3.Mechanism and application of natural killer cell-based adoptive immunotherapy in hematologictumor
Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(4):304-307
Natural killer (NK) cells are key members of the innate immune system. The capability of NK cells to kill hematological tumor cells mainly depends on the synthesis of stimulatory and inhibitory signals on the cells surface. In recent years, allogeneic haplo-identical NK cells have shown positive effect of hematologic tumor in hematologic stem cell transplantation and adoptive immunotherapy, and the natural killer cell-based immunotherapy would be applied in clinic.
4.Detection methods and clinical significance of chimerism after hematopoieticstem cell transplation
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(8):626-629
Sequential monitoring of chimerism after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is important for disease prognosis, improving transplantation success rate, and reducing relapses of the original diseases. The application of molecular genetic markers in combination with quantitative PCR to the assessment of chimerism,in particularly the dynamic quantitative analysis of lineage-specific chimerism, can provide important guidance for clinical practice.
5.The application of the theory of cognition, emotion, will and behavior in research integrity educational practice for the medical postgraduate students:based on experiences from United States
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2017;30(4):258-262
Objective The study analyzes the inadequacies of the research integrity educational practice for the medical postgraduate students in the present stage of China.Furthermore, the paper puts forward improvement suggestions and clears the direction for further efforts. Methods From the perspective of the educational law about cognition, emotion, will and behavior, the comparative analysis method is used, based on the rich experience in the United States. Results There are inadequacies of the research integrity educational practice for the medical postgraduate students in China, including that students lack knowledge learning motivation, and the pattern of education is simple. There are not enough emotional experience channels and the participation of students.Students lack honesty will training, and the intensity of supervision and punishment is not strong. The honesty recognition mechanism is weak, and cannot be used to guide practice. Conclusions In order to improve the level of the research integrity for the medical postgraduate students in China,we should optimize the system, follow the law of education, strengthen the transmission of knowledge, put the academic honesty education into normal work, enhance the emotional experience, build a participatory mechanism, highlight the positive guide, and increase the intensity of punishment.

Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs), which can be introduced in brain tissue by the strategies of brain parenchyma, blood and neurolymph transplantation, to repair tissue injury and promote functional recovery of neural system, have been considered as the ideal seed cells for the treatment of central nervous system diseases. However, as the special structure exists in the blood-brain barrier, study on correlation between MSCs and blood-brain barrier permeability will make it possible for more MSCs to pass the barrier to perform the treatment. This paper gives a review on the latest research development in the field.

Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(05):-
Objective To study the safe drinking duration of purified drinking water of water dispensers, the relationship between the sanitary quality of purified drinking water and the structure of the water dispensers. Methods 30 drinking water dispensers were collected from the market and divided into 3 groups based on the structural types. A following-up experimental observation for the changes of the microbiological indexes of the water samples from the taps of water dispensers with different structures during the different prolongating operating period was carried out. Results The safe drinking duration was ≤ 4 days for the purified drinking water sampled from the taps of the water dispensers with common type at the normal atmospheric temperature and ≤ 14 day for water dispensers with bacterial inhibition type. The sanitary quality of the purified drinking water sampled from the taps of water dispensers was associated with the structural type of water dispensers, but not the brands of water dispensers. Conclusion The experimental results of the water samples collected from the taps of water dispensers with bacterial inbibition type at normal atmospheric temperature was better in quality than those of common type. The water dispensers with bacterial inhibition type provided with hygienic licence should be better recommended to choice.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(10):-
Objective To investigate different clinicopathologic changes in myocardial infarction with and without cardiac rupture in the gerontal patients. Methods 107 gerontal patients with myocardial infarction (rupture group 22, non-rupture group 85) confirmed by necropsy during Jan. 1980 to Oct. 2003 were analyzed to compare the clinicopathologic findings between patients with cardiac rupture and without rupture. Results The mean age of rupture group was higher than that of non-rupture (79.1?9.1 vs 71.8?10.9 years old, P=0.0059). The number of female patients (50.0% vs 24.6%, P=0.0209) and the the number of patients suffering from myocardial infarction for the first time (57.3% vs 52.3%, P=0.0312) were both greater in the rupture group. Previous angina pectoris was significantly less frequently found in the rupture group compared with non-rupture group (45.5% vs 87.1%, P=0.0000). The mean number of major coronary arteries with over 75% stenosis was significantly lower in the rupture group (1.64 vs 2.28 branches/person, P=0.0068). The percentage of single major coronary arteries with significant stenosis was more often seen in the rupture group (59.1% vs 33.8%, P=0.0325). The site of cardiac rupture was more frequenfly located in anterior wall near the apex. Conclusion The results suggested that cardiac rupture occurred more often in older and female patients, in first myocardial infarction episode, with infrequent previous angina pectoris, and frequently involving a severe single coronary artery disease compared with those patients without cardiac rupture. The common location of rupture was anterior wall near the apex.
