± 4.8],and hospital mortality was increased [76.79％ (139/181) vs.43.39％ (82/189),all P ＜ 0.01].② The initial Lac and APACHE Ⅱ score of the death group were significantly higher than those of the survival group [initial Lac (mmol/L):8.81 ± 4.71 vs.4.43 ± 2.82,APACHE Ⅱ score:23.6 ± 5.6 vs.17.3 ± 3.7],and 6-hour LCR was significantly decreased [(12.26 ± 6.47)％ vs.(35.16± 10.63)％,all P ＜ 0.01].③ Patients in emergency stratification Ⅰ group had a higher initial Lac and a higher APACHE Ⅱ score but a lower 6-hour LCR level than those in emergency stratification Ⅱ group [initial Lac (mmol/L):8.7±2.6 vs.6.8±2.0,APACHE Ⅱ score:25.2±6.3 vs.16.3±4.7,6-hour LCR:(14.8±4.7)％ vs.(33.5±5.8)％,both P ＜ 0.01].④ It was shown by correlation analysis that initial Lac was significantly positively correlated with APACHE Ⅱ score (r =0.731,P =0.017) in 370 emergency critical ill patients,while 6-hour LCR was negatively correlated with APACHE Ⅱ score (r =-0.694,P =0.010).Conclusions The early arterial blood Lac of patients with emergency stratification Ⅰ was significantly higher than emergency stratification Ⅱ,and the 6-hour LCR in patients with emergency stratification Ⅱ was significantly higher than emergency stratification Ⅰ.Furthermore,the Lac level and LCR were simple and easy to implement as compared with APACHE Ⅱ score in emergency critical ill patients.

Objective To investigate the CT manifestations of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma (PSH), and improve the CT diagnostic accuracy of the disease.Methods The CT manifestations of 5 cases with pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma which were proved by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results Solitary pulmonary nodule was demonstrated in all 5 cases with clear demarcation on CT. The nodule was smooth and homogeneous in density in 4 cases, and was slightly irregular with cavity in another case. After intravenous contrast administration, all the lesions were homogeneously enhanced, similar to the nearby blood vessels. The vessels linked with the lesions were found generally.Conclusion The CT is helpful for the diagnosis of PSH.

Objective To explore the clinical application value of blood routine examination in judgment of the activity of inflammatory bowel diseases.Methods 102 patients with inflammatory bowel disease were selected as the main research objects,60 healthy persons in the same period were selected as the control group,all of the subjects were received routine testing of blood,C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate,and the relationships between disease and blood routine indexes were compared.Results In UC group,the PLT,WBC RDW index levels of remission were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t =6.75,8.21,5.73,all P ＜0.05).In patients with UC,the HGB,HCTand MPV index levels were lower than those in the remission patients and the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t =8.12,11.03,6.72,9.35,10.23,8.71,all P ＜0.05).But the PLT index was higher than that of patients in remission,the RDW and WBC indexes were higher than those in the control group and the remission period,there were statistically significant differences (t =7.59,8.51,6.03,all P ＜ 0.05).The routine blood indexes of the relief patients of CD group had significant differences compared with the control group(t =6.17,7.29,9.01,10.35,8.27,7.69,8.01,9.91,allP ＜ 0.05),the HCT,MCV,HGB and MPV indexes were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t =9.01,10.35,8.27,9.9i,all P ＜ 0.05),the WBC,PLT,N and RDW indexes were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t =6.17,7.29,7.69,8.01,all P ＜ 0.05).In UC group,the HGB,HCT,MCV and MPV indexes were lower than those in the remission patients and the control group,there were statistically significant differences(t =8.19,6.97,7.53,9.02,all P ＜ 0.05).But the PLT,RDW,WBC and N indexes were higher than those in the remission patients and the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t =9.81,7.94,8.36,7.61,P ＜ 0.05).In the active patients of CD group,the WBC and N indexes were significantly higher than those of UC group,the differences were statistically significant (t =8.15,9.07,all P ＜ 0.05).In the remission patients of CD group,the PLT index was significandy higher than that in the remission patients of UC group,the difference was statistically significant (t =10.35,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Indexes of blood routine has obvious significance in activity of inflammatory bowel disease,and it is significant correlation with inflammation index,which can be used as one of the routine clinical method to determine the activity of inflammatory bowel diseases.

AIM: To study the immune regulation of paecilomyces cicadidae total polysaccharides. METHODS: After subcutaneous injection with 200 mg/L paecilomyces cicadidae total polysaccharides in the back of the rats for 17 days, the white blood cell (WBC) counts, and the levels of lipid peroxide (LPO) and reduced glutathione (GSH) in the spleen and thymus of rats were detected. The alveolar macrophages (AM?) cultured with 10% fetal bovine serum-RPMI-1640 for 2 h in vitro , then the activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and acid phosphatase (ACP) were detected by automatic biochemistry analyzer, and the ability devouring neutral red in the AM? were examined. RESULTS: Compared with control group, the WBC, the levels of GSH in the spleen and thymus, and the activities of LDH and ACP were significantly increased and the ability of devouring neutral red was also strengthened( P

AIM: To explore the immunomodulatory effect of paecilomyces cicadidae polysaccharides (PCPS).METHODS: Subcutaneous injection with 50, l00, 200 mg/kg of PCPS were given in the back of the rats everyday for l5 days. The number of white blood cells (WBC) was counted. The activities of acid phosphatase (ACP) and lactase dehydrogenase (LDH)in liver, kidney, spleen and thymus were detected by automatic biochemistry analyzer. The ability of devouring neutral red and activity of ACP, LDH, arginase in alveolar macrophages were also detected. The body weight of the rat everyday during experiment and weight of the spleen and thymus after the rats were killed were measured and wet weight index was calculated.RESULTS: The wet weight index of spleen and thymus, the activity of ACP, LDH, arginase and ability of devouring neutral red in alveolar macrophages in the test group treated with PCPS were significantly higher than those in control group. CONCLUSION: PCPS shows a significant immunomodulatory effect with the increasing counts of WBC and activation of alveolar macrophages in a dose-dependent manner.

N-Benzyl matrinol was obtained by hydrolysis, benzylation and reduction reaction from matrine. A series of hybrids (8a-8n) from (phenylsulfonyl)furoxan and N-benzyl matrinol were synthesized and biologically evaluated as anti-hepatocellular carcinoma agents. All target compounds were evaluated for anti-proliferative activity against human hepatocellular Bel-7402, SMMC-7721, Bel-7404, and HepG2 cells in vitro by MTT method. The results indicated that all of these compounds had potent anti-proliferative activity which were more potent than their parent compound and 5-FU, especially 8a-8h and 8j showed the strongest anti-HCC HepG2 cell activity with IC50 values of 0.12-0.93 μmol x L(-1).
