Objective: To investigate the factors related to the of disc displacement in temporomandibular joint disorder(TMD). Methods: The angles of disc anterior displacemen were measured on arthrography of temporomandibular joints in 90 patients with TMD, then the relationship between the angles and symptoms, signs, condyle positions, osteoarthrosis and mouth opening degree were analysed. Results: ①AOB angle in the patients with reducibility of anterior disk displacement(ADwR) was smaller than in those with non reducible anterior displacement (ADw/oR); ②Patients suffered from chronic ADw/oR had smaller degree of mouth opening and larger disc displacement than those with ADwR's. Conclusion: The disc anterior displacement and condyle displacement in glenoid fossa may be correlated with articular remodeling.Prolonging coursees may not always result in the changing of disc structures.

OBJECTIVE:
The study was to evaluate the quality of life in patients with fungal rhino-sinusitis(FRS) and to investigate the relationship between different subjective tests.objective measures and that between subjective tests and objective measures.
METHOD:
Quantitative data of 18 preoperative recruits with FRS were collected by using sino-nasal outcome test-20 (SNOT-20) and then the SNOT-20 items were categorized into five domains, a visual analogue scale (VAS). Lund-Kennedy endoscopy staging system and the Lund-Mackay CT staging system. Correlation among these data was analyzed.
RESULT:
The six highest score items in SNOT-20 were Facial pain/pressure, Thick nasal discharge, Need to blow nose, Sneezing, Fatigue, and Frustrated/restless/irritable. The total SNOT-20 score was not correlated with the other objective or subjective tests(P > 0.05). However, there was significant correlation between SNOT-20 nasal symptom domain and Lund-Mackay T score( r = 0.605, P < 0.01), as well as between SNOT-20 sleep related symptom domain and VAS (r = 0.605, P = 0.008). Significant correlation was found between the Lund-Mackay CT staging and the VAS (r = 0.6150, P < 0.01), as well as between the Lund-Mackay CT staging and the Lund-Kennedy endoscopy staging (r = 0.5001 P < 0.05). There was no significant correlation between Lund Kennedy endoscopy staging and the patient-based questionnaires (P > 0.05).
CONCLUSION
The objective measures were correlated well with each other and CT staging had significant correlation with the SNOT-20 nasal symptom domain and VAS. There was also significant correlation between SNOT-20 sleep related symptom domain and VAS.

Chinese Journal of Microsurgery 2020;43(5):519-520,C5-1-C5-2
In the development of flap surgery, the groin flap was one of the earliest flaps used in repair of soft tissue defect. However, due to its unstable anatomical position and many variations, small vessels and great difficulty in vascular anastomosis, the application of this flap reduced gradually. With the development of microsurgical techniques and the increasing demand of patients for aesthetics in donor site, the groin flap has been still widely used in the repair of soft tissue defect in limb maxillofacial region, and perineal partsin in recent 10 years, due to its advantages of concealed donor site and large area of flap. This article review the historical development of the groin flap, summarize the clinical application of perforator flap, and special types of groin flaps in repair of soft tissue defect in extremities. Hoping to further promote the application and development of groin flap in soft tissue repair.
