1.Perceptual Priming in Brain Injury

Objective To investigate the perceptual priming in brain injured patients. Methods 41brain injured patients, including 24 brain injury and 17 stroke. 99 normal controls, including 39 young, 39 middle aged and 21elderly people. All of them were estimated by the Fragmented Picture Naming Task. Results The patient group had lower priming scores than the young (t=5.558, P<0.001), and middle and elderly-aged (t=3.100, P=0.003) control group in the Fragmented Picture Naming Task. Conclusion Perceptual priming is not only concerned with occipital lobe, but also with frontal and temporal lobes possibly.
2.Cryopreservation of in vitro shoot-tips of Platycodon grandiflorum by vitrification and plant regeneration

Objective To get a new approach to conserve the germplasm of Platycodon grandiflorum. Methods A method of vitrification was studied to cryopreserve in vitro shoot-tips of P. grandiflorum, and the regenerated plantlets were observed subsequently. Results Shoot-tips, 2—3 mm length, gotten from in vitro shoots of P. grandiflorum precultured on MS medium supplemented with 5% DMSO and 103 g/L sucrose for 3 d, were loaded with the 60% PVS_2 for 20 min at 20 ℃, and incubated in PVS_2 for 90 min at 0 ℃ prior to a direct plunging into liquid nitrogen (LN) and keeping for 1 d. After rapid thawing in water at 40 ℃, the shoot-tips were rinsed in the MS medium supplemented with 410 g/L sucrose for 20 min, and plated on the filter paper sustained by the MS regeneration medium supplemented with 0.6 mg/L KT, 0.2 mg/L BA, and 0.05 mg/L NAA for 1 d in dark and subcultured on the above regeneration medium for one week in dark prior to exposure to the light. The survival of shoot-tips was up to 80%, and they grew normally. Conclusion The method of vitrification to cryopreserve the germplasm of P. grandiflorum is simple in handling with high in survival and normal in regeneration and can be applied in practice.
3.Effect of retained gastric tube on the effect of extubation after tracheotomy in craniocerebral injuries

目的探讨保留胃管对重型颅脑损伤气管切开患者气管套管拔管后切口闭合及肺部感染的影响。方法64例重症颅脑损伤气管切开患者,按是否保留原有胃管分成实验组(保留原有胃管)和对照组(不保留原有胃管),对两组患者气管套管拔出后切口闭合时间、肺部再次感染等情况进行观察。结果实验组切口闭合时间(2.26±1.94)d较对照组(3.83±3.82)d缩短(P<0.05);实验组肺部再次感染率(14.70%)少于对照组(40%,P<0.05)。结论重型颅脑损伤气管切开患者选择在拔气管套管时保留原有胃管可使切口早期愈合,减少肺部再次感染。
4.Implicit Memory in Brain Injury

Objective To investigate the implicit memory in brain injured patients. Methods 24 brain injury patients and 24 normal controls were estimated by Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) Beijing version, a fragmented picture naming task and a fragmented Chinese character identification task. Results The scores of 2 tasks were both lower in the patient group than in the control group (P<0.01). The implicit memory negatively correlated with the score of perceptual closure in both groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Implicit memory is possible to be concerned with occipital, frontal and temporal lobe.

6.Mechanism of TWEAK on the synthesis of MMP-9 in fibroblast-like synoviocytes of rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To discuss the role of p38MAPK signal pathway in the process of TWEAK inducing rheumatoid arthritis(RA) fibroblast-like synoviocyte(FLS) to synthesize MMP-9 and look for a new target for RA treatment. Methods RA FLS were primarily cultured and stimulated with TWEAK. Western blot was used to detect the expression of p-p38MAPK and p65 in RA FLS. FLS were pretreated by SB203580 or not. ELISA was used to detect the concentration of MMP-9 in cell-cultured fluid. The mRNA expression of MMP-9 was measured by RT-PCR. Results TWEAK( 100 ng/ml) can make p38MAPK phosphorylated and increased the expression of p65 protein in the cell nucleus. SB203580 can partially inhibit the expression of MMP-9 and MMP-9 mRNA produced by RA FLS which is induced by TWEAK. Conclusion TWEAK induced RA FLS to synthesize MMP-9, in that process, the p38MAPK signal trausduction pathway was in active state, and induced the expression of NF-κB.
7.Epidemiological and clinical study of 172 cases of Brucellosis

Objective To summarize the clinical features of brucellosis and investigate the experience of diagnosis and treatment of the disease .Methods Data from epidemic reports and clinical characteristics from 172 ca-ses of patients with brucellosis were retrospectively analyzed .Results 130 out of 172 cases of were diagnosed as bru-cellosisaise.Of the misdiagnosed 42 cases,13 cases were misdiagnosed as lumbar spine ,10 cases as upper respiratory tract infection 8 cases as pancytopenia,5 cases as orchitis epididymitis,2 cases as hepatitis,1 case as prostatitis, 1 case as cervical disease ,1 case as myocarditis ,1 case as rheumatoid arthritis .And after treatment ,142 cases recov-ered completely,16 cases improved.The total efficiency was 100.0%.2 cases without standard treatment recurred ,an interval of 3 to 15 months.Conclusion So the clinical manifestation of brucellosis is lack of specificity that misdiag-nosis rate is high;The manipulation combined with standard antibiotic therapy may have certain effects on early -stage brucellosis .
8.Reliability of Fragmented Character Identification Assessment

Objective To study the reliability of an implicit memory test-Fragmented Character Identification Assessment. Methods Some Chinese pictographic characters and non-pictographic characters were fragmented to form two sets of identification task. From Sep-tember, 2013 to March, 2016, a total of 78 health young and middle aged people were assessed with the task, and 20 of them were assessed again with another parallel version 14 days later. The internal consistency, test-retest reliability and duplicate split-half reliability were ana-lyzed. Results There was no significant difference in priming of implicit memory between pictograph and non-pictograph (t=1.006, P>0.05). Cronbach's α was 0.763 and 0.729 for the pictograph and non-pictograph fragmented character identification assessment, respectively;while the inter-class coefficients (ICC) of test-retest were 0.785 and 0.771, ICC of split-half reliability were 0.792 and 0.789. Conclusion The reliability is satisfactory in Chinese Fragmented Character Identification Assessment.
9.Effect of Leg Rehabilitation Robot Training on Motor and Activities of Daily Living in Hemiplegic Patients after Stroke

Objective To explore the effect of leg rehabilitation robot training on motor and activities of daily living in hemiplegic pa-tients after stroke. Methods From June, 2015 to July, 2016, 40 hemiplegic patients were randomly divided into control group (n=20) and ex-perimental group (n=20). Both groups received routine rehabilitation, and the experimental group received leg rehabilitation robot training in addition for six weeks. The Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Lower Limb (FMA-L), the Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Balance (FMA-B), Holden walk-ing function classification and modified Barthel Index (MBI) were used to access the motor function, balance function, walking ability and activities of daily living (ADL), respectively. Results After treatment, the scores of FMA-L, FMA-B, Holden walking function classification and MBI improved (χ2>8.980, t>3.902, P<0.01), and were higher in the experimental group than in the control group (χ2=7.632, t>2.075, P<0.05). Conclusion Leg rehabilitation robot could facilitate to improve lower extremity motor function, balance function, walking ability and ADL in hemiplegic patients after stroke.
10.The clinical analysis of intraocular pressure elevation after pars plana vitrectomy

Objective To investigate the risk factors of the intraocular pressure (IOP) elevation after pars plana vitrectomy (PPV). Methods Eighty eight patients (88 eyes) of postoperative ocular hypertension in a series of 339 patients who had undergone PPV with normal ocular pressure before operation were retrospectively studied. The ocular pressures in both preoperative and postoperative periods were detected by NCT examination, and the ocular hypertension was decided on the level of ≥25 mm Hg. The relationships of occurence of the time of onset and duration of persistence of postoperative ocular hypertension with the different kinds of primary diseases, the techniques of operation, and the condition whether or not the affected eyes had formerly accepted surgical intervention, were analyzed. Results The IOP elevation occures mostly within 1 to 2 weeks postoperatively (77 eyes, 87.5%). In 65 cases (65 eyes) IOP returned to normal in 1 week, and in another 14 cases (14 eyes) in 1 month after treatments. Six patients' (6 eyes ) IOP was under 25 to 30 mm Hg with the medicine. With sustained elevation of IOP over 4 to 6 months, 3 cases (3 eyes ) lost or almost lost their vision finally. The probability of postoperative IOP elevation in the patients suffered from the retinal detachment with proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) ≥grade C 2 was the highest in all the patients in our study (38.2%, P
