Objective To discusses the efficacy and safety of patent ductus arteriosus sealing for low body weight children. Methods From January 2008 to June 2012 in our hospital,32 cases (male14 and female 18) of PDA babies< 8 kg weight were given transcatheter closure treatment. The enrolled PDA babies aged 6 month-18 months, average (11 ±5.5 months),weighted (7.2 ±0.6) kg,aortic imaging showed the narrowest diameter of PDA was 1 ~ 8 mm (4.6 ±1.7) mm,descending aorta imaging was performed immediately and 30 min after transcatheter closure treatment. Echocardiography and X-ray radiography examination were performed 1 d,1,3, 6 months after treatment. Results 30 cases got successful patent ductus arteriosus sealing, all the successful patients were treated with domestic closer, and 1 case was complicated with the descending aorta stenosis and ventricular septal defect, and was transferred to surgerical treatment. 1 case of PDA gave up patent ductus arteriosus sealing as descending aorta stenosis caused by the closer. 2 cases were found a trace-residual shunt immediately after patent ductus arteriosus sealing. No serious complications were found in all patients during the follow-up period. Conclusions Application of domestic closer in treatment of PDA infants < 8 kg is a safe, effective and simple intervention treatment method with little trauma and fast recovery.

Objective To explore methods for performance appraisal of directors of municipal hospitals in Shanghai. Methods To assess the management performance of directors of 24 tertiary hospitals each year, measured by five dimensions of social satisfaction, management efficiency, capital operation, development sustainability and staff satisfaction, and 23 indexes. Results Implementation of the performance appraisal has witnessed constant improvement of patient satisfaction and quality of medical care,as well as rational control of medical expenses and cost.In 2014 for example, the cost of emergency/outpatients per visit at such hospitals were 312 yuan and 1 5 600 yuan per hospitalization respectively, with 7.6 days of stay in average. Also improved were service efficiency, clinical research output and hospital business performance in general. Conclusion Performance appraisal of directors of public hospitals proves an important means for guiding the hospitals to adhere to public welfare, consistent with the government medical institution operation target, and to strengthen internal management of such hospitals.

"Flipped Classroom" is a new kind of "student-centered" teaching model, which can give full play to the advantages of both sides of teaching and learning. According to this teaching model, we redesigned the teaching process, in which the students studied by themselves and built their own knowledge system. Moreover, each of them took part in three stages of experimental design including digital signal collection, analysis and processing in groups. Results have shown that this model can fully stimulate students' learning interest, not only helps students to deepen understanding of digital signal processing theory knowledge, but also strengthen the ability of autonomous learning and team collaboration. The teaching model maybe have certain reference function in comprehensive experiment teaching of Digital Signal Processing course for biomedical engineering specialty.

Based on the summary and reflection of the existing course construction content, this paper redesigns the course teaching to Brain Functional Imaging and forms a new curriculum construction scheme, including improving the professional teachers' ability of the teaching team by means of "internal training" + "external introduction", building an online and offline integrated teaching mode by combining online teaching resources such as course website with offline teaching (such as literature guidance, classroom discussion, comprehensive experimental design, etc.), and designing comprehensive experiments related to Electroencephalography (EEG) and functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS), which is driven by scientific research projects, based on the scientific research experimental platform of the teaching and research department. This construction scheme is of great significance for improving the teaching quality of the course, stimulating the learning interest of graduate students, and cultivating the comprehensive application and practical innovation ability of graduate students' brain imaging technology. And it also provides the reference for the further construction of the course and teaching reform in the future.
