1.Prediction on Inhibitory Activitv of Aminoauinolines on Malaria bv HMEDV
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(06):-
Objective: Study the relationship between the activity and structural parameters of aminoquinolines. Methods: A new type of topological indices, called the hydrogen - association classified molecular electrongativity - distance vector ( H - MEDV) developed in our laboratory, has been used to describe the chemical structure of 40 aminoquinolines. Reasonable molecular modeling results were achieved by a multiple linear regression ( MLR). Results; For two sets of aminoquinolines, the correlation coefficient ( R) between the estimated and the observed activities were 0.920 and 0.910 respectively. Conclusion; Hie results suggest the estimation stability and predictive ability of the model based on the H - MEDV descriptors.

4.The Value of MRI Examination for the Shoulder Pain
Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(09):-
Objective To evaluate the value of MRI used in the shoulder pain. Methods 34 cases with complaint of shoulder pain underwent MR scanning, the findings of both MRI and surgery were analyzed comparatively. Results MRI of shoulder in 34 cases showed full-thickness and partial-thickness tears of the rotator cuff, tendinitis, glenoid labrum tear, synovitis, biceps tendinitis, biceps dislocation and tumors. In 13 patients received arthroscopy or operation. MR findings of 11 cases were correlated to surgical result, one case diagnosed as tendonitis by MRI was showed partial-thickness tears of the rotator cuff during operating, one case in which the MRI showed normal was found biceps tendonitis by arthroscopy. Conclusion MRI can show complex anatomy of shoulder and has high accuracy in diagnosis of shoulder pain, it is a value method for shoulder pain.

Objective To observe the effect of ammonia silver nitrate on early caries. Methods 100 cases of children with early caries treated in our hospital from April 2015 to December 2016 were admitted to conduct research and analysis. The children were divided into the control group and the observation group by double blind, and random method 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with caries removal, the observation group was treated with carious worn out joint ammonia silver nitrate. After treatment, the two groups of children suffering from dental pulp tissue TNF-a, IL-8 concentration, the recurrence rate, filling rate falling, the rate of suffering from pulpitis, pain conditions were analyzed. Results After treatment, the observation group with TNF-α, IL-8 concentrations were lower than the control group(t=21.961,t=23.836), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The recurrence rate, suffering from pulpitis rate was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the observation group after treatment in children with severe pain and painless was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Ammonia silver nitrate is an effective and safe treatment for early caries, which can relieve the pain and discomfort in children, it is a safe and effective method of treatment and should be promoted and used in the clinic practice.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;23(9):96-98
Objective To compare the content variation of catalpol between single and mixed decocting Rehmanniae Radix and Paeoniae Radix alba; To preliminarily explore the variation rules of compatibility of Rehmanniae Radix and Paeoniae Radix alba. Methods HPLC method was used with Waters Symmetry C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm), flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelength of 210 nm, column temperature at 25 ℃. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.01% phosphoric acid in water isocratic elution system. Results Catalpol regression equation was Y=270 054X-57 724, r=0.999 6, showing good linear range among 0.225–7.2 μg. The average recovery rate was 101.15%, RSD=0.39%. The average content of catalpol in the mixed decoction of Rehmanniae Radix and Paeoniae Radix alba was 18.66%more than the single decoction of Rehmanniae Radix. Conclusion The content of catalpol in mixed decoction is higher than the single decoction of Rehmanniae Radix and Paeoniae Radix alba. The mixed decoction is favorable for the dissolving of catalpol from the medicine. The compatibility of Rehmanniae Radix and Paeoniae Radix alba is rational.

Objective To study the influence of intravenous injection of dezocine and fentanyl under general anesthesia on analepsia and analgesia after children appendectomy. Methods 86 children needed peritoneoscope appendectomy were enrolled in the study. All patients were randomized into two groups. The patients in group A were given intravenous injection of dezocine at half an hour before the end of the operation. The patients in group B were given intravenous injection of fentanyl before the end of the operation. The operation length, the postoperative catheter removal time and the heart rate, respiratory rate, mean arterial pressure, blood pressure saturability at the time of stopping using narcotic (T1),the time of catheter removal (T2),10min after catheter removal (T3) of the two groups were observed and recorded. At half an hour after catheter removal,Riker sedation-agitation scale and FLACC of two groups were estimated. Results The heart rate[(112.47±8.06)beats/min,(111.29±9.03)beats/min] and mean arterial pressure[(69.49±7.33)mmHg,(68.72±6.93)mmHg] of group A at T2,T3 were significantly lower than those of group B[heart rate: (126.98±7.24)beats/min,(131.54±8.62)beats/min and mean arterial pressure: (76.81±5.18)mmHg,(72.05±3.76)mmHg, heart rate tT2=3.294,tT3=5.018;mean arterial pressure tT2=4.029,tT3=2.287,all P<0.05].Besides,the FLACC score[(3.62±0.73)points] and Riker score[(2.93±0.75)points] of group A at half an hour after catheter removal were significantly lower than those of group B[(5.06±0.92)points,(3.96±1.17)points,tFLACC=6.390,tRiker=2.119,all P<0.05].Conclusion Intravenous injection of properdezocine at half an hour before the end of the operation has good postoperative analgesia effect for children appendectomy and children wake up in a more stable state, and the occurrence rate of postoperative analgesia and adverse reaction is low, so it has less influence on cardiovascular reaction and is applicable for clinical application.

Objective To clone and construct eukaryotic expressing vector of bcr-abl fusion gene and to express the gene in the mammal COS-7 cell lines. Methods bcr-abl fusion gene was amplified from human chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) K562 cell lines by RT-PCR and the fragment of cDNA was retrieved, purified and cloned into the pEGFP-N3 eukaryotic expressing vector. After the selection of the positive clone and by restriction enzyme analysis and DNA sequencing, the correct plasmid was transfected into COS-7 cell lines and observed the transient expression. Results A 874 bp DNA fragment was amplified by RT-PCR. The sequence analysis showed it was consistent with bcr-abl gene of GeneBank. RT-PCR, Western blotting analysis provided strong evidences that bcr-abl gene was expressed successfully in transfected COS-7 cells. Conclusion The eukaryotic expressing vector of bcr-abl fusion gene was constructed, it will lay the foundation for further study of bcr-abl gene in the diagnosis and treatment of CML.
