1.Study of the effect and the security of liver ultrasonography with hydrogen peroxide affused by rabbits recta
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(05):-
Objective:To investigate the effect of liver ultrasonography and the security to rabbits with hydrogen peroxide(H 2O 2) affused by rectum.Methods:48 rabbits were divided into 4 groups according to different H 2O 2 concentrations, and each group was divided into 4 groups according to different H 2O 2 dosages. Each rabbit was affused with H 2O 2 by rectum, then the effect of liver ultrasonography was observed, and the damages to the tissues of rabbits were pathologically checked. Results:The liver structure could be clearly developed with 1% H 2O 2 10ml affused, and the liver gray value increased with the H 2O 2 concentration increased. The time from affusion to develop was shortened and the duration of high echo was prolonged. But at same H 2O 2 concentration, the time to develop was not significantly different with the H 2O 2 dosage increased, and the high echo was decreased more slowly. The average survival time of rabbits was significantly negatively correlated to the H 2O 2 concentration(?=-0.99),while the damage degree was significantly positively correlated (?=+0.99).Conclusion:H 2O 2 affusion can induce damage to tissues and microcirculation, while produce better liver ultrasound image,so it is important to chose suitable H 2O 2 concentration and dosage,to extend its clinical application.
2.Study on mental health status and educational strategies among middle school students in three-gorges area of Chongqing
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(07):-
Objective:To study the mental health status of middle school students in Three-Gorges area of Chongqing in order to provide theory support for mental health education. Methods:1 014 middle school students in Three-Gorges area were tested by SCL-90. Results:The occurrent rate of mental problems with students was 19.8%,of which the first three factors were hostility, compulsiveness and interpersonal sensitivity. Girls’ overall score and mean scores of interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and phobic anxiety were significantly higher than boys’. The overall score and factor mean scores of senior high school students were significantly higher than those of junior high school students’ except hostility and phobic anxiety factors. The mean scores of interpersonal sensitivity, hostility and phobic anxiety factors were significantly higher than the counterparts in the norms of middle school students, while the mean scores of somatization and anxiety factors were significantly lower than the counterpart in the norms of middle school students. Conclusion:The mental health status of middle school students in Three-Gorges area of Chongqing is poor, and mental health education should be enhanced by all of us.
3.Study on the Stability of Ondansetron Hydrochloride Glucose Injection
China Pharmacy 1991;0(02):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the stability of Ondansetron hydrochloride glucose injection(OHGI).METHODS:The contents of Ondansetron hydrochloride and its related substances were determined with HPLC.The stability of the samples were tested by high-light exposure, accelerating experiment and room temperature storage.RESULTS:After exposure to high light, the content in OHGI slightly decreased but on other experiments,it was rather stable.CONCLUSION:This injection should be kept away from high light and may be stored for2years at room temperature.

6.Evaluation of the efficacy and safety of Qingre Zhibu Decoction combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of acute gout
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(9):72-73,75
Objective To Qingre ChuBi decoction combined with psychological intervention efficacy and safety in the treatment of patients with acute gout were analyzed. Methods In our hospital from March 2014 to November 2016 received 68 cases of acute gout patients as the research object, according to patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 34 cases in the control group were treated with Etoricoxib Tablets and psychological intervention treatment, 34 cases of patients in the treatment group in the control group plus Chubi decoction for clearing. Results Two groups of patients before treatment VAS score were compared, no significant difference; The VAS score after treatment compared with before treatment were significantly decreased (P<0.05), comparison between groups had significant differences; compared with control group, VAS score improved more obviously (P<0.05), comparison between groups had significant differences. Conclusion Qingre ChuBi decoction combined with psychological intervention has a good effect on the treatment of acute gout, high safety, worthy of clinical application.

8.Comparison of curative effects of venlafaxine on the depression between the therapeutic modes of inpatient and outpatient
Tianjin Medical Journal 2016;44(6):783-785,786
Objective To evaluate the curative effects of venlafaxine in patients with depressive disorder between therapeutic modes of inpatient and outpatient. Methods Seventy-two patients with depressive disorder including 36 inpatients and 36 outpatients were measured respectively with HAMD24 after treatment for 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 8 weeks, and then the curative effects were compared between two groups. Results It was found that all patients in the inpatient group completed the observation and two patients in the outpatient group didn’t complete the observation. The HAMD24 score was significantly decreased in the inpatient group than that of the outpatient group from the second week to the end of the eighth week (P<0.05). The total effective rates were 80.6% for inpatient group and 64.7% for outpatient group, no significant difference between them. Conclusion Venlafaxine shows a higher therapeutic value and outcome in the therapeutic mode of inpatient.
9.Serotypes of Ureaplasma Urealyticum Intrauterine Infection with Pregnancy Outcome and Placental Villus Ultrastructural Observation.
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(01):-
Objective To evaluate the relationships between serotypes of U.urealyticum intrauterine infection with outcome pregnancy and placental villus ultrastructural transform. Methods The placental tissues from 45 cases with spontaneous abortion,34 cases of high-risk pregnancy, including 6 premature delivery and 28 PROM patients(study group)and 51 normal pregnant patients(control group)were isolated, cnltured and performed.Serotypes of U.urealyticum were identified by a metabolic inhibition test. The positive cases placental tissue of U.urealyticum were preformed ultrastructural observation by electron microscope. Results Total positive rate 63.3%(50/79)in the study group, showing significant difference from that of control group(47.1%,24/51,P
