OBJECTIVE:To discuss the thoughts over the event of“armillarisin A”produced by Qiqihar No.2Pharmaceut ical Co.Ltd.METHODS:Citing the event of“armillarisin A”produced by Qiqihar No.2Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.as example,we analyzed problems occurred in the process of production and management of pharmaceuticals and traced the root causes.RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS:Pharmaceutical enterprises should bear in mind their social responsibility and leave no loophole in the control and supervision of drugs,they should draw lessons from this event and prevent the similar event from happening again by working out effective measures to tighten controls on the quality of drug production,registering and approval,circulation,ADR reporting,etc.

Objective To understand the epigenetic regulations of P16 during cellular replicative senescence and premature senescence induced by hydrogen peroxide of human embryonic lung fibroblasts(HEFs).Methods The normal HEFs were divided into young cells(22 PDL),mid-aged cells(35 PDL)and replicative senescent cells(49 PDL)during replicative senescence.The synchronously cultured 22 PDL HEFs were exposed for 2 h to 400?mol/L H_2O_2 at half confluence on daily basis.The procedure lasted for 4 consecutive days.And then the treated cells were cultured for another 7 days,called premature senescent cells.The mRNA level of P16 was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR.The methylation level in the promoter region -846～-639 bp was observed by methylation-specific PCR(MSP).The histone modifications was detected by chromatin immunoprecipitation-QPCR assay,including acetylation for H3,H4 and methylation for H3(Lys4)and H4(Lys20).Results In the process of cellular senescence,the mRNA level of P16 decreased in mid-aged cells,but increased significantly in both replicative and premature senescent cells compared with that of young cells(P

Objective To observe effect of Yaotui Litongsan on nerve-related behavior of autograft of nucleus pulposus to cavum epidurale in rats.Methods Fifty normal Wistar rats were randomly divided into five geoups:the sham operated group (A),injury model group (B),Yaotongning treat group (C),high dose and low dose group (Yaotui Litongsan treat,D and E),10 rats in each group.Autogenous nucleus pulposus was removed from the coccygeal vertebral and placed into the back of L5～6 nerve roots of left cavum epidurale,making the non-compressive model with transplanted autogenous nucleus pulposus.The mechanical withdraw threshold and thermal withdraw latency were determined.Results The significant mechanical hyperalgesia was showed in the rats of B,C,D,E groups postoperatively,but it was lighter in C,D,E groups than in B group (P

METHODS: Considering Chinese medical market order, problems in drug price policy of our country were analyzed. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:Drug price policy of China is the one of key factor for the current medical market disorder, the formulation of which should be based on national condition and under governmental control.

The incidence of struma ovarii(SO) is low, accounting for 5% to 15% of ovarian teratoma.Huge SO, pleural effusion and ascites with elevated carbohydrate antigen 125 are rare.There is no perfect clinical treatment guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of SO.MRI of patients with SO showed " Black Pearl" appearance.Appendectomy can be selected as the operation method.Postoperative pathology can confirm the diagnosis, and the prognosis is good.

Objective To analyze the differences of adverse drug reactions between children and adults caused by Tanreqing injection,and provide reasonable application of Tanreqing injection.Methods Retrospective research method were adopted to screen out the adverse drug reaction reports caused by Tanreqing injection from drug ADR reports of Drug ADR Monitoring Center affiliated to the Second People's Hospital of Gansu Province from January 2010 to October 2012.Figures of children and adults who used Tanreqing injection were analyzed separately.Results A total of 603 children used Tanreqing injection,among which 5 children appeared ADR (0.83％).A total of 4395 adult used of Tanreqing injection,among which 4 appeared in ADR (0.09％).There was statistical difference between the two groups (x2 =16.07,P＜ 0.05) The incidence rate of ADR in males was more than females either in the adults or in children.Hypersensitivity was the most common ADR.Conclusion ADR of Tanreqing injection in Children was significantly higher than adults.Tanreqing injection should be used carefully and rationally.

OBJECTIVE:To analyze the utilization of drugs in children with ventricular septal defect(VSD) undergoing operation.METHODS:The medical orders of 120 VSD children patients in our hospital in 2005 were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS:The per capita drug cost was(3 067.20? 325.04) yuan,accounting for 9.52% of the total medical cost.Circulatory system drugs and antibiotics were the chief categories.Leading the first 3 places in terms of DDDs were cefuroxime,vecuronium bromide and furosemide,respectively.CONCUSION:The drug cost for VSD children patients was relatively low and reasonable.

OBJECTIVE:To determine vitamin E in muyan capsule.METHODS:The content of vitamin E in muyan capsule was determined by first-derivative spectrophotometry with detection wavelength at 230nm.RESULTS:The linear range of vitamin E was 14.98 ～ 24.96? g? mL-1(r=0.999 8).The average recovery of vitamin E was 100.1%(RSD=0.26%).CONCLUSION:The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and applicable for the determination of vitamin in muyan capsule.
