Objective To observe the different methods of hemostasis and comfort of the TR -Band com-pression hemostasis device after coronary intervention and to find the best strategy for TR -Band to stop the bleeding. Methods 150 patients with coronary artery disease were randomly divided into three groups according to the digital table method.The initial time of TR -Band compression hemostasis of group A was 3h,(once per hour,2mL per time,total compression time was 10h),while that of group B was 2h(once in every two hours,3mL per time,total com-pression time was 8h),and that of group C was 1h(once per hour,2mL per time,total compression time was 6 h). Thumb oxygen saturation,complications and comfort level in the three groups of patients were observed and compared. Results The differences between the three groups of oppression hemostasis before and after 2 h thumb oxygen saturation were normal,the three groups had no statistical significance (P >0.05).lesions,hematoma,bruising and radial artery occlusion occurred rate of group A were respectively 4,3,5,2 cases,those of group B were 3,4,6, 1 cases,and those of group C were 2,5,6,0 cases.Lesions,hematoma,bruising,radial artery occlusion of local com-plication incidence of the three groups showed no statistical significance (P >0.05).The comfort level (numbness, swelling,pain)of the three groups had statistically significant differences (Fnumbness =8.215,Fswel ing =7.657,Fpain =7.985,all P <0.01).Conclusion TR -Band compression hemostasis device can achieve effective hemostasis in the treatment of coronary artery intervention.And the reasonable adjustment of different bleeding time,compression time and the amount of bleeding can affect the comfort of patients.

Objective To observe the changes of diameter of intrafusal fibers and capsule at equatorial region of rat soleus muscle spindle caused by hindlimb-unloading.Method Tail-suspended female rats were used as the model of hindlimb-unloading,all rats were randomly divided into 4 groups according to body weight.The four groups were exposed to tail-suspension for: 7 d,14 d,28 d and 0 d,respectively.The diameter of intrafusal fibers and capsule of single muscle spindle was measured and analyzed.Result The diameter of intrafual fibers,including nuclear-bag fibers and nuclear-chain fibers, were reduced slightly in both 7 d group and 28 d group and obviously reduced in 14 d group.The capsule diameter at equatorial region was obviously reduced in 7 d group.Conclusion Hindlimb-unloading can obviously reduce the diameters of intrafusal fibers and capsule at equatorial region of rat soleus muscle spindle.

Objective To investigate the proliferation,apoptosis and cell cycle and possible mechanisms of different breast cell lines by difluoromethylorithine (DMFO).Methods The growth of breast cancer MDA-435 (ODC GG) cell lines and SK-br3 (ODC AA) cell lines treated with DFMO were observed.The apoptosis and cell cycle were detected by flow cytometry.PCR was applied to detect the changes of A and G alleles of ODC G316A in MCF-7 cells treated with DFMO.Results The growth inhibition rates of MDA-435 and SK-br3 cells treated with 10 mmol/L and 20 mmol/L DFMO after 48 h were 24.1％ and 33.6 ％,46.3 ％ and 53.5 ％,respectively,and there was statistical significance (t =2.134,P =0.021,t =2.213,P =0.019).The growth inhibition rates of MDA-435 and SK-br3 treated with 10 mmol/L and 20 mmol/L DFMO after 72 h were 28.9 ％ and 35.7 ％,54.3 ％ and 65.4 ％,respectively,and there was statistical significance (t =2.434,P =0.015,t =2.489,P =0.013).The apoptosis rates of MDA-435 (ODC GG) and SK-br3 (ODC AA) cells both dealt with 20 mmol/L of DFMO after 24 h,48 h and 72 h were (7.58± 2.06) ％ and (13.88±3.45) ％ (t =2.047,P =0.041),(43.28±14.28) ％ and (59.96±16.42) ％ (t =3.680,P =0.000),(77.87±30.25) ％ and (93.08±32.15) ％ (t =3.293,P =0.000 1),respectively.The proportions of S stage cells MDA-435 (ODC GG) and SK-br3 (ODC AA) cells under the same condition after 24 h,48 h and 72 h were (13.25±2.38) ％ and (12.89±2.21) ％ (P ＞ 0.05),(21.43±3.12) ％ and (12.24±3.55) ％ (t =2.638,P =0.012),(16.32±3.23) ％ and (15.24±3.01) ％ (P ＞ 0.05),respectively.After the treatment by DFMO,the expression of ODC G316A allele A in breast cancer cell line MCF-7 (ODC AG) was reduced (t =3.708,P =0.000),and the expression of G had no significant changes.Conclusion The proliferation inhibition and apoptosis in breast cancer cells treated by DFMO is different in breast cancer cells with different genetic type of ODC G316A.DFMO can inhibit the activity of ODC,and the mechanism may be that DFMO could selectively bind to ODC G316A allele A.

Objective To observe the effect of enteral nutrition therapy on metabolic status and adiponectin levels in elderly patients with metabolic syndrome (MS) complicated with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).Methods 92 elderly hospitalized patients with mild to moderate non-alcoholic fatty liver disease underwent enteral nutrition (EN,n=46) and total parenteral nutrition (TPN,n=46) for 2 months.Body mass index,triceps skin-fold thickness,waist hip ratio,serum high-molecular weight (HMW) form of adiponectin,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2-hour blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,plasma insulin,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,γ-glutamyltransferase,total bilirubin,direct bilirubin,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,the blood pressure and liver ultrasound test were detected.The insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) was used to assess insulin resistance.Results In pre-versus post-treatment,serum level of HMW adiponectin [(6.8 ± 4.0) μg/L vs.(7.1 ± 3.9) μg/L,P ＞ 0.05 in enteral nutrition],and [(6.8 ± 3.5) μg/L vs.(5.0 ± 1.1)μg/L(P＜0.05)] in parenteral nutrition were found.The significantly decreased body mass index in the obese patients (P＜0.05),significantly improved values of 2-hour blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,liver function,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels (all P＜0.05),and no obvious change in HOMA-IR were found after two months of enteral nutrition treatment.There were no significant changes in indicators mentioned above in TPN group after 2 months of treatment.Conclusions Enteral nutrition therapy can improve the glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism,the non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and body mass index,affect the level of adiponectin in the elderly patients with MS and NAFLD.It is vital to body metabolism.

This article was aimed to study the effect of Baohe granules for patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome and the effect of gastrointestinal hormone secretion. Patients with CHF were used as the object of study. A total of 80 selected patients were divided into 2 groups. The control group was treated with western medicine anti-heart failure therapy. The treatment group was treated with the combination of Baohe granules. All patients were compared in aspects of TCM efficacy, symptom score and serum gastrin, motilin secretion after two-week medication. The results showed that both treatments can significantly improve the TCM syn-drome and symptom total score of CHF patients. And the effect of the treatment group with Baohe granules was bet-ter. The TCM single symptom integral was also obviously improved in the treatment group combined with Baohe granules, which included heart palpitations, shortness of breath, abdominal distension, and loss of appetite. The GAS and MTL levels of CHF patients were significantly increased in the treatment group. It was concluded that the treat-ment combined with Baohe granules can improve CHF patients with TCM syndromes, symptoms and gastrointestinal hormone secretion. Thus, it contributed to the stability of the disease condition. It can slow the disease progression and improve prognosis. So it is worth using widely in the clinical practice.

Objective To determine the efficacy and toxicity of docetaxel in patients with paclitaxel-resistant advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods The clinical data from 15 patients with NSCLC who were admitted in the Shanghai Chest Hospital from January 2005 to May 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. The effects and toxicities of the second-line treatment were assessed. The progression-free survival time(PFS) and overall survival time(OS) were analyzed. Results The disease control rate was 66.7 %, with a progression-free survival time of 6 months, and a overall survival time of 17.3 months. The 1-year survival rate was 63.3 %. The toxic effects were as expected. Conclusion The doeetaxel-based agent is active in patients with paelitaxel-resistant advanced NSCLC.

Objective To explore the value of hydrogen sulfide(H2S) in the evaluation of severity of acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods Fifty-one patients with AP from February 2013 to December 2015 in this hospital were divided into severe acute pancreatitis (SAP,n=21) group and mild acute pancreatitis (MAP,n 30) group.Thirty six non-pancreatitis abdominal patients and 9 healthy persons(NC) were chosen as compare groups.The peripheral venous blood samples from the four groups and the Ranson Score of AP group were obtained after admission,the venous blood samples of 12 h,24 h,48 h of AP group were also obtained.Blood samples were used to detect the concentrations of hydrogen sulfide with ELISA method.We compared the concentrations of H2S between the four groups with one way ANOVA,and post hoc;compared the differences of concentrations of H2S in AP group between after admission,12 h,24 h and 48 h with repeated measures data ANOVA;and explored the relationship between the concentrations of H2S after admission and the Ranson scores in AP group with Spearman correlation analysis.Results The concentra tions of H2S was significant higher in SAP group than MAP,abdominal,and NC group(P=0.000);the concentrations of H2S was also significant higher in MAP group than abdominal,and NC group(P=0.000);there is no significant difference between the abdominal and NC group(P =0.131).There is significant difference of H2S concentrations between the four times in AP group(P =0.000),decreasing gradually over time.The H2S concentrations in AP group after admission was significantly related with their Ranson scores(r=0.578,P=0.000).Conclusion There is certain value of the concentrations of H2S in the diagnosis of AP,the higher H2S level suggests the higher severity of the patients with acute pancreatitis.

Objective To evaluate the impact of Toxoplasma gondii human infections on blood lipid levels. Methods A total of 1 000 healthy volunteers that were randomly sampled from a tertiary hospital during the period from December 2017 through December 2019 were enrolled, and assigned into the infection group and the control group according to the detection of serum anti-T. gondii antibody using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The serum levels of total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein (HDL), low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and triglyceride (TG) were detected and compared between the two groups. Results The seroprevalence of anti-T. gondii antibody was 8.40% in the study subjects, and there were no significant differences between the infection and control groups in terms of gender (χ² = 1.29, P > 0.05) or age (χ² = 1.41, P > 0.05). The mean serum LDL (t = 3.89, P < 0.05) and TC levels (t = 3.81, P < 0.05) were significantly higher in the infection group than in the control group, while no significant differences were seen between the two groups in terms of mean serum TG (t = 0.97, P > 0.05) or HDL levels (t = 0.75, P > 0.05). In addition, the proportions of abnormal LDL (χ² = 9.69, P < 0.01) and TC levels (χ² = 10.39, P < 0.01) were significantly greater in the infection group than in the control group, while no significant differences were found in the proportion of abnormal TG (χ² = 0.02, P > 0.05) or HDL level (χ² = 0.11, P > 0.05) between the two groups. Conclusion T. gondii human infections affect blood lipid levels, and the individuals sero-positive for anti-T. gondii antibody have higher mean serum LDL and TC, as well as higher proportions of abnormal TC and LDL than sero-negative individuals.

OBJECTIVE：To systematically evaluate the c linical efficacy and safety of misoprostol versus oxytocin in preventing postpartum hemorrhage ，and to provide evidence-based reference for clinical drug use. METHODS ：Retrieved from CNKI，VIP，Wanfang database ，CBM，PubMed，Embase and the Cochrane Library ，randomized controlled trials （RCTs） published at home and abroad about clinical efficacy and safety of misoprostol and oxytocin in preventing postpartum hemorrhage were collected during the inception to Feb. 15th，2021. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria ，the included studies were screened and evaluated. RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis. RESULTS ：A total of 14 RCTs involving 25 732 lying-in women were included. The results of Meta-analysis showed that compared with oxytocin group ，there was no difference in the mean blood loss （MD＝14.96，95％CI（－2.62，32.54），P＝0.10），the time of the third stage of labor （MD＝－0.03，95％CI （－0.19，0.13），P＝0.69），the incidence of blood transfusion （RR＝0.91，95％CI（0.74，1.12），P＝0.37）or the incidence of nausea（RR＝1.06，95％CI（0.85，1.31），P＝0.60）in misoprostol group ；but the incidence of shivering（RR＝2.99，95％CI （2.22，4.04），P＜0.000 01），the incidence of fever （RR＝4.31，95％CI（2.79，6.67），P＜0.000 01），the incidence of vomiting （RR＝2.16，95％CI（1.63，2.88），P＜0.000 01）and the incidence of diarrhea （RR＝2.67，95％CI（1.79，3.98），P＜0.000 01）in misoprostol group were higher. CONCLUSIONS ：The effect of misoprostol in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage is similar to oxytocin ，but the incidence of ADR is higher. It is necessary to pay close attention to the adverse reactions during use. Due to the limitation of included studies ，multi-center，large-scale and high-quality RCTs are needed for further validation.
