2.Study of the effect and the security of liver ultrasonography with hydrogen peroxide affused by rabbits recta
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(05):-
Objective:To investigate the effect of liver ultrasonography and the security to rabbits with hydrogen peroxide(H 2O 2) affused by rectum.Methods:48 rabbits were divided into 4 groups according to different H 2O 2 concentrations, and each group was divided into 4 groups according to different H 2O 2 dosages. Each rabbit was affused with H 2O 2 by rectum, then the effect of liver ultrasonography was observed, and the damages to the tissues of rabbits were pathologically checked. Results:The liver structure could be clearly developed with 1% H 2O 2 10ml affused, and the liver gray value increased with the H 2O 2 concentration increased. The time from affusion to develop was shortened and the duration of high echo was prolonged. But at same H 2O 2 concentration, the time to develop was not significantly different with the H 2O 2 dosage increased, and the high echo was decreased more slowly. The average survival time of rabbits was significantly negatively correlated to the H 2O 2 concentration(?=-0.99),while the damage degree was significantly positively correlated (?=+0.99).Conclusion:H 2O 2 affusion can induce damage to tissues and microcirculation, while produce better liver ultrasound image,so it is important to chose suitable H 2O 2 concentration and dosage,to extend its clinical application.

8.Significance of electrocardiogram in the evaluation of the autonomic nerve function in functional cardiovascular disease
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2015;30(1):1-5
Autonomic nervous system(ANS) activity plays an important role in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease, including organic cardiovascular disease(such as hypertension, coronary artery disease, etc) and functional cardiovascular disease (such as vasovagal syncope, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, etc). Many methods was used to evaluate ANS function.Heart rate variability is a widely accepted method to assess cardiac autonomic nerve function.Autonomic nervous affected cardiac action potential and let electrocardiogram changes.Through the sympathetic and parasympathetic neurotransmitters which acting on the corresponding receptors.Electrocardiogram changes reflects autonomic nervous function.Present researches suggest that electrocardiogram has an important significance in the evaluation of autonomic nerve function in functional cardiovascular disease.
9.Research progress in T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma
Journal of International Oncology 2012;(12):942-944
T-lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL) is a rare form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL),which is biologically similar to T-acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL),and occurs most frequently in childhood and adolescence.T-LBL progresses fast. The treatment of LBL with conventional chemotherapy regimens for NHL has shown relatively low rates of complete remission and of disease-free survival. Now,it is reasonable to treat patients with LBL with the current ALL-type protocols, and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation may yield a more favorable overall survival (OS) in T-LBL patients, especial in relapsed or refractory LBL patients.
10.Mechanisms of carbapenem resistance in Enterobacteriaceae and the strategies for control of carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2013;(4):300-302
Monitoring data of antibiotic susceptibility from both home and abroad showed that carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CRE) are being on the rise, which represents an increasingly urgent clinical danger and an emerging public health concern worldwide. In order to effectively prevent CRE transmission in healthcare settings,we should not only pay high attention to the capability building of the laboratory of clinical microbiology, but also actively explore into the mechanisms of carbapenem resistance in Enterobacteriaceae. What's more,we should substantially raise the detection capacity of laboratory on CRE,effectively carry out the antimicrobial stewardship program, and strictly implement hand hygiene and contact precautions.(Chin J Lab Med,2013,36:300-302)
