Objective To provide reference and ideas for information service in hospital library by analyzing the influencing factors for its service satisfaction. Methods The satisfaction of hospitalized patients for information service was investigated. The characteristics of patients, their requirements for information service and the influencing factors for their satisfaction were analyzed by logistic regression analysis.Their satisfaction for information service was assessed according to the IPA method and analyzed using the SPSS19.0.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results Health information was provided for 221 patients. No significant difference was found in sex, age, education level between the importance of information service and the influence of satisfaction for information service (P>0.05).The importance of information service and the satisfaction of patients for information service were rather high.IPA analysis showed that the patients considered high the importance of library-provided personal bibliography and departments-provided health pamphlets with a low satisfaction, which should thus be solved. Conclusion The satisfaction of patients for information service is good. However, the importance of library-provided personal bibliography and departments-provided health pamphlets is high and the satisfaction for them is low.It is thus necessary for librarians to improve their service and encourage more medical staff to participate in information service for patients.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of sustained low-efficient dialysis (SLED) combined with hemoperfusion(HP)in sepsis patients, and its protection for the kidney. Methods Sixty two patients of sepsis with acute kidney injury(AKI) were randomly divided into two groups.Based on routine treatment, control group (n =31) was treated with HP alone for 2h per day,and combined group (n =31) was treated with HP and SLED at the first 2h,and SLED for the next 10-12h.All the patients were treated for 3 days. The inflammation factors and index of renal function were detected before and after treatment, and change of haemodynamics were observed and analyzed. Results After treatment for 12,24,48h,the TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10 and Scr,BNP in both groups were all improved, while the inflammation factors in combined groups at 48h after treatment were significantly lower than those in control group, and levels of Scr and BNP at 12,24,48h after treatment were all lower than those in control group (P < 0.05).There were no significant differences on the levels of CVP,MAP at 12,24,48h after treatment in combined groups (P > 0.05),while these indicators were all higher than those in control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion HP combined with SLED in treating sepsis with AKI can effectively remove inflammatory mediators, promote kidney function recovery and stability of hemodynamic.

Chinese Medical Ethics 2023;36(1):27-32
【Objective:】 To analyze and explore the key points of the ethical review of real-world research in pediatric population, and to provide reference for ethical review of real-world research in pediatric population. 【Methods:】 According to the characteristics of real-world research and pediatric clinical trials, the review points of real-world research in pediatric population were analyzed and discussed in comparison with the principles and focus of ethical review in general clinical research. 【Results:】 The ethics committee should pay particular attention to the review of informed consent, privacy protection, risk benefit assessment, cost and compensation, and should also take into account the research design, data governance, research conflicts of interest, research registration and publication, etc., and conduct scientific and reasonable ethical review of real-world research in pediatric population. 【Conclusion:】 Clinical trials in pediatric population should have stricter and scientific ethical review, which can not only protect the interests of vulnerable groups of minors, but also standardize real-world research in pediatric population and promote the healthy development of pediatric clinical research, so as to better protect children and promote their health.
